"I WANT TO HEAR SOME NOISE FROM THESE GUYS"
Good luck with that.
Where have all the ACRL buyers gone?
Long time passing,
Where have all the ACRL buyers gone,
long , long time ago.
Where have all the ACRL buyers gone,
To the poor house everyone,
When will they ever learn,
When will they ever learn?
Agreed.
I have one of those too
The wife loved it; I have been trying to sell our old house for 10 years (had it 30) but she won't leave the place as the kids grew up there-the song confrims her veto.
I work for the wife.
Sub Penny Blues
Stanza 3
I was hoping they got rid of the CTO,
But that promise was a complete no go,
Might as well spend money on a dirty Ho,
As ACRL promises are but a spastic show,
Rather drink cheap whiskey and enjoy a blow.
Great song, thanks
No I am here because I am a gold and lithium bug and JSHG is the cheapest vehicle around (fantastic exploration properties) so its great return on investment if those commodities soar.
But I am also patient ; in 2000 holding a stock for 4 years that was really sweat equity for all my prospecting work for the previous 6 years I was offered $200k Canadian , I was tight, my wife persistently bugged me to liquidate so I sold them to an insider of the company for a premium (12.5%), it was a closely held stock...
5 years later that same stock was sold to IAMGOLD for $22 million (they opened the gold mine in 2020); and to a make it worse my wife says now 20 years later ,'I told you to not sell it!"
So now I am patient.
Is there an appetite for a third ACRL Sub Zero Blues Stanza?
fair enough my friend; I bought 100k yesterday to add to my hoard
To profit , or not to profit, that is the question:
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer losses.
Without complaining of the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,
Or to take Arms against a conscientious JSHG moderator,
And by opposing end the time: to profit or to weep
No more; with a gold bull market , to say we end happy investors
What am I A PROPHET?
IF YPOU DON'T LIKRE IT SELL.
LONGS WILL GET THE LAST LAUGH
Sub Penny Blues
Stanza 2
I can hardly remember when ACRL was 40 cents,
I am still holding have I lost all my godamn sense,
Everything all gone, gone each and every red cent,,
How, how ,O Lord, jhow could I have been so dense?
Then a wailing guitar solo like Howling Wolf, weeping on his guitar
Never had a smart phone, never will...My sons and I used to enjoy watching movies together at the house.
However, every movie there were constant interruptions from their super phones, so I made a rule, in the living room, no phones.
They were pissed at first but now several years later they enjoy getting away from the nonsense....
I've been there already...
Sounds...."weak"
Actually 10 days ago the Nevada court threw out Dan Byrnes case and the Plaintiffs won; not a good sign for SPZI buying the niobium property..
There will be another court case in Ontario that will decide the issue.
It seems to me, and I could be wrong, that Patrick was lied to by Volusia when they tried to sell SPZI the Niobium property.
We will see. thanks for the post.
They lost in Nevada last week, the Canadian litigation is just starting.
I know about the Niobium property not about SPZI; I do wonder if Volusia is big enough to backstop SPZI's Niobium in vestment.
Talked to Patrick just now, that's why I'm a bit more knowledgeable.
Patrick seems to have a good head on his shoulders.
No, actually, that would be front running and illegal.
The Niobium mine is under litigation and the company, Volusia, which sold it to SPZI has lost a case in Nevada courts.
There is another court battle in Ontario where Volusia, it seems, will lose its lien on the property thereby voiding the sale to SPZI.
What price did SPZI pay for the property?
That's how I understand it.
Thanks for the info
Ben Fuschino and Dino have been at JSHG since 2011 and none of them have ever sold any stock.
I think that is a good indication
Ha,ha hold onto your knickers JSHG will come through; if not I owe you a case of beer.
Tks
What exactly does SPZI do?
Don't want to sound 'dumb' but I can't figure out their business plan.
Yes ACXRL has had a tortuous history the stock pluging, the shares count exploding, the CTO, no audits, lost the 'good' ground in Kirkland, no 43-101
BUT
there is new Indigenous management that are going to turn 'things around'
The Sub Penny Blues
I have the Atacama sub penny blues,
There is never any real news;
I used to be mad,
But now I'm just sad,
The company is so bad,
I am just a dumb lad.
No dilution? That's comical.
5 years ago ACRL had 220 million shares, now they have 3 billion!!
That is the definition of Super Dilution.
And with all that share creating still don't have audits, still a CTO and no 43-101 report.
So what did those extra 2.8 billion actually buy?
Nothing it seems, very poor management.
I wouldn't worry about it, it is the start of a huge jump forward in my mind.
Should have the results of the Lithium magnetic survey soon!
Thanks for confirming my diagnosis.
Only the 'mad' laugh like that.
Thank you for the reality check
Yes, we are modern Cassandras.
It does seem likely
I would guess that most of them are paid pumpers which isn't loyalty.
I believe you will be happy with the purchase
"The only reason why this stock is holding is because a bunch of hard core followers. But I sense the novelty is depleting."
Yes , I aree; akin to April of 1945 in Berlin where Hitler was talking about new weapons to defeat the Allies.
I'd guess about $250k per hour-but don't forget these are big time deal makers, they don't work for nothing even when nothing happens.
The managers worked very, very hard; look at all the deals they did?
Maybe they can find enough time outside all their deal making to do all those audits?
I think you are right
