I agree. Now we just need this page updated and "classed" up a bit. Too much outdated info, conjecture, and opinions. Opinions belong in the posts, not on the main page. Just my thoughts.
I was helping with the link,... I don't give a shi* if you invest or not. Not holding your hand. See ya...
1) Go here: https://esos.nv.gov/EntitySearch/OnlineEntitySearch
2) Enter this in the Entity Number: E0104352007-7

CBSNEWS says Farm Bill has been signed...
Yeah Buddy!!! Check out Nira's site nirapetroleum.com . All aboard,... let's ride this train...
Anyone worried about Sessions? Don't be...
Genie is out of the bottle, and never going back. Only taxation and regulation ahead. Try to take weed away from millions at this point, would make the Boston Tea Party's notoriety fade out of existence, by a new rebellion. Smoke'em if you got'em:

Is it me,...or is Nira's website slowly changing?
http://www.nirapetroleum.com/
I go to their website every once in a while,...and I don't remember this text on the Main page,..."Nira Petroleum Corporation is a company that is focused on the revitlization of properties containing oil, gas, and mining ore. Our plan is to involve the latest techniques in various forms of extraction techniques that will produce the most cost effective “lift cost” for the targeted products. The world has changed, and so has its systems. The opportunity is now."
I remember the aforementioned being PDGO's methodology. I am reminded of the Centurion technology...
Also in the middle of the "Areas of Operation" page, even though it mentions Tide in the following text (merger?),... I don't remember this text being there before either,...
"RE-ENTRY PROJECTS IN KNOWN FIELDS:
The lower-risked, oil and gas production projects that Tide Petroleum Corp will pursue involve the re-entry of wells within established fields to return them to production. Many properties were abandoned during times when oil and gas prices were so low that commercial production income could not be sustained. With the current oil and gas market having tripled compared to prices over the previous twenty years, many properties can be returned to production, producing an attractive cash flow, with very little risk of failure. Tide Petroleum will enjoy success in doing so and will secure a property on which ongoing re-entry work and production is currently taking place. Tide Petroleum Corp will share in this. By applying new technology, detailed field mapping and production history research, Tide Petroleum Corp will return abandoned wells to production in the established producing reservoirs, and ramp up flow rates where possible by identifying subtle, behind pipe-pays that were left un-produced.
If you are interested in joint ventures for your companies for low-risk well work-over’s from $10,000 to over $10 Billion Dollars please contact us by clicking the link below."
Once again, reminds me of PDGO and Centurion technology....hmmmm
Maybe Reters knows something is brewing...
He posted on the 20th that "...update cometh" http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=133157478 . And there was 230+ mil bid(s) at 0.0003 that same day (attempting to load)...
Appears to have communicated with PDGO on 6/28 http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=132563176
...and Tweeted a reply to BigMoneyMike6 on Twitter yesterday (as you mentioned)
$pdgo big update coming this week confirmed by company. Get in dead bottom on chart. Reverse merger in the works. From bust to boom soon

