I so wish everyone would use punctuation in their posts;
sometimes hard to separate thoughts and ideas. Thanks
all !!
Our people in `management` positions are perfect examples of
`The Peter Principle` and until they accept those bold facts,
they will not bring on any new leadership and we will continue
to flounder. Sad, but spot on in my opinion.
Shawn, don`t be sorry you clicked a link for Gro3;
It is a real entity and there is a demonstration system
fully assembled in London, Ontario for your inspection
if you like; contact Ambrose Fillis and disprove those
who are saying it doesn`t exist; just another example
of their falsehoods.
Is it not true that even penny stocks should be held
to some sort of fiduciary responsibility?
Bucs ; your persistence is admirable, but we choir boys
need more meat to digest
Do we not have our own Twitter site? Didn`t
the latest PR reference it?
Most of which you said is not true; Frank and Larry were not friendly toward
one another; Frank needed Larrys` money; strictly business. Frank was not
a liar; he was the victim of some lies from people he trusted right up till he
got sick and the company floundered. And Roger then met up with some
unscrupulous brokers and lawyers and must have convinced Larry to go
along with the scheme and the SEC went along also.
I was a guest in Frank Mortimers` home on several occassions
over 30 some years ago; he was a good man and not part of any
penny scamming; I can`t say the same for his son Roger who was
a young boy then; obviously Roger didn`t inherit any of the same
traits of his dad because he continues to attempt to deceive us
with his wild stories which seldom ever happen. He is not to be
trusted along with others (Larry Leverton was a partner of Franks)
I met Larry several times and seemed to be OK and find it hard
to believe Larry is going along with this charade, but he has been
well rewarded. Roger was misled by some bad people including
some lawyers who showed him how he could take the existing
public shell company TEVT and exploit investors and enrich him
self and other sweetheart deals. What I can`t understand is that
they fail to recognize they can`t manage a public company or
refuse to get someone who can; pay him with some of those
ill gotten shares you never earned; its a win-win situation
for everyone. There are those of us who still believe the company
could survive with more knowledgeable HONEST management.
Try telling us the truth
The man`s name is Ambrose Fillis (not Filis); who I have known for 15 years
personally; his speech is somewhat delayed at times (not an impediment)
when speaking, but he is a very bright man with a great deal of experience
in the corporate world. To my knowledge he has only an occasional drink,
not stoned as you implied during the radio show and could lead this company
much better than current management; so I do speak from some history with
the company having bought stock in 1987 when they were `Technical Ventures`
and Rogers` dad, Frank Mortimer, was in charge. He died somewhat early (in
his 60s I think) and the company was nearly killed by unfounded law suits which
they could not afford to defend themselves adequately. I do believe with a new
management team, they can survive and grow.
Getting back to Ambrose Fillis, he is taking his technology to a new industry and
will succeed; where Roger could have also had he believed in Fillis` cannabis
approach. Even you Shajandr, would be impressed by Fillis today.
I have ceased to refer to them as `management`; they don`t meet the definition in any way; their actions appear to be self-serving and shareholders be damned !!
Did we not hire a woman from France a year or two
ago to be our publicity person and at a good salary?
Can`t see much results from her efforts if any!

Not aware that JRF has made some comments lately ; but
interesting nevertheless; favorable lets hope !
The past is behind us and difficult to undue; but making those shares
given to management for performance (did not deserve) , could be made
available to a new experienced CEO ; would take some doing, to say the
least. There must be someone out there, somewhere to accept the challenge
and be rewarded big time; when successful. i.e. get share price to move up!!
Thank you Ben and Roger for having the Attorney Letter posted in
a timely manner; now lets follow up with more releases of honest
progress, be it ever so slight. We are due !!!
I am so upset with myself; I had a long post ready to send and I lost it
somehow to god knows where. So if you find it someplace all the better.
The point I was trying to make is that Roger, Ben and Larry should give
up (or gift or transfer somehow) or offer to a new leader (CEO) a large
number of their shares (common or preferred) in an equity position .
The stock rewarded to management back in Jan 2021 for what I will
never know (outstanding performance ?) at a value of $3.5M ) .
Roger, in particular, has made himself a wealthy man and could do this
himself; greed is a powerful motivator. Not sure about his landscape
snow plowing business if it is profitable; I imagine he pays himself well.
His claim is that he kept the old company (Technical Ventures) TEVT
somehow still viable and some how along with fancy lawyer they assigned
a huge number of treasury stock and kept a giant chunk of it themselves
when they, like Lazarus, they resurrected the long quiet company after
Frank Mortimer (Rogers dad) died with only Rogers small company
as the only asset; not sure how that works. But apparently the SEC
approved the deal. I also think Larry Leverton was involved as he was
Frank Mortimers long time sec-treas and probably helped Roger in his
his deal making. I was an early stock holder back then (1987) so am
familiar with the early company and also a friend of the family as I visited
them and the company several times while Frank was alive.
I am not implying any wrongdoing; only background information. What
am suggesting is a way to find compensation for finding a new person
to lead us as a public company and move us forward.
I wish I was computer savvy and could find the first half of this post that
I inadvertently lost before finishing and sending off. That would explain
better what my purpose of this post is.
Hey `shajandr` , how would I get in touch with Jacque Mortimer; he is
Rogers` half brother (they have the same mother); I met him before and
seemed like a stand-up guy . I would ask him what is Roger doing exactly.
He doesn`t answer me. I think Jacque has a large position.
I am a shareholder also; long time, over 30 years; got in when it was known
as `Technical Ventures` .
In so far as the demise of Aaron, management answer was not entirely accurate;
I learned from good sources the reason he left was he had asked to have a seat
at the table (be in the loop) and that he had recommended the company begin
to formulate some by laws, a formal business plan and other very basic ground
work needed for a public company to function. And foremost, Aaron would need
some sort of protection against being named in any law suit. It appeared to him
all of his recommendations were ignored and he could see there was nothing
they could agree on and so he moved on. He had previously worked for some non-
profit companies and I wouldn`t doubt he could have gone back where they would
appreciate him and utilize his strengths.
Please , Plow, move the needle, the record is stuck!!
So What Are We To Do?
If management will not allow a `real business person` to get control,
as you say Sheepdog, we seem to be helpless; how sad that 99% of
news that comes out by leak or self promotors is a blatant lie, never
to come to fruition. It appears our fate is sealed .
Derivative Law Suit ?
Sheepdog, what are you referring to ?
Some one fill me in; who is Jon Taffer of bar rescue?
That was a excellent question; what exactly is Roger doing and contributing
to the well being of S & L; is his contruction company (one of the pillars of company)
adding to the revenues; be nice to know.
Once again, for the record, Aaron left because he was not getting paid
as he needed in order to sustain his family; at no time did he say anything
derogatory about the company. I know this because I personally talked with
Aaron several times; so please don`t imply that he foresaw failure in SNL
future and bailed out; not true.
If only Rogen would reveal his true reason
for leaving the company; I do question
compensation was the entire reason. More
to it than that.
Not true; I knew Frank Mortimer personally from l987 on, until his death;
he was a good man. Victimized by some so called friends and always the
constant underfunding battle.
If we should ever be so fortunate to have current management come to that
realisation you just spoke of admitting their inability to manage a public
company, it will be a new beginning. We can only hope it happens soon.
I`m a newcomer to this board; hope to learn more
unbiased news about the company.
