That's the plan. Payout late next year, but if the market continues to decline, a 10% return is worth waiting for.
What happens to US stock holders? Do we get bought out at Market price?
You buy for a premium and sell for a premium. You'd be even money (minus brokerage fees)
You do realize these are AutoBOT fill in the blank articles right?
I'm bullish on Bitcoin, but this is exactly how the housing bubble popped.
touche
lost 95% in the pos. Almost criminal.
my guess 3.50

Can't believe I got sucked into this again.....
That's me at .60! Orders are going through.
1-15 reverse split
Rumors are now out that Tuesday will be opening on OTC.
Filing to delist on October 6th. Once we get on the OTC the real diluting will begin. Less regulations = More shenanigans.
DGLT Board of Directors has already informed NASDAQ of its intention to delist.
Where did you get that info? Also, what happens if Nasdaq delists, do we automatically move to OTC or is it possible to be stuck in limbo?
I'm long. Read statement below.
“We anticipate closing a transaction involving Digiliti on or around the 29th of this month,” Urban FT CEO Richard Steggall tells Paybefore. “Concurrently the two businesses are working towards an integration plan that will allow for a seamless merger of the two, provided closing takes place.”
Although Steggall says he’s not at liberty to discuss the values being applied to DGLT or UFT for the proposed merger, he says DGLT’s last stock trading price prior to its Nasdaq suspension ($1.05) represents a fair market value for the company.
So basically the buyout is around $1.05. I see this being a private company after the merge or and never trading again. But at least we will get something out it.
Does anybody know if there's a max time limit on keeping stocks halted before a definitive action, such as delisting, is enforced?
Urban FT has NOT claimed a $3 buyout. That was a tweet from an investor claiming the pps would pop after the halt is lifted.
Pps was around .20 when this was announced so an "Attractive Offer" could very well be .50. If the offer was $3, it would have been signed already and news would be out.
Track the Market Cap and you'll find your proof. Was at 7.5mil with .0030 now at 10.5mil with .0019.
Market Cap went from 7.5Mil to 10.5Mil yet the pps dropped from .0030 to .0019. This because they keep issuing more and more shares!! How can anyone trust this company? They are diluting their shareholder's positions. Impossible to make any money when they are forcing the stock price lower and lower.
They are getting rich by shorting their own stock. It's the perfect crime. I'm embarrassed that I fell for it again.
Be careful here.. Buying a town that's only 100 acres isn't really that impressive. You can buy 100 acre lots for about $150K pretty much anywhere throughout the Midwest.
7.5 Mil Market Cap with no income? I see a lot of people losing money on this bet.
Once upon a time there was a jacka55 who failed to hit the confirm button before minimizing his window and rushing off with .14 @100,000 shares in limbo, realized his mistake when he went to sell @.21 so essentially that breakfast with his wife cost him $7,000. Yummm.
Greatest comment I've seen on here!!!
*Applause*
6 months minimum before we see anything close to pps moving back to those levels. We are still on the down trend which I bet settles below the $1.59 mark that company leadership valued their own company at.
Keep in mind that this was a Post-Deal valuation so there isn't any equity built in. Now it's all about earnings reports which will take 2-3 quarters to build confidence.
That is of course in the absence of any new major announcements.
Am I the only one wondering why this stock is performing the way it is? Delisting Notice from Nasdaq says they need to get over $1 for 10 straight trading days, then like magic the stock pops to compliance.
Are there insiders moving the market on this? What's the deal?
travyyy you are confused.
Theres no such thing as "taking shares out of the outstanding list" . Outstanding shares are the total of shares owned by shareholders, insiders, and institutional investors. There's no "bucket" of shares lying around to just pull from. The only way for shares to be removed are for the company to buy them back. Once that happens the outstanding share count is reduced.
No dilution? Where do you suppose they got the 8.3mil shares from? Companies don't own thier own shares and don't keep shares stockpiled for future use. Unless Aurora's executives donated their shares to be used in the purchase (which is 100% not likely) then I hate to break the News, but shares were diluted.
2% Share dilution, 8% of cash on hand expense, and 16% share price deflation. There's a reason the deal is structured this way and the timing of the announcement so that investors have time to consider the long term benefits in light of the short term deficiencies.
Price will dip to $1.59 and won't move far from there for 6 months. Reason being is that all this cost will impact this Quarters revenue statement and we will have to wait until 3rd Quarter to fully comprehend the company's true value.
You've got over $100,000 in these 2 stocks, I advice you to not take advice from message boards. Pay a professional, that'll be the smartest investment you can make.
Yes you are correct. $2.14 = $1.59 USD. I missed that conversion somehow. So I take back what I said about the lift, This stock will definitely drop!!
I can guess that we will see a climb early Tuesday, but I doubt it will close much higher than the $2.14 pps that is being offered in the deal. I'm sure both companies calculated an appropriate value here and that's the baseline that institutional investors will be measuring against. Don't forget there's $35mil dilution here.
I'm willing to bet the halt and news has something to do with the 50mph wind gusts in Edmonton. Maybe the facility was damaged? Bad news.
This company is so disappointing. They spend more time promoting stock than do spend promoting their product. It's a shame because they have a unique opportunity to do something great, but they are so far in debt, their obvious endpoint is bankruptcy.
I'm clearing out of this mess at .0012. until then it's autopilot. My suggestion is you all get out while you can and certainly don't drop anymore cash on it. A lot of better opportunities out there.
Does anyone have any details regarding the patented age verify process that American Green is boasting about? I'm wondering if there's any potential in licensing this technology?
