Was he referring to "paying the auditor"?
Bad news: the share price was low. Good news: total dollar volume of the trade was only $5.55. It is hard to guess where the share price may go if there is news and millions of shares trade. Today's one trade is no clue at all about that!
Any day now... Right?
Correct, not BZWR PR man. Just hoping that they can turn the corner after a long struggle, and guessing that if they don't, it will be a Ch.7.
Correct, it is not OK. Of course, delinquent reporting is bad. It just doesn't mean that they are about to go belly up or that the share price should take another dive. They have done it this way before.
I'll grant you that as time goes on, the risk increases that their possible new investor deal collapses or sales stop growing. But we already know that August had some progress and that they are working on an audit. Plus, no word has gotten out that they are ceasing operations, or the share price would be $0.00001.
"Filed 02/15/23 for the Period Ending 08/31/22" That was last year. If they repeat, we would see the report in nine days. No cause for alarm, yet.
The early selling today got me the first half of what I wanted to buy, at below the $0.003 that I bid. But now the best ask has returned to $0.005. Maybe that's all I will get. I am not concerned that the reports are delayed. We've seen it before. I'm expecting nothing great in the Aug & Nov reports. but that some new investors are in play. Big question is will they stay on their growth trajectory as February closes. Hey, I'm bullish. Their software could be doing the job for their subscribers.
Had to cut my order in half, down to a couple of hundred dollars. Still no takers. BZWR is not very liquid. I had better not plan to sell a lot at one time in the future.
People are getting shares for $0.003 today. No fills for me for some reason. I'll await my turn.
Rhett's "soon" is longer than two weeks. Again! But, if his pattern repeats, we will see something "soon". Mid-February this time, maybe? Meanwhile, there is an imbalance of sellers shaping up. I am trying to pick up some at $0.003 while people are nervous about this.
Helix House website is back online. I hope that BZWR subsidiary is doing well.
I think it's just supply and demand.
The people willing to buy at $0.005 were just about equal to those willing to sell at $0.0035 over the last four days. The total dollar volume of the roughly 3 million shares traded then might be around $10k. If it were not balanced like that, I believe that the price would move. But as it is, buyers aren't bidding over $0.0035 and sellers want at least $0.005, for the most part.
If a buyer or seller wants to do something TODAY, and not wait around for a better price, they are stuck with the going rate. There are all kinds of reasons why people wish to get in or out TODAY and not wait. You get everything from those who take a stab for a few days and quit, to those who have long-term positions but might want to add a few or shed a few.
But I agree that expected news has increased trades. And anticipation of good vs. bad seems to be very balanced right now.
Yes. The most shares traded since mid-November.
This is beginning to make sense.
BZWR has previously revealed that year-end (August 31) made only a little progress. I suspect November 30 wasn't great, either. Hence, CEO Rhett Doolittle was very silent. That makes sense that he has been quiet.
The good news was that the company continued to operate and can afford another annual audit to be published soon. They were also in need of cash to operate, but may have found some via new investors. Dilution may wash out the existing shareholders, but it could instead be offset by future company growth. Buyers are risking that enough growth will come.
Now, CEO Rhett is signaling that there is something to say, and that even more will be forthcoming later. I doubt that he would behave this way if the news will be that the company will soon cease operations. My guess is that they have made some fundamental change or changes, and the second quarter (February 29) may show progress already. Not "Reality" yet. Reality is in the past and present, and there were a lot of problems. But we may be seeing a tipoff of a better future.
$3,000 dollar-volume today is the biggest this month. 800k shares, but not much money. It took the share price down to the best-bid level, so would seem to be a seller. We will soon see if the best-ask will recover. It sure doesn't take much money to move the share price lately. Think what a good news surprise might do.
Long odds, of course. Something's up, though.
Some investor is coming in with new money. Foolish? Maybe. But BZWR seems to be making sales on licensing their product. Somebody new is believing it.
What's that restored/recycle symbol on your post? I haven't seen it before.
Well said. I suppose I will wait around to see if there is anything good for BZWR in the year-end or first quarter. But you and I are the only ones left on this board for the last month, so I suppose the others have given up.
Share price up 30% from January lows and near its January highs. Good! But, true what you say that $0.005 is not impressive so a big-volume buyer is badly needed now.
BZWR's business model is..working and is..likely to succeed. That's what seems to be happening, as I recently posted. Worth repeating, though, since periods of no news raise the fear level. Rhett says he has some new capital coming in, so I presume he has convinced some investor(s) that the company will grow. The share price likes that lately, and for good reason if true.
Good news, but lots of questions. I have a few comments about Rhett's post, too.
The good:
Last year, BZWR reported 4thQ on 2/15 and 1stQ on 3/10. There is still time for them to improve on that. But, if November 30 (1stQ) was any good, my opinion is that something about it should have been mentioned by now. Something should be said about sales growth or decline since August when the fiscal year ended.
