Some milestones completed:
March 2018 - MMEX signs term sheet for Phase 1 debt financing
March 2018 - MMEX signs Diesel Product Sales Agreement with Pilot Thomas
Logistics
November 2017- MMEX breaks ground on Phase 1
August 2017- MMEX secures Permit Approval to build Phase 1
July 2017 - Purchase of Land for Phase 1 10,000 BPD Crude Distillation Unit
March 2017 - MMEX announces plan to build refinery project in West Texas.
Apparently and from what I was told, the Facebook board has pics of construction equipment at the build site.
Gold shovels, free transportation, and free food cost more than $10.
Not to mention the piece of land they needed to dig them shovels into.
I guess you could say Mr. hanks had everything he needed.
Groundbreaking was on November 17 of 2017.
Thought you knew this.
Assuming common delays that we usually have in construction projects, final DD is being done as we speak, then financing will be done before September 15.
Proportionally speaking, of course.
No more winding road. Direct access will improve product movement. Building a refinery by the numbers. MMEX
His "employees" are the contractors he hired to build this environmentally conscious refinery.
That one's happening too
soon mmex will be trading in dollars. Hanks knows what he's doing...
MMEX build site is only 6 miles from Interstate 10, they could make their own off ramp and call it MMEX refinery with an Exxon gas station too. infrastructure. MMEX
Only close by Andeavor sites are Crude oil & refined product terminals. Not refineries.
Even better for MMEX

Then yes, this is a little concerning. not selling though, to many reasons to stay. Interesting there's a 2 mn ask resistance, just a little substantial?

this part-"It's pure project financing. We would form a special purpose project company that we would call a special purpose vehicle. MMEX would be an owner of that, and then we would bring in their equity. "

it is entirely possible "GS Capital Partners, LLC" is that company. it was formed in April(?), matches timeline to NYC banks visit.
and only records from May
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/replies.aspx?msg=131773657
it's that new, thus, almost no public history of that company and/or they are hiding it very well, also would explain the LLC designation.
if he's following the plan the finance co has already been formed and set up, and we all know Mr. Hanks has been following his plan just as he laid it out.

my bad, i see your previous post, hey, I was excited for a minute or two, that's worth something :)

whole town getting kickbacks n scissors are cardboard.
New La Quinta Inn being discussed for Ft Stockton. To be built in a new plaza "Sanchi Plaza", Owner voluntarily allowing annexation, 5.75 Acres. Not necessarily close, by road, as near as I can tell, to the refinery location, however it's on the same side of town and you know they will be laying down a whole bunch of infrastructure including new roads.
Is it being planned in anticipation of the refinery? im thinking yes. dates sure do line up. IMO
it's all small town, any expansion is probably big news.
address, not sure on location, who's the real estate agent on here?

I watched them instantly sell the same amount of my buy, which was not an even number. If that's not manipulation idk what is.
Agreed, I don't think he cares what the pps is. Refer to the first interview(i think first), he didn't know the pps jumped, he's to busy building a company, he'll release pr when he's ready, if it was that bad it would have dumped by now, just no interest, no news is not a bad thing. imo
You don't lose until you sell
Throwing in milk money, bought 5k more.
picked up another 10k yesterday, now at 910k. I totally believe in this, to many good things in the pipes and big companies involved, AND he's following the plan he laid out. Was also just reading the 8k's, says Maple and MMEX cannot share monies, the reason for small loan. Makes sense, why connect the two companies? There would be no advantage to that. He could have done it through Maple but he chose not to, mainly tax reasons IMO, he can take a major deduction because it's a start up company, in debt. Everything this guy has done makes total sense, he's a smart and experienced energy industry business man. MMEX long
patience, to much good coming to sell. I was up 50k, now 2k lol. not selling! MMEX
Could also mean he knows he will be moving to a different location. Why have your mail box somewhere you may not be in a couple months. Makes sense to have a box that won't change, plus anybody in the company can pick it up at any time.
I emailed Texas Pacifico last week and they confirmed they are still in talks with MMEX, she didnt divulge much, she said "yes..." I didn't push for more. Seems they have the non disclosure thing going too.

nice, thanks for sharing!
land deal and permits will bump it nicely but when financing hits it will take off, the market will love that IMO, in the end, it's all about the money
