Accell was their auditor last year. It looks like they have other public companies that they serve.

This is from their website http://www.theaccellgroup.com/auditing.php and gives some idea of how waiting for responses from a whole lot of folks can hold things up:

Our audit papers include a detailed work program to document the examinations and testing performed, as well as the client's supporting work papers.

I also know that in my own company, audits take longer each year because compliance with all the rules and regulations keeps getting more complicated.

My guess, but I haven't seen any confirmation of the following: In the end, I suspect that BZWR has a good deal for their audit and doesn't care about the deadline. That warning triangle at otcmarkets.com is temporary and shouldn't mean much in my opinion. The common stock share price is probably not very significant in their financial structure right now. I hope this will change later as sales and profits grow, but for now, waiting for a late report isn't of much concern, to me at least.

I bought a few more shares yesterday since $0.005 does not scare me away.
