That's correct. Wires happen within hours, but it has never been stated that the escrow agent has initiated the individual wires yet. In fact, it is stated in the agreement:
"Upon the effective date the company shall instruct the escrow agent to deliver the payment to the shareholder by ACH or wire transfer in no more than five(5) business days from the effective date"
That date was the 18th for most who have received final docs. I don't expect to see any money until Friday, to be honest. Why would they give up their interest bearing money until they have to? It's just business.
They told me 3-5 days also. Happened within a few hours though and the shares were out of my account first thing the next morning.
Go here:
https://www.lans.holdings/
Click on the link titled LAHO Return to Treasury Program.
From there you will be signing and submitting documents through DocuSign directly to the LAHO Admin. His contact info is: Peter Lundberg
lahostockbuyback@gmail.com
Once you submit the first set of docs to him you will need to wait for him to e-mail you the next step and that may take a few weeks- so be patient.
Well just be sure to take some profits on the way up this time, lol
Well it looks like somebody is taking your advice today
Thinking we may see some filings come through here soon
Nothing here either. With you on the who to believe scenario too. Just patiently waiting.
Interesting bid. Somebody is trying to make a market here today.
Yes I did. It stated on the 2nd one that it was a duplicate.
I think it was the one without the proper wire info form.
Yep- now you're caught up to many of us. Just waiting to see that money!
I must have gotten lucky- my guy knew what I needed right away.
The wording I used was "I need to initiate a DWAC transfer request to the transfer agent"
You have to call- they will be able to do it in about 10 minutes but you will probably be on hold forever, (about 40 minutes for me)
Impressive that they are working all weekend to get everybody through the process as fast as possible. That rarely happens in the financial world.
You will- be patient.
Yes- as long as all of your other documents have been submitted correctly.
For an example: I received this same message on Dec 8th from Joseph at VStock.
Today, Dec 18th, I received the final signed agreement from Peter, (LAHO financial administrator) Waiting to see funds in my account- hopefully the beginning of this week.
Yes- old messages at the bottom. I think we can disregard that part
I'm guessing either first or second and I'm ok with either- especially since we have received these signed documents now.
That's another step in the process. The signed and completed agreement from Peter Lundberg is the final step, and some of us are receiving that today.
That's what I was thinking also.
Hoping there are exactly 13 of us that receive the completed docs today.
Did he sign his part of the agreement for you?
I just received my completed and signed documents today from Peter. Not sure if that means anything as to the timing of the money transfer or if he is just getting around to them now.
Has anybody else received their completed DocuSign documents?
That part of this process has not been spelled out anywhere (that I am aware of), so anybody trying to get their money back without reading this board has to be frustrated beyond belief. Glad I could help at least one person!
I completely agree. Hoping to let everyone know sooner than later that incoming funds are a sure thing.
I think the biggest issue is the lack of communication, and possibly the fact that we gave up our shares without recourse- only to see nothing in return so far.
It's not like we had a choice anyway, but second guessing is understandable at this point.
I wish it were different but here we are...
We were all, (at one time) ahead of a curve to even be investing in a sub penny stock with such potential.
Some go crazy on the upside at once, and some make us wait over 2 years to see a return.
I have another few days of patience to see how this plays out.
That's a very valid point.
We had nothing- and still have nothing. Hopefully that changes in the next few days.
Positive thought... They may be doing ACH transfers and those will take a business day to process. So don't rule out seeing it first thing Monday. (Possibly tomorrow depending on your bank)
Federal Reserve and most banks are open on both upcoming Fridays, therefore most banking institutions are also open. I guess it depends on the escrow agent's hours on those days as to whether they process or not. Maybe that would be a good question if you do end up calling them.
Are you seriously trying to bring logic and common sense into this process???
That was the info I was trying to remember- thanks.
So they submit on a Friday for payment, apparently, to be sent on the following Friday.
I wish there were a few more communication lines to tap into but I guess sometimes ignorance really is bliss. lol
I was matched and completed on the 8th so I am obviously hoping to be one of the 13 also. The part we don't know, however, is the process after the share surrender info is sent to Peter. How long does it take him to put the info together and submit to the escrow agent?
Agreed. But I am of the mindset that friends and family have most likely already been accommodated.
Guess we'll just have to wait it out. The ever-changing info being thrown around is a bit concerning though.
Is the cut-off Friday for the next Friday's batch? I can't remember.
Not to mention the banking and securities fraud that would be involved... sometimes you just have to shake your head at some of the comments.
I'm actually fine with this. lol
Let's see what tomorrow brings. Hoping this is all a moot point.
To double down or not to double down... that is the question.
Leaning toward the "why not?" scenario right now.
Win some... lose some... win some REALLY BIG
We'll find out soon.
A reputable escrow agent should not encounter user error. Giving benefit of the doubt, if we don't have money in our accounts by mid next week- there is a much bigger issue at play.
Agreed!!
I think I remember seeing that info somewhere but not sure where. All my paperwork is in my office and I am home now, but maybe look through all of that and it might pop out.
At any rate, hoping we have a nice surprise in the a.m.!
