Can anyone comment in the actual email software Bravatek is peddling. Through some buzz on this hub it seems thatI is not that popular to date, has not sold much and is hard to find on the Internet. Any thoughts on the strengths and/or weaknesses of it and if it can be a hot item. A bit concerned.
I was under the impression that Bvtk had some extraordinary product to sell. According to what you're saying it doesn't seem to be the case. Concerning? What motivate you to hold on?
have you worked with Ecyrpt? from my DD it sound incredible. is the market saying otherwise?
you know its great that Tom seems very capable, but more so that he likes his job. you can tell that he does by the fact that he actually returns calls and emails. he could draw the line there, being too busy, or wanting personal time, but he doesn't. the man is good at what he does and enjoys it. that formula will produce profits. mark this.
explain to me something .If there is a reverse split say 10:1 (just throwing that out there), and someone owns 1,000,000 shares at 1 penny. After the split they own 100,000 shares at a dime. The value is the same.
is the difference to us, as an investor then, what happens after the split, in other words what the share holders than perceive they should do (now owning a more expensive stock, or so it seems)?
thank you.
Based on tweets and piecing together the information Tom has provided a R/S is
Not likely. Doing so would be ineffective and damage
His reputation with many investors. A buy back however is very likely
And really not that expensive for his fortune 500 buddies. Expect a bunch of shares
To be purchased soon. IMHO (or perhaps hope)
Kindo, I appreciate your response. thank you! It gives me comfort when i read other share holder's confidence. But, of course, there confidence may or may not be justified. However (like in 'Fiddler on the Roof' - 'on the other hand'), i often consider too the reputation of management. I know what it means to launch a venture, a dream, virtually from nothing and be very careful about how your seen; sensitive to issues requiring integrity. Tom's not about to flush his reputation down the toilet for anything - especially cash. Thank you again. I wish you luck in this and all things!
armor1955, thank you for your response. it seems there is a component within all of us, that recognizes this might just be a dream, and a part which is quite realistic and sees this is a real potential reality.
what is the lock up period? dates?
So I was cleaning my RV. I just returned from a trip to Prince Edward Island. Beautiful!
And I got thinking: who are we on this Hub? Mostly 'smaller' investors who have more of a corner store mentality about investing, a day-to-day one, rather than a corporate one with grandiose tools for analyzing etc. That is not criticism. I so appreciate the smarts here and the intelligent banter, but we're not the back offices, or front offices of Pitney Mckay Ross (I worked in their mail room during university).
I was pondering the idea that we who are share holders in BVTK are hoping with all our hearts that this is our lottery ticket. While we know, or at least tell ourselves, that we have done copious amounts of due diligence, the truth, or some of it is that, we're happy knowing that Tom is a frickin genius who knows presidents (even Trump) and is highly articulate about his product and understands thoroughly working with government and the private sector. That really is enough for most of us. Learning about t-trades, electronic grids and towers and all that narishkiet -- most of us leave that up to the geniuses on this board to get, and if they do, that's good enough for me.
So if indeed we are basic guys and gals, bright, and with some cash to invest, are we indeed going to turn into something else? Millionaires! Will this raw gem turn into a smooth diamond, or are we just walking by the 7-11 and spotting the flashy and seductive advertisement for the most recent lottery worth $umpteen?
I love this stock, and this board (enjoying and learning a lot), but in order to be honest, one has to ask the obvious: Is this too good to be true? Can we really reap a lot? Have you seen others invest in sub-penny stocks with close to 10 billion shares, and walk away with millions? If BVTK is so great, how come more people aren't turned onto it? Why don't they know what we know?
Your thoughts?
I'm from Canada, and own a sizable amount of shares in BVTK. But for me to purchase them i had to open up a secondary (to my bank stock account) account and constantly transfer funds. As long as the STOP sign is up, I can't buy more shares through by bank. So with all this positive stuff happening, what I/we really need is for that sign to come down. Lets hope it does asap. That will make a huge noise allow for some very serious investing.
I think the other thing we need to keep our minds on, is what this stock represents - security and safety for millions (if not billions) of people. We live in a time when highway robbers steal from regular folks, not at the side of the night-road, but through their email and electronic accounts. At the end of the day, we're all hoping to attain financial independence through such investments, but as important (if not more) is what BVTK is doing for all of us, and that is protecting our a___ from the bad e-guys, not a small thing. Go BVTK and thank you!!!!
