Yes, I know most of the recent PIPE's has price protection that got reset to .25
But the first few financings, no price protection. Or at least for this one:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1516551/000155724015000237/nmus-8k.htm
And those guys like Squires and Ladin who hold big chunks, I don't know what they paid or what sort of protection they got, but I doubt it was anywhere close to .25 a share
Patience patience patience
I kind of Enjoy the pain
It is a genetic defect I guess
But I'd rather purchase a stock, have it drop 50%, only to recover and give a 100% gain Instead of a stock going up in a straight line. Very boring that way
The pain Makes you appreciate the Win all the more
To each their own though
90% eh Vinpat?
Some heavy hitters on that list, you must have some connections.
The first few PIPE's were at $5 a share, so I have to agree with Vinpat that some will be holding until it goes boom (or bust). Although more recent ones have been sub-dollar.
Speaking of Bust, Vinpat can you help me with Patent info? I want to know, of the UM licenses Nemus has, what has patents, provisional patents or pending ones.
Here is what I can find so far:
http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=2&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-adv.htm&r=52&f=G&l=50&d=PTXT&S1=Elsohly&OS=Elsohly&RS=Elsohly

According to myself, Nemus has licensed the following molecules from UMiss:
UM5050 (main THC prodrug)
UM1490 (delivery systems)
UM5070 (MRSA)
UM8790 (ocular delivery)
UM8930 (CBD pro-drug, CIPN) although I thought I read their CBD drug was a 'analogue'
Most of those licensing deals were signed before Nemus did their RTO, so I can't get access to the contracts. I did for UM8930 deal:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1516551/000164033415000467/ex-10_1.htm
Under Patents it says:
'Pending filing of a provisional patent application. Working Title: “Cannabidiol prodrugs with improved bioavailability”.'
I am just wondering where to look and who I should ask for this info. Reasoning being, in the WORST CASE SCENARIO, if Nemus was unable to get their indications through FDA approval process, I still think their UM license's would be of value to someone (depending on the sectors landscape).
So I want to know what exactly has been granted patents, what has been applied for, etc.
It Nemus has properly secured this IP for the next 5-20 years, I feel this is still not being accurately priced. Liquidating those licenses with the current share structure, fully diluted, would still reward shareholders who are purchasing stock at this price. I am probably wrong though, I often am :P

I had to sell Kaly at a nice Fat loss.

NMUS market cap is a little north of 30m
Not sure about AXIM
But yes, the discrepancy is still very large
Thanks for the reply Vinpat
I've said my piece About Hollister. A few times actually...I am going to let it go now.
Old NMUS investor presentations
At the top of the page there is a link to a presentation by the former CEO on some Cannabis podcast thingy from mid 2015. Looking through youtube, I found two older ones and I pulled out a few things:
I dont have L2 data
But someone(s) has been buying up the .28's and .29's last few days. More buying pushed us back into the .30's before someone painted it .31 for the weekend.
Oh well, Smoke em While you Got em I say

Come on CJ
You know me Better than that ;)
I do my homework
The patients in that study took Dronabinol or smoked weed, which helped until they built up a tolerance.
NMUS longs are speculating NB1111 can overcome the issues regarding patients developing a tolerance (among other things).
Given that UM has been researching cannabis and glaucoma since the 80's, I am confident in their ability to overcome the obstacles, including tolerance development.
Thanks CJ for keeping me Sharp
Appropriate patients were treated with either orally administered delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol capsules or inhaled marijuana in addition to their existing therapeutic regimen.
This was in 2002
So what NMUS longs are speculating is that UM has developed a glaucoma candidate that can overcome the breakdown of efficacy caused by increased tolerance...
Note the date.
I like my side of the bet :)

You should link to the studies.
FYI, Cesamet disclaimer discusses tolerance

Don't think it is something to be too worried about.
Why would they convert their preferred shares at a price near the current SP, let alone below it? There are going to dump 20 million shares all the way down so .10c? So they can light 12 million on fire?
They will hold on to those preferred's for some time. In the event NMUS fails to advance their candidates, and the intellectual property is liquidated (for a lack of a better term), those preferred's are protected and will get paid first (over common shares).
In the event NMUS is successful, both in up-listing and getting their candidates to market, they could sell (a portion of) their Series E share privately, rather than convert and sell in the open.
Regardless, all of the outcomes are at least 12-18m down the road. You are being Paranoid about them converting all their equity to common shares on July 10th and dumping them. Do the Math.
No, I don't
Has anyone else (CARA, ZYNE, GWPH) run into tolerance issues with cannabinoid receptors and their candidates?
Is there something particular about the receptors in the eye that has you concerned about tolerance/immunity and the efficacy of the drug?
Board got Quiet, so things got Feisty
It's okay though, always Important to play until the whistle
In Chico's case, a little after ;)

