erratum: I meant "top" management...
Would you agree that op management would not have announced the following information if they don't have some kind of strong commitments from yet to be disclosed partner/s already?
1. That they are in ADVANCED stage of negotiations with potential partners;
2. That they have DECIDED on limited scope of operations to address environmental concerns; and
3. That they have HIRED senior level technical personnel.
I would think that the company did not make these decisions unilaterally. Most likely, they have the blessing of the partner/s on these announcements--especially items 2 and 3.
GLTA LONGS!
Congratulations! It looks like the atmosphere in this board has improved a lot! I have been absent for a few months.
GLTA LONGS!
Have you seen the awesome look of the new website:

GLTA LONGS!
Thanks. Point well-taken. I have to admit that I don't have an in-depth knowledge of the people behind it.
CORRECTION: I sold my DRYS holdings on November 15, 2016--NOT 2017!
Hey, buddy, what happened to your post below which I cut and pasted from Monday?

NAK Premarket .56 cents!!!! on No news, Unbelieveable YES!!!
Opportunity is Everywhere if you know where to look. Get Started at E*TRADE.
Pls don't forget to thank the shorties! They're doing great...for now.
I'm sure some longs are excited to add more shares in their vault today! What an opportunity!
OK, Here's a small piece of info for everybody. Longs will like it; and shorts will hate it....that's just the way it is. No big deal!

Please do your own DD; and don't impose your will on others. Sounds reasonable enough?
I'm not worried at all, buddy. House money on the line. I sold at $100 late last year.
I am not a day trader...and not satisfied with few % returns. There is reason why I used speculative money to buy some shares... And I respect everyone's investment style---as long as he/she does not resort to manipulation, lying and personal attack.
I bought a few shares at at 1.89 yesterday.
Corrected version:
For me this remains a calculated speculative investment.
My intuition and common sense tell me that given the well-known/documented controversies and countless bad decisions made by company management in the past that infuriated investors----company management will have second thoughts (perhaps more)---before they do more stupid stuff! They know that the public eyes are focused on them; and if they have any brain left in their heads---they will try to boost the stock price to dampen people's "anger"---albeit temporarily.
There is no assurance, though, if they can resist the temptation of going back to their old ways!

Correction: I meant..to prevent shorties from borrowing my shares...
I got out months ago; and re-entered yesterday using small speculative budget. Who knows what will happen!?
I locked up my newly-bought shares GTC with high prices right away...to prevent shorties to borrow my shares.
GLTA LONGS!
Genuine or Pretender? We will come to know the difference---sooner than later!
Be careful, talking about credibility can bite you back!
Any smart reader of my post will conclude that it has nothing to do with "READING" as you emphasized. It has everything to do with NOT RESPONDING and NOT GETTING INFLUENCED. I am a very well-read person. I always try to read or hear both sides of any argument.
This time, it's final EOM for you.
I'm just really thankful facts and actual numbers cannot lie!
I agree. Desperation time...weak hands and stops have apparently dried-up!
Now proven as effective: Longs keeping their shares and buying more at distorted low prices!
I can't wait to compare notes with the shorties come end of September 2017 or earlier! Or later for more patient longs!
Wondering if the lawsuits became useless "low soot"...
Pre-market, so far: About 10,000 shares at $1.70 and 100 shares at 1.68.
Great! Thanks!
"The goal would bring the timeline from as long as 10 years down to two."---sounds good to me.
Corrected version: No more lies, please! I can tolerate some misinformation about the company, but blatant distortion of internationally-accepted and established time frames is just too much!
Somebody in this board please correct me if I am wrong. English is not my native language and I am not good at grammar...
1. But I believe Thiessen’s phrase "by the third quarter of this year" is definitely not the same---as your own definition---“by the END of the 3rd quarter. Rather, when no other context is specified "by the 3rd quarter of this year" most commonly means “before or no later than the 3rd quarter of this year” which offers a range of possibilities from the beginning thru the end of the third quarter. Is there any different interpretation---in plain English?
2. Secondly, I believe that the universal definition of the third quarter is July, August, September, ---not your own definition---“July, August, September, October, November” (…in 5 months???). You need to divide the whole year by 4, i.e., each quarter covering 3 months.
3. Following the corrected definition of time frame terms above---partnering as mentioned by Thiessen and based on his time frame---can occur anytime from now thru September 2017 (thanks to OptimusPrime for the correction). This makes sense, because they realize that the sooner they partner, the earlier they can start the permitting process---together with the partner. It may be too optimistic for some people, but I will not be surprised if it occurs as early as the middle of the quarter.
4. Clearly, Thiessen was talking about 2 distinct milestones----partnering which is as soon as possible; and permitting with a partner which could be a much longer process.
Apologies if my response to your post # 5709 is a little confusing!
On second thought, I should have simply indicated: I agree.
Thanks!
Thank you, sir! I can easily admit it when I am wrong.
You are right...I was about 20 days off on item no.3! Your correction makes it a lot more exciting! Partnering could occur even much earlier than that of my original interpretation.

