“Apologies for less then usual updates recently. We remain busy however behind the scenes driving the company's growth. Just awaiting a couple of announcement confirmations & approvals. Updates can be expected to begin on a number of fronts starting the beginning of next week.”
See, these kinda statements are what’s frustrating with Roger (again, I’m talking about Roger, NOT AMFE as a company). Such a vague statement allows Roger to “protect” himself, since he can’t technically be lying. However, if I was in a conversation with a friend, and he said what Roger said in AMFE’s most recent tweet, then I would assume that “updates can be expected to begin on a number of fronts starting the beginning of next week” would imply that “updates” would start coming AT LEAST somewhat regularly. It has been over a month since that tweet and we have received 1 update (which was also over a month ago).
I hope Roger comes out with some sort of update soon that would shame me for this post.. but I'm not sure that’s going to happen when looking at how he’s handled updates/keeping shareholders informed so far.
Yeah, I remember those days (being optimistic at 0.07 and thinking how this was going to soar soon). To AMFE's defense, we did go to ~0.235.. but I was almost positive we woulda hit ~0.50 by Dec 2017. Alas, I was wrong. I'm still holding but really wish I woulda got out somewhere in the 0.18-0.23 region. Woulda hopped back in right about now.. but that's hindsight for ya; always 20/20.
It's just frustrating because I still see the massive potential with AMFE (which is why I'm still holding) but waiting over ~1.5 years or so for an audit to be completed is just ridiculous. At some point, management needs to be held responsible.
Before anyone jumps in to defend management and talk about all the good things about AMFE; trust me, I'm aware of the positives (again, I'm still holding). However, none of the positives matter if the audit is never completed. If anyone could provide just 1 example of another audit that took this long for a successful company, that would be comforting. Still holding strong.
Plowmaster, I’m not able to send private messages (or at least, I don’t know how to), so I have to respond to you here. I’m not a fake profile. I have 70k shares averaged at $0.039, so I’m not planning on going anywhere in the near future (although, it would’ve been nice to sell above $0.20 and then buy back in at around this time lol).
My question was simple. What was the last quarter where AMFE posted the financials? On this website (as in AMFE iHub), it says it has been over a year since fins have been posted. I feel like that statement was/is incorrect but am looking for confirmation.
Have Q1 or Q2 fins been posted? I know it says on this page that no fins have been posted for a year.. but I seem to remember Q4 fins being posted from last year. Am I wrong?
Agree 100%
The average audit takes ~3 months to complete. Ours took more than a year and now we can’t even submit/show quarterly performance.
We are suckers because we keep following Roger. I used to be optimistic about BOTH the company and Roger.. however, after witnessing/reading ever blowback over the last year, I can’t say I’m as confident in Roger as I used to be.
Agree 100%, which is unfortunate because I used to have a lot of faith in Roger.. but after over a year of delays in almost all projects/goals and mostly recycling news, I’ve come to learn that my faith may have been misguided (to say the least).
“No long term negatives” except the following:
- GRO3 has not made any progress over the last year (we’re being left behind)
- S&L is expanding.. but only a handful of locations per year (again, see above)
- CEO has been misleading on audits
- Financials taking much longer than what would be expected for any reasonable company.
At what point do we demand a new CEO with some experience?
Hi Everyone. I’ve been MIA from this board for a lil while.. but can someone explain how AMFE continues to expand the company, and revenues continue to grow, but the pps continues to shrink? Any ideas?
Really surprised at the pps direction this stock is taking.. I remember when the price was ~0.16-0.19 During Jan - Mar 2018, before it went off a cliff specifically due to the lack of a completed audit (seriously, that was the only reason it dropped).
I figured now that the audit is complete that we'd go to at least ~0.14-0.15 again..
Anyone know when we can expect Q1 2018 numbers to be released?
Apologies ahead of time if this has already been discussed.. I’ve been checked out for a while.
I think Grevious is referring to last Christmas (2017). This board was very optimistic back then. Crazy how the the very poor mishandling of one audit could affect the board and PPS so much.
Financials are due before opening today, correct?
Hahahaha that was good!
Hope everyone realizes we are gonna fall until audit comes out. Literally doesn’t matter what else happens... pps will fall until audit. AMFE long but also realistic. Let’s get that audit done.
While he isn’t responsible for the audit, he is responsible for his words. This is the 3rd time (that I’m aware of) that Roger has provided a “time of expectation to be finished” that hasn’t been met. And while I'm still optimistic about the audit being finished at some point, Roger has greatly diminished the credibility of his word (and possibly the company). Once the audit is completed, AMFE will need to dish out some nice PR’s to regain the confidence of former investors while also attracting new ones.
I’m not selling anything lol I just miss the days of weekly updates is all.
