Ques on the kodiak deal. From kodiak's perspective, if the min price they can buy at is .18, Im assuming they would have no interest in buying until the actual pps is at or above .18....so how does this deal generate any capital now?? or anytime while the pps is below, well below .18. Am I missing something here?
Well put and much needed clarification Les! You should sticky that, its an excellent and valuable reminder.
Evidence please. I and others cannot find any. Cuz there isnt any.
found the following on 4-traders.com, seems to be a Canadian site referenced. link also below. Per reason noted, hoping this is a good thing??

Then why cant this stock hold even the measly bump it got from the great year end results?? Im a believer and long on mcig, so not bashing here by any means, but can anyone (Les, longhaul) explain after that news why only a 20% bump that's completely gone in less than 2 days? That bump was hardly enough to take big profits on. And cant believe its enough to bring the shorts in. Is this thing really held back by the constant repeated same ole, same ole bashing Ive been reading for 5 months?? Thanks for any input.
So why no charges against Immg? If as you say they knew about and aided in the p and d. Nowhere does it mention Immg being charged in the filed charges.
So we now know for sure immg was in on the p and d, and call me naive with this next ques if need be, but does this also mean that the company is a scam? That there's no ppl studying a cancer cure, that the pr's were also totally made up??
If so, thats really scary as Im sure there are folks out there who were not aware of the newsletters but rather read the pr's and invested on that info.
@mariosmack, serious question: Ive read your posts and multiple times youve given the opinion this will be double bagel by summer or in another by next year, yet per your post below you give rec's on where to buy at for longs. If this thing is going double b, why would anyone buy at all??...cuz sellers need buyers?? just not following.
If you are a prospective LONG who is looking to get in for the long haul or if you are a NEW investor who is just learning, absolutely do not buy above .60. Even then, if you buy in the .55-.60 range, do not spend more than half your money there. There is a very good chance that buying at .40 will be possible. Target prices to buy at: .60, .40.
ImMAGE Biotherapeutics Comments on the Lifting of Suspension
Apr 18, 2017
Looks like these guys are still denying any wrongdoing here. Is this a common move? I actually called immg when susp came down and either the guy's got zero conscience or he really wasnt in on it cuz he sure sounded like he had no idea.
If it was a complete scam -meaning shell company, false pr, etc, you would think they would just give up. Hmmm seems more and more like susp came down just cuz of qrc and others pump campaign targeted them.

Im assuming thats not legal manipulating a stock down to destruction. I saw several folks, including some I know are experienced traders post on Friday about contacting the SEC regarding whats happening here, noting seeing large buy orders followed immed by price drops. Do we really actually have a case??
Wow, either immg's got some serious cajones and they're planning to ride their lies right to their grave, OR the sec dropped the hammer just cuz they were also getting pumped by qrc. Man Id love to know the real reason here.
Was immg pumped before and on sec's radar? It only took 5 days on the pump before getting suspended as where emmd ran for 6 weeks. or was this more a "get all qrc pumps"?
sure is obvious when someone is pumping vs SHORTING
@lucky per below, you mean sec thinks theyre lying about the pr they released on cancer treatment, or that they had no knowledge of the pump campaign? fwiw, I called them as others did, they sure seemed unaware of promo, even released a statement on it. and really doubt sec could have determined their cancer work was not as stated in 3 days time. unless the actual company is not real and this whole thing was an elaborate scam??
but don't forget this part;
Quote: suspended trading in the securities of IMMG because of concerns
regarding the accuracy and adequacy of information in the marketplace
in sec speak, that means they believe the company is lying.
Scottrade ques cont- so can you place a limit sell order online same as always done? even with no bid, ask available? thnx for any input. - Ive found often the guys you get on the phone at st have limited exp or none with otc, not to mention greys.
Anyone familiar w trading greys on scottrade? Do they allow it online self traded? Or do you need to call it in? First guy I asked there didn't know, waiting for callback. Figured I'd check here.
So is trading open or still not till susp ends, 4/19?
First off, thanks Lucky for all the info youve shared. Actually they did on April 3-link below. And even if they didnt, again is someone else doing a p and d enough reason to kill a stock? Thats more my frustration, concern going forward in the OTC world.

So is the co and all the pr a scam, meaning totally fabricated shell company with false pr, false websites, portals, etc? Or was this suspended just due to the newsletter hype campaign by a 3rd party? If the company's legit and pr is legit (not saying it is or isnt) how can the sec kill the stock and the investors cuz of a pump n dump campaign??
Death blow to legit stock and investors fair??
First experience with a suspension, have read all the shared links now (thanks for this info). While I get what folks are saying about red flags, not being ignorant, do your dd, etc, how bout with following scenario (which IMMG may very well fall into):
-legit startup company has potentially great new product and selling stock. they are current with all filings. legit pr sent out, investors see this, do their dd, heck lets say even visit the company to confirm its legitimacy and pr claims. Ppl start buying in, interest increases, stock price climbs. All legit, above board. Then totally unrelated, unsolicited, 3rd party starts sending hype newsletters with claims that while embellished are not false,(or maybe even are false) more folks buy in, price shoots up dramatically more. So SEC steps in and suspends stock, effectively delivering a death blow to the stock and its investors. While I get that with IMMG the crazy run up was likely all a result of the newsletter pump, why punish a legit(assuming) company and its innocent investors? How can this drastic move be SEC's only option? Im sure they are fully aware of 3rd party unsolicited pump campaigns (they hit immg and emmd at same time-both being hyped by same guys as I read) and they know that result of suspension is grey sheets of death. Will they really suspend/kill a stock just based off someone else doing a p and d campaign?? And a more general ques, anyone have an idea how often the suspensions are of legit victimized companies vs totally false, scam, shell companies or those truly not in compliance?
Thanks for any input, feedback.