Just came back from hanging out with my son and a dear friend visiting from Ethiopia. I'm trying to understand the 'Target' news. Are we in 1 store and hoping for expansion into the other 1800? is that the news?
Bionic Man, you have 35 million shares? It's quite something you are comfortable sharing that. Well done. that is transparency
i just doubled my holdings in this investment. I did because of a fundamental rule in any business: If you believe in management, particularly in a big way, considering an investment in their company could be a wise thing.
I like Tom. As stated previously he is highly accomplished and is ridiculously connected. His resume is sound and listening to his interviews he has that bravado and guts one wants from a CEO, especially in high tech. The man knows how to keep the bad guys out, bring on the good and affluent people and manage a company (per his previous successes).
Could BVTK crap out? Ya! One never knows what the wind brings (like the closing down of an essential office in the State Department), but at the end of the day all of life is a gamble to some extent. The idea is to minimize the risks. I believe we are doing that by buying up this stock.
Go BVTK go!!!! I"m hoping the bunch of us become affluent and use our money to enhance our lives, and those in need!!!
I just listened to the interview with Tom. He is articulate. Understands his industry thoroughly. Is Brash. Has a well developed ego. Has a history. He is bright and a man with a plan. And he is well connected. Enough said.
(FYI: I'm from Canada and entered BVTK through some assistance from this board. I found a brokerage house that would allow me to trade BVTK, as my bank would not. Thank you to those who assisted me. I am hoping my funds transfer clears quickly enough so that I can purchase more shares.)
This feels like a positive investment. The DD i have done, points to a man with a vision, and more so as stated, a plan. He is not a noobie to the industry and clearly knows his way around Washington and the private sector. And he is connected, and that is everything.
Good luck to all of us. This promises to be an entertaining ride and likely a profitable one. Should this evolve into what we dream of it'll allow us to help those whom we love, and the stranger, and perhaps buy a Mercedes 450 Series (or the modern day equivalent) :).
Exciting!!!
p.s. I always wanted a Corvette but i understand they are bumpy.
i don't see discussion about wine.com on this hub. am i missing something?
Tonight, I sent this question to BVTK staff, on their website. Stay tuned for an answer.
_______________________________________________________________________
Good evening.
I have been most interested in your company and in fact, invested in it today. While I am terribly excited about your potential, I am also deeply concerned about your financials.
Simply put, why have they not been filed? Because they have not been filed, I had to launch a new account (my main account is with a major bank, who have posted a Stop Sign), an onerous task. I live in Toronto, Canada.
You must be deeply concerned with the impression this tardiness is making on current and potential investors. Of the potential investors I know, the Stop Sign is a major problem and has cast some doubt on the the integrity of the company.
Please let me know. Like most investors I will spend some time patiently, waiting for news and an increased SP. I cannot, however, wait forever, particularly for something as important as filed financials.
I wish you well and thank you for the opportunity to be part of something highly significant in the world of technology and cyber awareness and security.
Sincerely,
i haven't been a student of Bravatek website so could you tell me what this added information means (on the site)? THANKS
So i invested today, pretty substantially, because i figured with Tom's resume and the potential hammers still to come, it would be worthwhile. I am prepared to lose my investment, however.
The big question is, the fins. What's up with that? Answer directly Tom. Let us know why they have not been produced, clearly and when they will. Please consider us your partners, as we are. WE have a right to know. It's simple.
I too ran a company and we were never behind on our financials, never and it was much more complicated than where BVTK is at. This is disturbing but I am bullish and excited. Thoughts?
Question from Canada. Im' about to invest. Ive done my due diligence. Seen both sides of the coin. Still a little bit hesitant. Any thoughts on the upside and/or the downside?
Canada asks a question: if one were to buy ICNB what would they be purchasing, and speculate on how much. I know that the actual company from an administrative point of view is Rich and a couple of other people. So is it goodwill the companies are buying and the right to sell this specific product?
i'm assuming the market is closed tomorrow, is that right? God bless America, and Canada
hes a great pick!!! way to go OWCP
what time does the market close today?
posting from Canada. I'm looking forward to trying the wine you all speak of, so highly. Its a drag not to have tasted it, yet encouraging the stock.
