You did predict 0.10.
Defending Dowling to bankruptcy court? I doubt it. Do you really think the COMPANY is going to bankruptcy? You understand that the stock price going down is not a force of the company filing bankruptcy, right? Two separate things. So, please explain why you keep claiming it.
Well, can you blame that fully on the CEO? Let's talk about what was actually under his control V. the whims of the movers on the small board.
Maybe you can do a bit of research and tell us exactly what you mean by your statement. Making a general statement leaves me in the dark.
I agree there is a problem, but I cannot agree to your point of view, as I do not know what it pertains to. The person running this company has done a lot of good, but in the past year, there appear to be shortcomings. People are generally promoted until they hit their lowest level of incompetence, and there they stay, rather than admit their shortcoming and move down a step. The issue is, is/are this/these individual(s) aware of their shortcomings? Is anyone around them willing to point this out? Is pride ruling the company instead of business sense? If there are too many that have been promoted beyond their competency level, there is an issue! If subordinates' opinions do not have a voice, there is an issue.
So, please, share your exact observation, and perhaps we can have a dialogue.
Exactly.... When a CEO has reached their limits, it should be recognized for the good of the company, not the pride of the CEO. Therefore, I believe this will happen in other companies, or at least should.
Thank you, for looking at this from a strategy perspective.
Merry Christmas!
Of course.
So the best we know about Elsner's departure at CW is described below. I just wonder if the same will happen in other companies (CVSI) as well.. We shall see. I guess one cannot use the FDA/pandemic/ etc as a crutch anymore. Hopefully the C-Suite of CVSI and other CBD companies will see the wisdom in direction change.

It may be another 6 months, or 2years unfortunately. :/
Oh, My Lands! Really??? If he sold his stock at a loss, does that not constitute a tax credit? And did the man not instruct his cronies in HR and Accounting to not withhold the taxes. No way he should be granted this petition.
Again, sad.
Yes, but had Citron not done it's nasty deed, the stock would not have tumbled, the company could have raised funds at a higher SP and we may or may not be on the big boards, but definitely, the bad press would have need about something else. If you examine the bad press over the past two years, it is very heavily slanted towards the slander Andrew Left propagated. CRAP doesn't happen in a vacuume.
Personally, I feel that hedge funds and Andrews that badmouth a stock only to profit are the scum among scum of the earth. To take pride in what they did or do, and folks who use it as a platform to follow is machiavellian. Sad world when people don't care.
Ieeee. the cover photos... ages me.
Urgh! :((
Just a thought... A company I worked for preferred wholesale to drop-shipper because they brought in more profit for us. EG The Wholeseller would cover the labor and OH for shipping cost; excess inventory was on them.
So if they are watching their bottom line, it could mean they may be putting off additional DSs, hoping to capture those customers for a greater profit per sale for retail sales.
Who knows??
I know a few companies limit their drop-ship sellers for various reasons. I don't know enough to make a guess. But why would you think it has something to do with the SP price, or product/inventory (your other post)
Me?? I felt it was bottom for a while, bound to go up. But volume is low, so I couldn't get the total shares I wanted.
Waiting on a few others to hit bottom again during this YE sell-a-ton. As I have a small-ish amount available to play with, I have to choose carefully.
Hope this helps from an amateur's POV.
As my personal trading history has proven, I always miss the lows. ...so I decided I would help and placed an order lower then asking yesterday @ 0.1455, this morning, after a very small partial fill the SP went up just a bit.
You're welcome. >.>
so, before they fixed the issue, if your payment failed, the only way you would know is to log in. The subscription was automatically deactivated. I can understand your frustration, but I also understand checking your account if you are a subscriber to find out what happened, and correct it. On the other hand, fraudsters would not care.
I'm actually going to hold, I too was/am willing to take a chance on holding as in the long run, it will go up.
I learned a while ago not to plan on selling at a given $$, instead, I need to reevaluate. I sold ALB when I had a 20% gain, felt good, waited for it to go down again, but it's gone up 350% since I sold. Now I will evaluate and watch, maybe set stop loss limits.
That was at least 9 months ago, if not last year. They have it resolved now. You get a message if there is a problem. At least, I did.
At this point, I don't know if it is a pride issue with JD, a different strategy being applied, or failure to see a correct path. I am in no position to judge him, only my investment. I am mostly pissed at myself for not listening to myself and selling more stock when it was above $5.00. But I certainly cannot blame JD for my assumptions and in reading the CBD market in 2018. That's on me.
I still have confidence in CVSI and CV-007. That, for me is hopefully just over the horizon. Each day brings us closer to the final outcome.
Who knows, I may be cursed... not to make killer investments which change my future.
Thanks, but this is in my ROTH, so, I don't worry about YE gains for this.
On a scale of 1-10, it bothers me around a 3. There are many black out periods which narrow the window to purchase stock, as well as the fact that JD has stock options not yet exercised. I can understand not purchasing the stock options as they are currently priced at above the market rate, and he did purchase a few shares a while back ($15K, I believe). However black out rules not only apply to earnings report periods, but also apply to insiders when principal events are being negotiated.
So, I'm on the fence with this.... Are negotiations in the works? Is JD simply waiting on stock purchases when options are closer to market SP?
I do not like the fact that the stock price has dropped so much, at this point I am underwater on my holdings, and between my husband and I we hold many, many shares. Do we sell? Hold? Buy more? I have no %@*$$ Idea!
Have a great month!
Sleuth, the UPSTO copied links don't work. One needs the search page link, plus the search criteria to drill down to the patent.
Simpson paradox data.
Well... final CA CBD guidelines are not published, buy hey, let's just badmouth everyone who is waiting for official words. Then, if things don't change when guidelines are published, there is no excuse.
Happy Christmas!
You know, you can look up any public CPA company and at some point, the SEC has fined them. But, of course, let's keep the focus on who/ what CVSI does.
I, for one, am not playing this game.
Does it matter, only that it is different.
Wishing you Joy and Happiness and Peace during this holiday season.
And a Better New Year!
What difference does it make? Truely, both companies have different philosophies, why would one insist upon proving one better than the other?
This is the biggest problem we have today, folks.
Thought for the day... If it is so hard for *you* to change your mind, that makes *you* think you can change someone else`s?
Live and let live.
Thanks, I guess my memory wasn't faulty after all! Ppp loan forgiveness and lease.
Dig a bit deeper.... I think that $2M has to do with the Fed loan forgiveness, and the other major liability decrease IMHO is the reduction of leased property. I'm not where I can do heavy research on this, just my faulty memory.
Well said. Thank you.
I'm not even going to try to assume what the settlement will be. But I hope it is autually agreed upon move by both parties to simply close the stupidity of this suit. No winners.
PS. Timing of Jan 22 is good. By the time FY21 is reported, we will know details of closure.
So...CVSI will he just st fine. Thanks.
Hmm.... Last day to report, but also a Monday. Strategy?
Thank you. I now agree, this settlement will most likely dictate the settlement on CVSI v Mona
IMHO, this suggestion is authored by the dispensories. Word has it, they are afraid of diminished sales if folks get their products elsewhere. But, in a way, not a bad idea.
Dont have twitter. Email me @ spaceladymail@gmail.com? Thats my *junk* email.
Which document has this info? 154, 155, 156, 157? I'm on cell phone now and don't want to download all 4.
Thanks, in advance.
It appears to continue... Next hearing date 06/03/2022.