How did the lawsuit go for him?
It went like $USRM stock price, he got taken Downtown
On August 3, 2016, John B. Hollister filed to dismiss his complaint against Nemus Bioscience, Inc. (the "Company") and the Company's Co-Founder and Executive Chairman Mr. Cosmas N. Lykos, and the Company and Mr. Lykos filed to dismiss their complaint against Hollister filed on January 25, 2016 containing claims against him for defamation, false light, unfair competition, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud.
Hollister's employment as the Company's Chief Executive Officer was terminated by the Company on August 24, 2015 for good and lawful reasons by the Company's Board of Directors as the Company decided to go in a different direction. As stated in the Company's December 28, 2015 Form 8-K, the Company maintains that Hollister's complaint and subsequent pleadings were grossly inaccurate and his claims were entirely without merit alleging various causes of action arising out of his termination, including a breach of contract claim. The signed Settlement and Release of Claims Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and includes a letter from Hollister to the Company and Mr. Lykos in which Hollister states:
"I regret initiating this litigation. I now know that neither Nemus Bioscience, Inc. nor Mr. Lykos engaged in any wrongful conduct. I wish Nemus Bioscience, Inc. and Mr. Lykos the best in their future endeavors, which I hope and expect will be successful."
Neither the Company nor Mr. Lykos made any payment to Hollister to resolve the lawsuit or otherwise.
According to the Orange County Superior Court's online case records posted on August 11, 2016, the court entered the order for dismissal of the entire action with prejudice effective as of the August 3, 2016 filing date.
chico, has dr.murphy paid this back?

Vinpat, Don't bother.
People have to make their own Choices.
Vinpat, did I find it?
I was looking for stuff on Cannabicyclohexanol since Wiki said Pfizer created it in the 70's, and you said it wasn't Levonantradol.
I know you said it wasn't Levonantradol, but...? Maybe it as well as something else?
I will have to check out the two studies it cites (Machado Rocha t al., 2008) and (tramer et al. 2007).
I can't figure you out. Not sure if your part of the 'shoot the messenger before listening to the message' crowd.
Feb 22nd/2016
'Subject to satisfaction of remaining conditions, Revive and InMed will endeavor to enter into a definitive agreement within 30 days of the execution of the term sheet. Pursuant to the signing of a definitive agreement, InMed will grant Revive the exclusive worldwide rights to develop and commercialize the target cannabinoid(s) discovered from InMed's proprietary in silico drug/disease targeting technology. Under the term sheet, InMed will receive an upfront payment and will be eligible to receive additional milestone payments upon achievement of certain predefined pre-clinical clinical, regulatory and commercial targets, as well as royalties on commercial sales. The term sheet agreement is not binding and remains subject to further negotiation and definitive documentation. Further announcements will be made on the status of this transaction, and the details of the commercial terms.'
What did that RVV PR say?
I'm not going to bother to check sedar for the definitive agreement being filed, or not. I follow IMLFF but never thought this was real, and RVV I could care less about.
TO the person who said 'Notice the company seems to be the biggest buyer while they try and squeeze out the nervous and day traders'
Why is some of the directors market making their own stock? Seems low Energy.
I hope they progress toward EB trials in 2018. Will be watching.
I still watch IMLFF because of their EB candidate. The bio synthesis and informatics stuff is fluffy.
Vinpat, how far will their 7 mill get them with EB pre clinical/clinical trials?
That expired a while ago. Haven't heard since. Very PumPy.
According the guidance from management, we should start to find out during Q4 of this year.
Vinpat, those Phase III trials
Where people Got way to Paranoid and psyched out, so they dropped pursuing the canidate, was it Levonantradol?
I only know of INSYS that is developing a CINV drug with cannabinoids, and it is transdermal patch I think. Oh wait, CNBX is too, but I think that is just a pump and dump.
I have no idea about patents, I think Vinpat is better at that stuff than me. But I think there are more recent patents for candidates than 1993.
I haven't seen the charts you references, but isn't there a large difference in the bio availability between the three subjects? Also, notice on the next page it is ElSohly's work :P
And how are you comparing it to NB1222? No data is Public about its efficacy right now. That chart in the Nemus presentation was from a ester that Nemus did not select, just used to show the effectiveness of THC pro-drug suppositories compared to dronabinol.
Salzman and Yaketan both have seperate business that is involved with Kalytera.
How can they use the Phase 2 tests if they have to change the formulation (which they Will)?
Honestly, I wouldn't be giving much credit to the Brains behind some of the brokerages.
Eight Capital, Cannacord and Cannabis Wheaton have been Behaving super Lame lately. Do some due diligence on these names...
Yikes. Long way to go here.
