Have you seen the share distribution in the S1? I’d recommend you check it out on page 43. The 2GP LLC (Geordan, George’s Son) owns the majority of the preferred stock by a long shot. I’m willing to bet the George was planning for the worse. May he Rest In Peace and condolences to his family and loved ones.