This audit process is brutal.. but, assuming it does get completed (which is imperative, regardless of future dealings of the company), then I’ll be looking forward to the days where we all can look back and laugh on these times we are currently experiencing.
Agree 100%
What confuses me is that we used to receive updates weekly. Whether it was via twitter or actual PR’s, we used to be able to rely on receiving updates at least once a week. Now it seems like we are lucky to receive an update once every ~3-4 weeks...
When is the deadline for releasing Q3 #s?
But that still doesn’t explain how this is possible.. revenues are growing, expansion happening, audit (while being painfully and continually delayed) is progressing with a new set date (as opposed to “soon,” like it has been in the past)... what was there not to like about this weekend’s PRs?
$0.135 after a great PR weekend?? Is this a joke? How’s this possible?
To clarify, it will be “surprise news” when the audit is completed, correct? Meaning that it’s not possible to receive the news the night before trading opens via otc’s online site? We would hear/read the news at ~9am day of?
Bid is at 0.14??? This must be a joke
WELP I’m in for 190,000 shares at an average of 0.0077
GLTA! #letsmakesomemoney
But... but... snowflakes are so beautiful! :P
To clarify, I did additional DD. The reason I was asking is because it seems like everything checks out to me so I really didn’t understand how pps could be so low.
Thank you!
See? That wasn’t so difficult (I’m referring to everyone else who has given me such a potential investor such as myself such a hard time for asking such a simple question... not you kingpindg, your answer is truly appreciated).
It’s discussions such as these that will attract other investors as well instead of making the SRMX ihub page look like a bunch of pumpers like most other OTC boards.
Again, another response lacking any of the info I was asking for : /
I’m not “waiting for a response,” I’m checking to see if this is a board full of pumpers or people who legit believe in this in this stock and are willing to provide legitimate info as to why the pps is so low. If people on this board truly believe in the company, then they’d be willing to provide such info along with additional info backing as to why such a low pps should not be a concern to possible future investors like myself.
Again, companies aren’t sub penny for no reason.. so, I’ll ask again: why is SRMX sub penny?
Yes, but why is pps so low at this very moment? Sub-penny stocks aren’t sub-penny for no reason.
Again, things look like they’re falling into place nicely but I want to know what info I’m missing before I buy in. Need to know the risks.
Posted similar Q earlier but no response...
I’m liking what I’m seeing with SRMX and I’m thinking I’ll place a bid for ~125,000 shares tomorrow but only if someone can explain to me why the pps is so low.
This company has been around since 2010.. which is a bad sign... but they also just partnered with ATT, which is a GREAT sign..
So, again, why such a low pps atm?
Just found this stock (SRMX) today via a screener. Only done about 30-40 min DD this far but everything seems optimistic to me.. planning on buying in at opening tomorrow unless someone can convince me otherwise. Bears, where you at!? Need some perspective haha
It only has 243 comments at the moment.. not all of which are bad, and some are repeat commenters. 243 comments is a lot but not nearly enough to make a dent in the business imo. If we ignore, it should go away. More comments (defending the company) will bring more attention.
Something interesting to note:
Revenue for Q2 dropped by 44% vs Q1 but gross profit increased by 46%.. How’s that even possible?? Lol
Would like some clarification:
Not happy about rev numbers but VERY happy about gross profit (which matters more than rev)
Can anyone tell me why we hit almost $6 million rev in Q1 but not Q2? I thought the Gro3 sale was Q2? Was it Q1? Something isn’t adding up... did Snakes take a dip in sales? Oct - Dec is supposed to be the busiest time of the year for game sales...
Any clarification would be appreciated
Is there any chance that Joseph Arcaro doesn’t get custodianship? If so, then why? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
Revenue #s?
Profit?
Debt?
What is NVSOS? Why is it important?
Sorry for questions I just found this stock ~3 min ago lol
I mean, I assumed the pps would be higher than 0.25 by now if I’m being honest.. but that was back when the audit/up list was expected in Fall 2017 along with the opening of midtown..
Don’t get me wrong, I’m still here.. it’s just that I have no doubt we would be over 0.25 at this point if goals were met on time.
So I know that there’s no set date for A/U.. but isn’t there a date that fins have to be released by? If so, then when is that date?
As long as there is news, then I agree. Could even be MUCH higher with all the possibilities for upcoming catalysts.. But, if no news at all through the 31st, then I’m seeing ~0.14 - 0.15 this week. Long term not worried but we need news to keep this momentum going.
#AMFE
Just to clarify, AMFE isn’t officially uplisted is it? This is just the application, correct? Is the audit finished?
Good things coming. I’m just a bit confused at the moment and am looking for clarification.
I know this has probably been clarified long ago.. but I’m assuming you work for S&L then? What is your position within the company?
