What is the potential collaboration with Dr. Kennedy?
Yes, ThSeeker, the word is that big money is coming into Phenom soon, with a new PP at well above the previous one at .40.
Also, the Vanadium price is creeping up nicely.

Where does the potential contract re the California bridge stand?
Does Darkpulse have finalized contract for that test installation, or is it still just a strong possibility?

Is there supposed to be sound with the Vegas presentation?
So what do you hear being whispered?
At what date is the transition from old KLMK shares to the new ones (with a 6 to 1 consolidation)? At that point, the share price should jump around 6x while the number I hold should reduce to 1/6 of current holdings.
All that I see in the PR is that the old symbol will be in use for a while, but has anyone seen info on when the 1:6 will happen?

Where did Tom mention the KZ deal today?
If it is the major deal he's been working on for months, it good be a great boost to the bottom line, whenever BVTK gets its cut from DP or the JV.
Erie
GonetoPot,
What makes you so confident that the RM is with Bravatek?
Erie
Looks like FEEDANDGREED answered my question while I was still typing. The picture of Tom with the Korean executive says it all.
Erie
Do we have any way of knowing for certain that BVTK gets a piece of this Korean deal? Like others here, I assume so. But???
Erie
Eur06,
For the deals done before the JV, BVTK gets the equivalent of a finder's fee for contacts it set up, but we are now talking about the JV, and it's terms apply. Dennis clearly states that around half the 300 m goes through the JV.
Erie
Many of this morning's posters aren't paying attention to the big distinction between the size of the DP contract and the profit to the bottom line.
If the JV gets 150 m of the 300 m contracts (as DO tweeted), the JV then has to cover all the expenses on its half. I have no idea what the margins are on this kind of work, but if we assume a profit range of 10 to 20%, the net to the JV is 15 to 30 m. That figure will then be split according to the ratio between DP and BVTK.
We could conservatively count on 7 to 15 m over the life of the contract from this announcement. Obviously very different than 150m some expect.
I'm long this stock. Not bashing, just trying to be realistic in our expectations.
Erie
Getting a Cease Trade Order more than 90 days old takes a lot of new paperwork and money in Canada. I'm sure BVTK will get it done before long, one way or another.
Erie
What counts is not how much Tom and Donald interact at the meeting but whether Bvtk gets a piece of the deals signed.
Erie
We don't yet know how much net profit will flow to BVTK from either the HelpComm sales before or after the acquisition. A few posters got too excited about the amounts because they wrongly took 250m (or whatever) REVENUES as the same as net profit.
As far as I know all we can say is that both the HelpComm management and Tom expect the gross revenues for HelpComm to go up a lot because they hope to expand into more states and land 5G related contracts. I'm not the right person to estimate the net from those anticipated contracts, but we can assume that the material, labor and overhead costs will be significant and that the bids from rival companies will be competitive.
I'm quite optimistic on this and plan to hold my long position for a long time, while not expecting huge profit at least in the first year.
Erie
Unlike some others here, I did not expect a price jump today for two reasons: First, the toxic loan entities haven't stopped dumping several million shares per day. And even though it was great news for us longs to get the assurance that the 21.4 m revenue from the first of the DP contracts will be received (in portions) during 2018, that is what we were already expecting.
So, to check a significant recovery in the SP we will have to wait until there is confirmation of additional revenue to hit the bottom line in 2018. We have lots of prospects for that to happen.
Erie
I'm glad the JV has started as of yesterday, but I just wish Australia, New Zealand, Africa and South America had not been left out of the JV agreement. All of Dennis' meetings and potential contracts in Australia will not come under these JV terms.
But MAYBE BVTK will have a stake in the potential Australian contracts under the previous finders' fee arrangement. I note that that arrangement wasn't specifically cancelled in the JV announcement.
Erie
I'm also very excited about the coming revenue stream from both the original 'finder's fee' from DP and the coming JV money, but I note that some posters wrongly assume that BVTK will get 40% of the JV's gross sales. Instead, the 60/40 split comes from the bottom line. I don't know what the costs are to purchase, install, and test the sensor system, but the net after direct plus overhead expenses will be way less than the contract quote.
And because it appears that the new JV is going to go public with an IPO, BVTK will be forfeiting some part of its 40% of the JV's net income.
However, given the number of huge contracts that may flow through the new JV, I expect BVTK to do really well and plan to hold my shares for a long while.
Erie
Zoey and others,
Some time ago a Dennis tweet mentioned negotiations with an unnamed country re tunnel sensors. At the time I surmised that the only country I knew that would need tunnel sensors was Israel.
We can just hope that DP rather than some other sensor company got the Israeli contract. The fact that Dennis didn't make a follow up announcement might be bad news or, hopefully, might only be a matter of secrecy.