Point well-taken. I believe this investment will offer alternative opportunities depending on one's time horizon---when the opportunity warrants it, I could respond short-term (right after J/V or B/O), or medium-term (a few years), or long-term (for my kids and grand kids). The choice will remain personal, as it should be.
Agreed totally! Very well said!
Thank you JoeBlow84! BigdawgGMoney gave us the best set of recent documented quantitative facts about the company and the trading dynamics on its stock; and now you gave us the best set of recent documented and common sense qualitative facts related to the company! It’s now complete. You really cannot tell a more beautiful story about the significant role of the company relative to the priorities of the current administration—than this! This is where the documented facts, common sense, reason, and intuition come together—to support this great investment! It’s really nice to be over-convinced! Thanks a bunch!
Once in a while we need to be realistic here…
When someone has decided on a strong position, whether long (like myself) or short, arguing back and forth is quite amusing---but will remain an exercise in futility.
Whether one admits it or not---in general, good things about the company appeal only to the longs; and bad things about the company appeal only to the legal shorts and illegal naked shorts. Both will not budge in defending each one’s argument---whether it’s updated and documented truth or outdated and misleading information. My intuition tells me that most of the people in this board on both sides know the difference---however, each one has to stick to her/his thesis, reasonable or not, in order to support her/his position.
Finally, the only way we will know who has the right call, and who has the wrong call is wait until the end of September 2017 (or earlier). If there’s a joint venture or a buyout, the longs win---if none, the shorts win! By then, everything will be moot and academic.
As expected, my previous post was deleted...and most likely this one, too.
Noted. I'll sure keep that in mind.
Thanks, again!
GR(eturns)TA NAK LONGS!
BigDawgGMoney, Thank you very much for your valuable contribution on the NAK discourse on this board. I got the most value from your posts about documented FACTS---both about the company as well as the daily trading details on the stock. Very, very useful information! Your thesis makes the most sense. I’m guessing most LONGs on this board feel the same way. Please keep up the good work!
I am strong LONG and most likely will remain "at ease" on NAK until October 1st, 2017. I believe I already have all the pertinent information I personally needed to hold on to this investment. Meanwhile, I plan to minimize visits to this board.
All my limit sell orders at high prices are GTC (good till cancelled). Regardless of the daily manipulated gyrations in the stock price, I am pretty satisfied with where I am at right now.
GR(eturns)TA NAK LONGS!
Regardless of the manipulated price gyrations, this appears to be another 10-million share trading day. Interest on NAK is building...good for LONGS in the long-run.
GR(eturns)TA NAK LONGS!
I second the motion!
Nothing is left to discuss...except small things that don't matter at all...
The Cantor Report beats the heck out of the Kerrisdale Report multiple times!
I totally agree!