Amazing. BVTK is good according to some, and bad according to others. Tom has integrity, ingenuity and creative business sense according to a bunch, and a scamming insensitive human being according to others.
And each side brings evidence to confirm their believes, and the other side then rebuts it. Liberal, Conservative. Republican, Democrats.....etc. etc. etc.
Why does one person think and feel one thing and another person, sometimes with the same or similar life experience feels the exact polar opposite. Even courts of law hashing out an issue with great resources can go either way, and then be wrong.
So at the end of the day is BVTK a good investment, or a really bad one? is it my guts that take me to that answer or is it hope that pushes me there. Is BVTK just a tad better than buying a lottery ticket, or is it the magic we all look for, that moment when we discover the investment of our lifetime, which changes our existence forever?
Tough to say, eh!? Happy Canada Weekend. We're 150 years old. Or are we?
did you ask him about the financials.
great dd, btw!!!
has anyone straight out asked Tom, whats up with the FINS and his statements that his team is "working all weekend"......etc.? My guess is hes struggling to make the public company investor, happy not a simple thing and sometimes you need to fib a tad to do so. Is it right? No. but id like to hear his case.
This week was somewhat uneventful in terms of pps. The news however ejected some very positive energy into this hub, and no doubt other investors and potential investors.
If you can feel it there is a palpable energy stirring within ICNB, one which is the third or so arm of an upswing. It took months for ICNB to go through a stock market gestation, and then to begin crawling. The child is now standing up and beginning to hobble along, and slowly straighten so that it is able to walk across the room stalwart and full of verve. In simple terms, our little stock is growing up (he says weeping). She is showing her character and slowly but surely beginning to leave home.
Will ICNB blossom and become a teen, then an adult? One never knows, however it looks, more and more, that that could be the case.
Enjoy this ride!!! It is terribly fun and insightful. Lets hope we all make a bundle of coin and use it to help others, and then to frickin party!!! Have a sweet weekend. Happy 150th to Canada.
And thank you Rich, CB and everyone else working their bums off so we could sweat way up here. :)
Checking in from Canada. This is an exciting time for OWCP share holders as the company is heading down an uncharted road, and likely going to be the greatest pioneers in the area of MJ ever. We are part of history mates and should cherish that. There is a very good chance this stock is going to develop into something very substantial. Good luck to all of us. We may be surprised at our wealth!!!
Steelyd3, way to go. Excellent. That is called, working your/our investment. i'm very grateful for your diligence and no doubt most others are too. Well done. Go ICNB
Does anyone know why this company has not presented its financial in 18 months?
Logic dictates that OWCP is a stock that is building slowly but ever so surely. It has management, product, worldwide interest (in cbd/thc in general and soon its product) and the know how to pull together all the parts. What has happened in the last 2 days or so was expected and this will be repeated until distribution and sales numbers come out. This is an exciting ride.
I haven't bought i yet to this stock as I am waiting for my Canadian account to open which allows trading this particular investment. I don't understand why my bank will not allow a purchase of stocks of Bvtk. Any understanding out there in this topic?
they are fair game, and they have the right to fight back. Someone who works as arduously and passionately as Rich, albeit with his mistakes, recognizes that it is integral he challenges back, for him, his company and family. It would be stupid to think he should stand there and take the darts, unconditionally, always. I wouldn't. Would you and why?
thank you Drugdoctor
good idea!!!
just checking in from Canada (nothing yet at LCBO. I looked).
The PR Rich put out seems to have been motivated by 1) CB up and coming appearances; 2) his disgust for statements made about him and the company.
It's difficult to say whether he would have issued the PR if hurtful and potentially damaging statements were not being made. They have clearly bothered Rich, and I understand why. I ran a business and slanderous statements can sink a ship. It's not unwise to counter sometimes.
As per the 2 chains - whoever said, that's been said before, is right, however repeating it likely means the news is 'hot', i.e about to happen at which time Rich will obviously fill us all in.
I would say all in all the PR was mediocre and affected the SP slightly. Further, I believe that from time- to-time a CEO has to throw on his/her gloves for his/her integrity and that of the company. And yes, I like you, look forward to the meaty PR when we learn about distribution and sales numbers .
Well done Rich. Long ICNB!!!
thnk you for your response re. R/S. I'm assuming this is inevitable with so many shares outstanding? is that correct?
