maybe a bottom here.
"company gives no description of the recent financing announced"
dilution in some form or another would be my guess. With these pinks, etc you rarely see price tanking like this without it. I just want to be around when it does move and that could be real soon.
Chart starting to shape up imo,
maybe the "financing" is done?! I like when they turn and the volume trend is up. We have been getting pummeled but not quite dead yet.

Looks like one of those temporary rental type of places where you can rent it when you need to look good - were there company logos anywhere "permanent". The conference room looks like std hotel garbage, jmo.
"I do like what I see potentially happening here."
you sell at .01 - chase the bid all the way down and are bitter now?

"The truth is... this board without a doubt contains the most pathetic bunch of posters I've ever encountered. You all sit around and watch the grass grow and haven't a clue! If you got burned it's starting to look like you probably got what you deserved... not a one of you know what the hell you're doing. And not one of you could afford to lose what was obviously your grocery money! hope none of you losers have gone and quit your day jobs! I especially like the way that hardly a day passes without one of you cry babies calling to have somebody banned... you just don't like anyone that doesn't agree with your sentiment! I'm sure this message will be gone in only a matter of minutes... but in the mean time if you get the chance to read this... I'm probably taking to you! Bite me losers!"
in a real company, with more than 1 executive and some actual corporate structure, you can generally direct them to an ir person, the communications dept, or in the worst case scenario, the receptionist. If some dude called me and asked about company info I would tell them to call the main number <click>. These are pos pink sheets, not Home Depot. Seriously - walk into home depot tomorrow morning and start grilling gus in the plumbing dept about share structure, corporate investments, etc (basically anything other than what time is lunch) and see what kind of response you get.
I was looking for some #8 ring shank nails and they didnt sell those either. Maybe I can get them from the online store.
"Petar is the BOD"
he had to review the audited #'s with himself I guess.
probably tired of the phone ringing all day with you dudes asking questions, probably out huffing paint trying to stay sane.
LOL, would you have looked him up if he made you money? I am not sure I would be out hunting this chap down, he doesnt look like the negotiating type. Sorry you took the shank, thats life on the pennies though - they all suck PERIOD
PTSC
yeah, he is the same guy that supposedly is having conversations with the transfer agent regarding plycf and the nobo list and he apparently was told that the cusip changed, stock huge short position illegally and blah blah blah- lucky fellow?
Now that I read the thread again, he is talking about plycf, good for him, hope he makes a 700k and 300k for uncle sam.
he isnt if you are lucky enough to be in when he starts - but the dude starts to sound stupid after awhile and he has the credibility of an urchin. Look at his big stock picking contest, amazingly it coincided with pyds pump and the prize was a pyds prepaid debit card, hmmmm how coincidental.
I cant believe that guy gets away with the crap he pulls off, I have still never seen a web presence for any of the "investment firms" he claims sompensate him, but that is probably because it isnt that important to me.
PHEI
KG, what do you make of this? Looks awful, but when is the turn?

SQUM
look good now?
pump by lebed is over, I agree...I bought Friday afternoon and cant believe this didnt bust through .0055 monday or this morning, freaking amazing, even scarier was trying to sell and getting no action between the bid and ask. What the heck is up with the spread btw? You would think that with this kind of volume and interest that there would be someone between .0048 and .0055, but what the heck do I know. Almost like nobody is chasing , it looks manipulated when I watch it, but what the heck do I know.
He tried but it did nothing and that "might" be a good thing, but his pumps usually are garished with lots of prs and this had nothing. I am a pretty firm believer that these investment firms that pay him have some alterior motive.
Thanks Ken, appreciate the time you spend, knowledge you share and the input you have!
unbelievable that this thing is trading around $1 - diluted and for some reason "people" want to own it now. Looks like the technology is a little slow to be adapted or people just dont care about it. A nice pickup if you can get it ~ 50 cents or so, but at $1 it is a waste of money.

a little volume goes a long way
SQUM
"I'm not as concerned with the pump as I am with the dump"
That is the problem, the dump is a killer and you dont know when it will happen, might be a day, might be 2 weeks. One thing is for sure, a person that is already in one of his big picks is definitely lucky.
Isn't it interesting how all of Lebeds hot picks are always up big the day before he announces it. Every one of them is and they might be some anemic pos that nobody even cares about, yet it is up 20% on abnormal volume. At least it is legitimate ;)
glty and dont get greedy!

Air Force Awards Contract Extension to VIASPACE Subsidiary
via COMTEX
October 19, 2006
PASADENA, Calif., Oct 19, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ --
VIASPACE Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VSPC), a company dedicated to commercializing proven technologies from NASA and the US Department of Defense, announced today its subsidiary, Ionfinity LLC, has been awarded a Phase II STTR contract extension and additional funding by the U. S. Air Force to develop, jointly with Aerospace Corp. and the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, a soft ionization membrane to be used as a micro ion engine for micro and nano satellite station keeping. Massively duplicated micro ion engines could also provide station keeping for large satellites.
The soft ionization membrane is a proprietary and patented technique to produce ion beams. The technology is also being applied to the mass spectrometry market where it is expected to provide a large increase in sensitivity with a large reduction in size and cost. In addition to the current $2B/year market for mass spectrometry instruments, the soft ionization membrane is expected to enable a new generation of sensors for detecting chemical and biological warfare agents, narcotics and explosives. Ionfinity is pursuing these applications under separate contracts from the US Army and Navy.

PASADENA, Calif. and SEOUL, South Korea, Oct 11, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ --
VIASPACE Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VSPC), a company dedicated to commercializing proven technologies from NASA and the US Department of Defense, announced today that its subsidiary, Direct Methanol Fuel Cell Corporation (DMFCC), has signed a cartridge design and certified manufacturer agreement with Hyun Won Inc. of Daegu-city, South Korea.
Hyun Won Inc. manufactures distributes portable multimedia players with the brand mobiBLU. The company also produces image processing systems, glass encapsulation for optical light emitting diodes, and controllers for automated machinery.
"Direct Methanol Fuel Cell Corporation is establishing a global network of partners to manufacture and distribute fuel cartridges," reports Dr. Carl Kukkonen, CEO of both VIASPACE and DMFCC. "I welcome Hyun Won as a partner and look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship".
Hyun Won CEO, Mr. O-Shik Song stated, "The portable electronics industry is moving toward fuel cells, and I believe that fuel cartridges can be one of the growth engines for our company. Hyun Won can be a strategic partner with VIASPACE to develop and introduce other high-technology products into the Korean marketplace."
DMFCC focuses on producing methanol fuel cartridges that will provide the energy source for laptop computers, cell phones and other portable electronic devices to be powered by direct methanol fuel cells.
Fuel cells are expected to gain a substantial market share because they offer longer operating time as compared to current lithium ion batteries and may be instantaneously recharged by simply replacing the disposable fuel cartridge. It has been announced that direct methanol fuel cells are being developed for portable electronic applications by companies such as Samsung and LG in Korea, and by Toshiba, NEC, Hitachi and Sanyo in Japan.
