Sweet!! So when name change occurs, it’s all clear!
😂
Wonder what your item of fear l will be.
I emailed MSSV to ask for an update. They told me they are simply waiting for FINRA…. There are no pending issues, FINRA is just telling them they are very backed up….. 🤷♂️

That’s parsing it a tad…. They are a gatekeeper of sorts that process/review corporate actions, and often has a back and forth with entities prior to finally processing the action…. So it’s not technically an approval….
Funny game you have there though…. A delay in processing equals “it’s because it’s fraud” but if it’s processed, that doesn’t mean it’s not fraud…. Cool, what are we? 8 years in on calling this company a fraud? They’re still going, growing revenues….
Ok, fair enough….
No finra approval-fraud
Finra approval - no fraud
I agree to your terms
lol
MSSV did recently(yesterday, or today) update their profile on OTCMarkets to better reflect their business description(which is annoying it wasn’t done sooner)…. That may have been a question mark for FINRA…. They also changed their phone number, they possibly had an outdated number there before….
There could be a number of reasons causing the delay, and none of them have to do with “problems”
FINRA could certainly have questions…. That happens all the time. That does not mean there are problems.
Questions are a normal part of approval processes in a wide range of things…. The bank had questions for me to answer before they approved my mortgage, it caused a delay, but there were no problems.
Pretty basic stuff here, delays are annoying, but don’t really tell us anything, good or bad, but should always be expected in the OTC.
It took 11 months for FB to change to META
lol, no….. I’ve been an investor in a few company name changes…. Quickest one I’ve seen was 60 or so days from public filing….. and that was the only corporate action taken…. The other ones had multiple corporate actions, and took significantly longer….
Many law firms are suggesting that FINRA would be required to process in 30 or 60 days following their final comment answer…. The reason they are advocating for this is, because FINRA is almost always fairly slow in their processing of corporate actions, and state changes have already taken place, leading to public disclosure discrepancies.
No offense, but you didn’t even know how form 4 works with PCAOB, so, I’m gonna say the portal set up for MSSV legal to check, is probably for the SEC, and FINRA to alert of concerns…. And you have an awful track record in analyzing these guys’ intentions, and actions…..
No open issues on the company’s SEC portal
Ugh!!! Yeah…. It started in 2020 I believe! Crazy that you inquired about it 6 days after the deadline….. that sucks man….
👀
$MSSV my $6 purchase from NVSOS just came through. I don't see any reason the company would reduce the AS from 6.5B to 100M unless there was big news coming...

Nothing yet, but I did notice they changed the companies Twitter name…. Nothing big, it went from Global stem cells group, to The Stem Cells Group….. not too exciting, but may be an indication we’re getting closer to go time.
AS reduction watch…. It’s been 20 days since def14C…. Possible it shows tonight.
Another product registration, this time in the UAE

The Annual is up next…. Should be Beginning of April to the middle of April.
How would you have audited 2 years of financials for 3 companies, then meshed the companies together using PCAOB standards, then audited them as a complete corp. for 2023, then put it all together in prospectus faster than they were able to do it?
I tend to agree, speculation can raise this thing back to where it was at it’s high in a day if it got seen, but anything further than that will require answers…. My biggest question has always been, who in the world gave a company 10 million dollars when they were barely had a million in revenue, the terms weren’t great for the lender to have a possibility to get his money back.
They couldn’t elaborate (I figured) more than just saying everyone from CEO, to financing, to lawyers all green lighted the A/S reduction….
I have zero clue how those mechanics will work, I guess we just have to wait and see…
MSSV NEWS!!!!

🟢 massive AS reduction

Will do! I will note, the 6.5 bil AS was installed before they took over MSSV, 6.5 billion is way above and beyond what their obligations on paper were, they just never changed it, but I had assumed with their new warrants and other obligations, they couldn’t lower it below them even….. one warrant itself is 100 million so…. Who knows, we’ll see if they answer, or if they tell me I have to wait for future filings….
If that were the case, I would have thought they’d need to do that prior to filing the 14C…. They usually respond fairly quick. If they can answer it, I should get a response by EOD
I agree, I’m gonna shoot em an email today about that…. How can they do their accounting with obligations like that….. huge news on its face though
Something to chew on over the funding deal….
In order to even initiate a transaction, they would need $45k traded over the course of ten trading days…. Less than $10k raised the pps 700%
I could see this easily going another 700% for that to happen.
On Jan 3rd, a day after the S-1 was filed, I told a buddy on another platform that they are probably figuring 3-4 weeks to become effective, so we should look for a PR around the 1st of February….. effective came on the 11th, way quicker than I was figuring, but the timeline held…. It wasn’t rocket science to predict a PR after S-1 filed, I told him he probably had pretty good timing buying some shares…. 250k shares being traded after the s-1 was made effective is still very anemic despite not being traded very much in the last year…. The PPS rose hard because of that cause there are not very many shares for sale, causing very choppy trading(see today) 20k shares moved the price 35%+ then 5k moved it back down to +30%
Yeah, right after a registration statement was made effective….. it’s not rocket science…. People see a registration statement after an 8k showing a 10 million dollar funding deal on a company with $100k market cap…. Took a week for the bidder to realize no one was going to sell to him, so he bought the ask out…. Its pretty simple stuff pal
Moronic statements is right!!!
250k shares front end loading 🤣 …. That statement is so silly I’m gonna be cherishing it for days!
The “volume” 250k shares at a whopping $6200 a week after the registration statement became effective.
You obviously have zero clue what front end loading is, and are just basing your theory on sporadic illiquid trading, which causes pps spikes when there is the smallest amounts of volume.
Omg 😂
I don’t think you know what front end loading is.
Anyway, they put out a funding filing 8k
Then they filed a registration statement
Then there was volume(anemic, but still better than normal)
Then a PR today
Lmfao at your front end loading comments
I’ll do you one better…. Here are all the trading days in January…. Front end loading actually has a meaning…. Tell me where you see front end loading
Vs looking at a chart that shows a stock that has zero liquidity for 2 years finally attracting a buyer or two. Stop being purposefully blind.
https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/stocks/mssv/historical
There was zero volume, then they put out an 8k, then an S-1
Then around 300k shares of volume to where we are today….. so roughly $10k worth of dollar volume, and I know one of them that was buying a a couple thousand dollars worth.
Just absolutely sophomoric to call that run up, “front end loading”
😂 $7500 worth front end loading at it’s finest?!!!?
Classic, glad to see ole ihub still the same circus
5 years and around 300k shares have been added because ceo gets some shares in lei of salary…. If today’s 22k shares for a 35% haircut after a 700% run is your idea of fear, I just gotta say wow! 🤣
Read the filings, the dilution is healthy in terms of growth….. can they utilize it right? Maybe not, but the terms are decent and require a much healthier pps and volume to even take advantage of the funding.