I'm disappointed too, but I will take it as a period to add shares while this disconnect between the SP and future revenues persists. In golf terms, it's a 'pressing opportunity'.
Those of us holding long, for the long haul, can take heart that by the time the settlement cash shows in financials, there may very well be lots of MAP monies showing up as well. Some Q report is eventually going to show a jump way past mere 'profitability'.
Erie
I don't expect 'numbers' when the finalisation of the Entrust settlement is announced. My guess is that both Entrust and Strikeforce will find it in their own best interest to agree to non-disclosure. Strikeforce's reason would be that doesn't want the figures known to the other defendants.
We may have to wait to see what appears on the financials eventually. With any luck, it may be hard to sort out the Entrust numbers because so many settlements will have happened!
It will likely also be hard to discern how much recurring revenue is and will be coming from the royalties/licences. Maybe Mark will give some guidance or at least hints when we reach that happy point.
Erie
re the 8b figure
In reply to an email or text message (as posted here long ago by someone) about the worth of Strikeforce's main patent(s), Mark made a comment that he wouldn't sell it for less than 8 billion, or something to that effect. I have always assumed that he was just throwing out a huge number rather than meaning it as a carefully thought out valuation of the patent.
Note that the (probably careless) mention of the 8b figure was for the patent rather than the company.
My guess is that Mark would not sell the patent (and proceeds from the corresponding infringement lawsuits and associated ongoing royalties) for even many multiple millions, but I doubt that he would pass up offers that started with a B rather than M.

What does the ask look like on L2?
Reader3,
I also appreciate your work in compiling the info on BVTK.
I would find it helpful to add a table (or include it in a current section) on the contracts that have been announced as signed and the minimal amount expected to flow through to BVTK. I guess there could also be an 'pending' column as well as a 'finalized' column.
I suspect that I'm not the only one who is getting a little confused about which of the DP announcements are new and which just refer to a previously mentioned possibility that has now been moved a step closer to finalization.
Of course it would be great to have a timeline by expected year of realizing the revenue, but I don't think we have been told that info for any of the announcements.
Erie
Na Na, of course we all are concerned with the 'bloated share structure', but the price we longs have paid for our shares reflects that same share structure.
Basically, I don't care much if I own if a million shares of (potential) 10 b at .004 or 10,000 of 100 m at .40. The only time it starts to make a difference would be when the price gets in the $4 range needed for NASDAQ or NYSE.
Tom was bold enough, despite trying to be conservative on forward looking statements, to state flat out that the stock was seriously undervalued. The prospects support that statement. If we only consider the reasonably assured bottom-line revenues from DarkPulse alone, we can expect at least 20m in the nearer term and another 100m over a few years for the five-phase project. So, here we have a company with a market cap under 30m which is expecting at least 20m in revenues per year. If we factor in that a few of the other revenue streams come to fruition, we can anticipate that the projected annual profits over the next five years is pretty close to the current market cap. Basically, the price to forward earnings ratio is 1:1. If we project even a conservative 1:10 ratio, the stock should be trading at .04. Personally, I'm expecting much better than that if I hold a couple of years.
Erie
Please ask Tom about plans to reapply to the British Columbia Sec Comm. so that the cease trade will be changed allowing Canadians to buy BVTK Also Tom should list on TSE venture exchange. Erie
I wonder if the following quote from a Dennis tweet refers to closing one of the previously mentioned 'almost signed' deals, or yet another one. Hmmm? Anyone?
I agree with several others who have posted about their surprise about how all these new revenue streams are not moving the share price. On the one hand it is discouraging, but it also provides a chance to buy more with less risk than ever before.
Erie
Pennypauly,
I appreciate the DD on CrucialTrak, but I wish you would edit the first line to read that Bravatek owns 35% of the JV with CrucialTrak.
It is misleading to imply that BVTK owns 35% of CT itself.