Excellent concise point GeoArt9...
Beautifully articulated... Puts me in the mind of "Occam's Razor"...
Go PDGO...
I am usually just lurking,... but that post made me lm-mf-ao...
I hear you brother. True sign of manipulation,... shaking the tree for loose shares.
PDGO,... Long and Strong
Here is the whole article...
https://www.insiderfinancial.com/paradigm-oil-and-gas-inc-otcmktspdgo-turns-into-a-microcap-runner/124435/
This 'ish is about to get CRAZY!!!
Go get the Money...
You got that right brother...
Ready to ride the wave...
You can sell if you want...
Don't recommend it in the long view. Today's PR is just the burgeoning tip. This company is here to stay, and going to grow WITH the industry.
A company that is realizing consistent gains, and marginalizing losses. Yeah... you Sell them cheap now,... I'm in a buying mood.
Sweeping them up...
Clairvoyant,
I apologize for just now responding. Don't know if you have already gotten your information after your response to me, but just in case...
mjtwmiller responded to slow_okie on post #15533 on where Nikos Glimidakis is the new CEO.
Lexey mentioned where he called the PDGO number in post #15539.
My exchange with slow_okie regarding posts #15529, #15531, and 15532 has to do with similarities between Nikos and the PDGO address: 700 Louisiana Street
Suite #3950
Houston, TX 77002
Nikos' LinkedIn profile shows an association with Nira Petroleum: https://www.linkedin.com/in/nikos-glimidakis-222121b0
If you follow this link to Nira Petroleum http://www.nirapetroleum.com/ and go to the "Contacts" page, you will see the address matches PDGO, down to the Suite#. If you look at Email it lists "info@tidepetroleum.com" for TidePetroleum, instead of "info@NIRApetroleum.com" for Nira.
If you go to Tide Petroleum website, it is very similar to that of Nira http://www.tidepetroleum.com/ . John Smoot appears to be the person of interest at Tide. On Tide's website the address shows: 1810 E. Sahara Ave.
Suite 1548
Las Vegas, Nevada 89104
But on two other websites Tide shows the same address as PDGO
https://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapid=264953684
http://www.nasdaq.com/markets/ipos/company/tide-petroleum-corp-936068-76276
I'm not drawing too much from the aforementioned, since it's not known how "up to date" the information is, but there are coincidences. Not saying PDGO=Nira=Tide. Do with it what you will. I always believe there are no such things as coincidences....Good or Bad.
Could more than one company share the same address? Sure. Looks like one website shows there are 17 companies sharing this address https://www.bizapedia.com/addresses/700-louisiana-street-suite-3950-houston-tx-77002.html . I don't see PDGO, Nira, or Tide mentioned. Don't know how "up to date" this is either,... but I do see a couple "energy" companies.
I'm watching this one...
For those of you concerned whether KRSNA is, or was, an actual business, peruse a few of the links below:
Trying to find anything about "KRSNA Minerals" is difficult,...but its most likely because it is "KRSNA Exporters" that should be searched for. It appears they engaged in exporting all kinds of products besides Iron Ore. They also exported spices, other food products, farming/agriculture, etc. Appears to be an evolution for them. Obviously I'm guessing they separated "KRSNA Minerals" to signify their mining side, which came later:
http://www.listcompany.org/Krsna_Exporters_Info.html
http://www.companiess.com/krsna_exporters_info1820338.html
https://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=413977801
Looks like the previous owner was a gentleman by the name of Mr. Brundaban Nayak. He is mentioned in the previous links, and is also found as "Proprietor" on the license in 2012. I'm thinking based on other links I saw, he may have gone into the restaurant business, and kept his spice and food enterprises going. Maybe he is still managing the mining aspects for ICBU/IMD-Companies:
https://i3ms.orissaminerals.gov.in/MIS/PLProfile.aspx?id=4683
Geographic area, etc., match up on previous links. Orissa and Odisha seem to be interchangeable designations of the area.
If you scan the following link for "krsna", you will see a solicitation (may be second one down, on April 12th) for Iron Ore showing our previous proprietor in the contact info.:
http://www.ferroalloynet.com/search/india+odisha+iron+ore.html
On a Directory of Exporters of Orissa (March 2007),... KRSNA Exporters appears to be mentioned on page 17:
https://www.scribd.com/document/339110890/Directory-of-Exporters-of-Orissa
Not saying any of this is concrete or swearing by it, or of the character of the supposed new owners. This is just a little of what I found.
Do with the aforementioned as you will. I'm feeling pretty confident about things for the "price" I am taking a chance from. If you want to give up your shares cheaply, I and others will sweep them up. More cost-effective to get them now then later.
Thanks
I'm not scared... I'll take those cheap shares.
Averaging down, and looking nice and green near the bottom...
Will be here over the next few days/weeks,...sweeping them up.
I like that...
Here's my anthem:
Volume over 25 million today...
Damn,... I'm glad I got in when I did. If it maintains this week, then its all good. Means it survived the "week before Memorial Holiday" general stock sell off.
Looking forward to great things next week after the Holiday.
This is a "no brainer"...
A "penny" with an actual tangible asset, contracts, and revenues over the long haul,... and at these prices. Won't be able to buy at these levels again.
Don't quote me, but thought I read on some news they were planning stock symbol name change, and to move up from the OTC in the future.
I'm confidently in... This is gonna be huuuuuggggggeeeee.
I would say you are on to something...
Vince passed away 4/7/15,... Tide Petroleum Corp initiated an IPO that they withdrew at the end of the same year:
http://www.nasdaq.com/markets/ipos/company/tide-petroleum-corp-936068-76276
http://www.nasdaq.com/markets/ipos/filing.ashx?filingid=10538519
With all the address matching, amongst other things,... could be an assimilation of the PDGO shell.
All the hush hush makes since too,... no such thing as coincidences.
This could get really really interesting, real fast... Stay alert!!!
http://www.tidepetroleum.com/news/
I see somewhere around .15 on this in the near future...just sayin
Nice to see another thinker,...who sees the forest and the trees.
I'll pull up a lawn chair beside you, and we will throw back some beers and watch...
Should be interesting,...yet predictable.
Cheers
I'm a newbie so I think limited to 3 posts for now (or maybe that was a rule somewhere else),...so I'm done for today...
Point taken...
Just riskier,...especially with potential lawsuits looming. But I acknowledge it has happened.
You know,...when the Titanic was sinking, there were a lot of people who remained on board because it was "unsinkable", and people cling to what is familiar and what they are accustomed to.
Chart for the last month looks like a well formed batman helmet,...generally not good. Batman is a fictional character, though touted as a savior...Just sayin...
Just trying to be helpful...
Not hating on this stock, or shorting. Actually liquidated my position for a nice profit, once I saw the writing on the wall.
Ever since I began investing many years ago, I learned some basic and painful lessons:
- As mentioned, never fall in love with a stock or have
feelings about the up and down swings.
- Once news comes out about lawsuits, no matter how right
and just the company's position may appear, stocks most
likely tank, and rarely recover.
- Its about making money, or profits. Devoid of feelings.
If you are not making money, what's the point?
- Be open minded to positive and negative DD/information.
There is always some truth to be found in both.
The aforementioned is pretty basic, and only scratches the surface. So many people forget...
I personally am devoid of feelings, so snarky replies will be ignored. I'm about the Green. I have watched profits dwindle in small increments in the past on a few other stocks, until I wondered "what happened?" and it was too late.
"I'm not responsible for your money,...I'm too busy watching my own..."
Your guess would be wrong...
If you followed the two links,..just offering more information that's out there. Do with it what you will.
I'm not responsible for your money,...I'm too busy watching my own...
Rule #1 in investing....never,...ever ever,...fall in love with a stock...
Ponder this at your will, and consider the source. Just sayin...
