Sleeping giant. Hide and watch.
The market cap here is ridiculous based on these most recent financials. 10 bagger- easy- when everybody wakes up.
Tryin' hard! I think I can... I think I can!
Gonna happen. Just a matter of time
I think about 2 weeks. Be patient. You will get paid.
Got my money... pretty sure this company is ALL IN here... stay tuned peeps!
You have a signed final agreement that is 4 weeks old and still haven't been paid?? That's a little excessive.
If it's been signed and dated by Peter then it is completed and you will receive your money in approx 2 weeks. (Some have been a few days sooner and some a few days longer)
No need to sign anything else.
I e-mailed VStock 3 days after they received my medallion because I hadn't heard anything. Received a phone call from Joseph at VStock within the hour of sending the e-mail out to him. He was very kind and told me exactly what to do and say to my broker to finish that process.
So if I were you I would start with either a phone call or an e-mail to VStock whenever you are sure they have your medallion in hand.
You're welcome. I felt the same way when I saw those shares leave my account. Was soooo tired of seeing that 100% loss. Back to green and hopefully staying there! lol
I did my transfer through E*Trade. The guy I talked with knew exactly what I needed when I said, "I need to initiate a DWAC transfer" That is the wording you need to use.
If the person you are speaking with doesn't know what that is ask them to transfer you to somebody who does. (Many of these customer service reps are working from home and/or are fairly new to the industry, from what I am being told)
Hope this helps
Call and/or e-mail VStock. They will verify if they have received your medallion and will advise of how to transfer the shares over to them.
Shares out of your account? I waited about a week and a half or so for the signed final agreement after the removal of the shares from my brokerage account.
Are your shares out of your brokerage account? If so you are done- just be patient and your money will arrive soon.
Peter signing- and providing you with that document- is supposed to be confirmation that everything has been completed.
Every share is included- and they have stated that there is no time limit. Be patient and you will be paid.

Peter Lundberg is the one you need to connect with. Let him know that you need to start the process.
Not sure how this is still under .10
Happy to pick up plenty down here though.
It's wound up pretty tight. I think we see new highs here this year.
Wow- that's awesome!
How many shares do you have? They had no issue transferring mine all at once, but I only had 9 mil
Considering I never imagined it would ever happen- it kind of was! Still surprised they pulled this off, to be honest
Yes- all but the medallion is digitally transmitted to Peter. You will most likely not receive a confirmation e-mail about that but you can see the transmission through the history in DocuSign if you want to make sure it went through ok.
You will mail the completed medallion to VStock and then you will receive a call/e-mail from VStock to confirm receipt of it. That's also when they will ask you to contact your broker to initiate the DWAC transfer. That part was easier for some than others.
Once the shares are transferred to VStock they will contact Peter to let him know and he will send you a final signed agreement through e-mail/Docusign. You should receive your money within 5 days of the date on that final agreement.
I got paid last Monday- $17,850.00- direct wire into my bank account.
Idk how many shares you had, but it's worth your time if the .002 value is more than the $150. fee.
My friends are awesome...
I've bought a ton on the bid in the last few days... soaking up all I can, but need some help from you self-proclaimed bulls here. lol
Idiots that don't know what a limit order is kill me...
But it's lucrative for the patient buyer!
AWESOME!!!
They will deduct fees from your final payout. You don't have to pay anything.
Nice!
Call your bank and see if they can see it pending. Sometimes they have to release larger amounts manually. We run into that here at work sometimes- mostly through PNC. Not sure why...
Do you use a small hometown bank or a big bank like Bank of America, Chase, etc?
That could be the difference in posting times.
Yes- your shares will be out of your account long before you get paid. (Hopefully not quite as long as it was for those of us who finished early)
Just got paid!
Am I the only one who is questioning this payout? Why have we not seen funds yet? What's the hold-up????
5 business days has come and gone. Not holding my breath at this point.
Hoping I wake up Monday morning to have to eat my words... but I doubt it.
That may be true but Friday still qualifies as a business day because it is not recognized as a federal holiday. Again though- nothing has gone to plan so far so not holding my breath on the 5 business day thing to pan out.
Banks are not closed tomorrow- it is not a federal holiday so it is technically a business day. Not that this fact will change when we get our money- it still may be next week.
If they do a wire transfer, yes. I deal with them several days a week at my job and we get them in anytime between 8 and 5. (My bank's hours but others may vary) Time received from when it is sent varies also- can be as short as 15 minutes or up to 3 hours.
ACH will likely show up first thing the next morning after the day it is sent.
5 business days ends on Friday. Friday is not a federal holiday, so regardless of the time of year or whether that escrow agent is closed that day or not- we should have money no later than Friday.
Hmmmm... you may be correct in this case but I have experienced a different scenario in the past. Been years though so maybe things have changed.
Trust me- I'm routing for you to be right on the payment timing- I'm just being a realist today. lol
