Evaluate, you say "it could be" and "its feasible" to have royalty payments from the hospitals and level 3 distributors. I don't think thats happening and can't find anything in the Qs that indicate a royalty structure in addition to the basic equipment lease.
The last 10Q listed 3 revenue streams: product, licensing and equipment leases. I tried to copy to this format but it didn't work. Royalties can mean several things and can mean "Furthermore, the amount of rent paid by the user is fixed. Whereas royalty paid by the user to the owner varies based on the quantity of goods produced or sold". Our customers pay an "equipment lease" fee but do not make an additional payment "based on the quantity of goods produced or sold".
I've questioned whether theres' a royalty element to PCTL revenues and haven't found anything that indicates one. Zerorez had a "royalty-bearing" element but it appears, in that case, that PCTL pays a distributor from revenues. Please show a link indicating we receive royalties. thanks
"Yes there’s a volume royalty"
Congratulations Goldi!!! You'll take South Florida by storm.
regarding warrants offer
Hey Goldi,
lets talk about the P stock?
Cyber, a fellow investor called me regarding the DE photos on post 123947. To me, a very important show of progress appears in the second photo that proves that everything Gary has been saying and putting together is actually happening. Scroll down to the second photo. Look to the far right side of the photo, and note the print on the second box, the one on top: "werksmfg.com". The pieces of the puzzle are coming together!!
Egold, great find on the Eonmist spray bottle being launched in Target. I believe it is the PCTL spray in the can. However, this is whats listed under the specs "Primary Active Ingredient: Ethyl alcohol". I'm unable to contact the Eonmist group due to being overseas but you might want to make them aware of this if possible. thanks
I just saw that Annihilaire was added to List N yesterday, April 30, under number 92449-1 for pathogens. Their website feels very similar to ours and says some of the same things. We should highlight the benefits of our patent (the management tool we provide) in a bigger way on our website. Just a thought.
Did anybody see the 3-4 minute long article on NBC this morning regarding a hydrogen peroxide fogger called Halo mist? I believe they said it costs about $8000. They put the fogger into a room at night to make the room safe for the next morning. It's great that the use of a fogger/mister is recognized as effective, though it wasn't PCTLs machine. Hypochlorous acid made by PCtl is more effective, less toxic and can be used around people, and still needs national attention. HOpefully we'd be able to support new orders.
I also saw a photo with President Trump, yes poker star, the Great President Trump, with a representative from Ambustar. they have a hand held disinfectant machine that is being used in ambulances and schools. Makes me wonder why we don't hear more about the sales/marketing of our handheld version, Survivalyte, for these applications. Comments welcome.
I don't know how to do attachments and rarely post.
Pres DJT has released up to $50 Billion to fight C Virus. Have you written to your government representatives yet? We should be contacting our reps/senators, especially Tim Scott and Lindsey Graham of south Carolina where PCTL is based. $10 million would go a long way to funding new production, facilities, debt management, hiring... Email your Reps!!!
I'm a long who rarely posts on any stock but PCTL has really gotten my attention for several reasons.
1) The patent has been proved out by the trials and incorporation of the system into hospitals, oil and gas and a South Carolina food processor
2) the CDC statement, found on the Oct 26, 2018 PR, says 1 in 25 patients develop HAI...1 in 25!!
3) from the same report, the total of all related HAI costs annualized is about $147 Billion...a huge problem
4)there are just over 6200 hospitals and 913,000 beds in the US with an average size of about 150 beds per hospital. 150 beds is the max capacity for 1 system. If 10% of hospitals installed a system that would be a minimum of 620 systems. My estimate is that about 50% of hospital would require 1 (310 units)...186 hospitals, 30%, with 150-300 beds would require 2 units each, or 372 units, and maybe 20% would require 3 systems, 124 hospitals, or 372 units. total is 1154 units. At $8500 per unit/month $117.7 million per year. obviously there are costs, at some point the Q will help to make that more transparent, and who knows how long it would take to get to 10% but there is a massive upside here.
5) It seems to me that there's large revenue potential in locker rooms, sports facilities given the MRSA problem
6) There are many large medical supply outfitters, Medtronics, J and J and other with revenue exceeding 20 Billion dollars. Would there be an interest in a buy out form one of them? Given our SS a $1 billion buyout is equivalent to $3.30 per share. Do the math for a potential larger buyout.
These are my reasons for being a long. Any thoughts are welcome.
Etrade shows 7.6 billion OS...TA still shows 8.5 billion on OTC markets. something happened.
That's what I thought initially but all other info was updated.
Hey Tex,
From an SEO standpoint do you think painreliefmeds has the proper keyword and keyword phrases? Can they add more or new ones? Should there be a button on premier bio's website that will bring people directly to the painreliefmeds website? Do you think exchanging links to other appropriate and conmpatible websites would help with traffic?
New to this board...first post ever in IHub. I'm long Biei and want to suggest two things:
during any meaningful business transaction there is a formal "quiet period". I believe that's why we have so little PR over the last month and that Mr Hartman will be happy to share the news when he can, legally.
Secondly, google search positioning improves the more the item is searched. if you search for CBD pain relief, or hemp oil pain relief...make something up and search.., the best position Painreliefmeds comes in is in the middle of the third page. More than 80% of purchases are done from the first page. Thats the reason people sponsor/pay for their clicks, to get a top of the first page position. Everyday for the last two weeks I've googled CBD pain relief many times and then clicked on painreliefmeds.com in order to help move the bar a little. We can all help that way.
