Hello, I follow a stock that recently had two directors and an officer (or visa versa) convert their series B preferred shares to common shares. The O/S before this conversion was 9 million and the O/S now is 13million after the conversion. Between the three of these men they own 6.5 million common shares... so half of the company. Why do you think they would have made this conversion? Confidence in the stock pps rising, sale of company incoming or something else entirely? What are your thoughts?