I bought at $0.0042 today, now costs $0.005, which is a wee uptrend and the first steps of the new year. Maybe we will learn something soon since the fiscal year and the first quarter have been over for awhile.
How did the first quarter (Nov. 30) do, BZWR? Please give us a highlight or two.
Accell was their auditor last year. It looks like they have other public companies that they serve.
This is from their website http://www.theaccellgroup.com/auditing.php and gives some idea of how waiting for responses from a whole lot of folks can hold things up:
Good time to buy, though as I expected, the Annual Report is not yet issued. Maybe the price will dip for this and create a chance to get more shares very cheap. But anyone who follows BZWR knows this pattern and perhaps the slow audit is also an inexpensive audit.
Otcmarkets.com has their warning up: "Pink Limited Information. Company is not current in its reporting obligations under Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act. (Delinquent SEC Reporting Icon) Delinquent SEC Reporting."
I read somewhere about a year-end pump repeating, but that's garbage because BZWR doesn't even rise much if at all at year end.
I am hopeful that the share price will continue to rise since sales and earnings will potentially increase. The audit deadline is no news, in my opinion, except that the company is having an audit and continues to operate. That's really good!
It looks like free real-time Level II quotes are not available at https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BZWR/quote anymore. Where are they available now, to see what the MMs are doing (even if delayed)? I don't know another free source.
True. Your posts about BZWR are often a catalyst to my thinking. Sometimes they are even electrifying!
I was not replying to you this time. But if I were, I would be in just about complete agreement. I think that there truly is some expectation of a report soon. I also agree with all of the rest of what you said. I would just add that if BZWR fails to report on time, it is not good management on their part, but I don't think it matters very much or will hurt the share price very much if they are several weeks late. Not good, but not terrible.
I see the Ask is rising pretty well. Perhaps the news will be good ultimately, but for now I would not be surprised if they go dark for several weeks. Year-end audits are often slow and expensive. Every year it seems that there are more hoops to jump through. Their auditor may be one with low, low prices since they shopped all the way to Tampa to get them (if I remember right). Their service is probably slow, slow. But that is okay since it doesn't seem to do much damage to go out of compliance for a while. But, who knows? Maybe they won't be tardy.
Meanwhile, the good news is that the company has indicated that they are indeed still in business and can afford to buy their annual audit. That may raise the share price by itself because it may herald good news down the road-- maybe soon.
The $0.0059 made for a good week, being some recovery from lows and higher bid/asks than usual. Diana is right of course that we can only guess at what might spike the price, but earnings will be needed to take it higher more permanently.
My cruise excursion on the party boat from Saint Kitts over to Nevis went well on Friday. Only about $50 per person for a fun four hours. Back to cold weather for me on Monday!
Excellent! Maybe you will be right about 2 cents. Then my $6k will become $20k for a very nice return. I’ll take that!
What do you mean? My $3k is now worth $6k. That's double. Granted, it may not stay that way very long, but no stock is guaranteed.
But as for the reason price rose, CEO comments is something positive if true. It doesn’t take much to move the price. But, you know, a million shares moved recently and the price barely budged. Then, this week, it doubles on low volume. Supply and demand, my friend. Can’t be predicted. Someone may not like a post here and decide to dump shares. Who can foresee that?
Share price has doubled recently on CEO’s comments. BZWR continues to operate and grow according to their planned targets. But will the software become a big hit before everyone else produces something similar? When I get back from Antigua, I hope to learn more about this. BZWR may be getting ready to rise if they can put together some profitable quarters.
November 29th is..the 90th day following August 31. Will the audited annual 10-K report be on time?
Big buy side this afternoon. But a million shares is only about $3k. I'm a little surprised that the price held flat for that many shares. Shows weakness that the seller was quite content with $0.0031. But of course weakness is nothing new here.
Level II indicates you might have to get to $0.0157 to satisfy a million-share order. But somehow, a million shares are available hiding under much lower best asks.
How is the audit going, Rhett? On time? I'd like to see them meet the November 30 deadline this year. "Subsequent events" may also reveal something new as well.
Trading may pick up soon as the annual report deadline draws nearer.
Annual report is next, due end of November. But BZWR has already announced the highlights of their August 31 year end. The first quarter will end on November 30 with a report due in mid-January.
Best volume in a month already today.
I believe that the number of lenders is so huge that BZWR does not have a problem with potential users. Their problem is that there are also a huge number of loan origination software companies competing for that business. Take a look at 42 Fintech Lending Companies Upending the Credit Card, Mortgage and Loan Industries (October 10, 2023) that names about 40 services that compete in that space. There are many others.
I could compare this to being a real estate broker. I could go out and sell one house a month. Or I could sell a hundred houses a month. My problem is not how many houses, condos, etc. are for sale-- there is an unlimited supply depending on how much territory I want to cover. My problem is how many others are working to do the same thing and how effective are my methods.