I don't know what to make of the 'budget allocation' filing. Could you or someone help the rest of us know what that is. Why does a court need to learn about a defendant's budget? I'm lost on this.
Erie
Thanks ZPaul
To all, I'm wondering, what is normal or expected schedule of payments after a settlement is reached? I assume that at least some of the money is paid by the defendant at and upon the final settlement's approval by the court.
Given that we all know how much SFI needs some cash flow, is it reasonable to expect at least a few million shortly after Oct 27?
Erie
ZPaul and others,
It's intriguing to speculate about what makes this settlement case atypically complex, as mentioned in the request to the court for delay until Oct 27. Could the unusual complexity have to do with the reach of the royalty agreement throughout the numerous divisions and countries you mentioned. Too bad we don't have the international patent yet.
Erie
Zpaul
Do I understand this right? Are you saying that the settlement will be in the $600 million range? Hope so!
Erie
LesLV, thanks for the info re the big deal.
Has Dennis ever hinted about whether there is any upfront payment upon signing or starting these contracts? I would expect that some percentage of the initial project would be paid before starting the expensive work. BVTK needs some cash flow sooner rather than later.
Erie
Educated Investor,
Thanks for your post
I don't agree on your interpretation of one thing. You wrote "In lamens terms, CrucialTrak may refuse their right to distribute if it deems necessary", whereas I think you should have written "the Joint Venture has the first right of refusal. . . "
My reading is that CrucialTrak could only go it alone on a project if the JV opts out of that project. "ain't gonna happen" as one would say in slang.
Erie
I don't think everyone is understanding the way the new JV with DarkPulse works. As everyone here knows, the earlier deals with DP involved 10% sales commission plus some (vague to us) profit sharing deal that had the potential to bring the BVTK share up to 20% or maybe more. The new JV gives BVTK 40% OF THE NET PROFIT, rather than 10% or more off the top. It's a cleaner way for the two companies to get a fair share of the net income to BVTK.
If I am correct, then it is a mistake to assume that BVTK would get 40% of the gross amount of the deal.
I also GUESS that the two companies with agree to retroactively fold the first deals into the new JV structure. I suspect that they may have planned on the JV structure all along but didn't have it in place yet. It would be helpful to have a PR making this clear.

I live in Canada and am a Questrade client. I can't buy on the regular e platform, but if I call the trade desk they put the order through for me, and they don't charge extra because they know I can't place the order myself. It just takes a little longer, but otherwise, no problem. I've made multiple buys this way. No worries, if you have a QT account.
Erie
Has anyone heard if BVTK did actually get contracts to service towers damaged by Irma? All I remember from this board was that BVTK was on standby for possible contracts.
Erie
The GREAT thing about the contracts such as the one announced today is that there are almost no costs to BVTK. Tom had a trip to an East European country or two and a lot of phone calls. The $4 mill. or more will eventually go right to the bottom line.
Erie
Everyone should keep in mind that building the wall is NOT something that Congress will pay for. That's fairly certain, and the 2 expensive hurricanes make it even less likely now.
I'm happy to be long BVTK, but I'm not counting on any money from wall contracts.
Erie
Why do you say (only) 2 of the 3?
