Whats interesting, is if you look at most stocks in this market, they take a few bounces, and then come back with lots of small bounces along the way, some eventually creeping back up after they have established a solid business foundation.
Odd that Mersky is still licensed to practice law in the prestigious state of NY.
0 insider shares traded. Yep wow he sure made himself rich off selling zero shares. Hnmmmm!
What! Mersky sold NoHo? Oh wait he didn't, we still have our product and the valuable patent that goes along with it. So happy, we were going in too many directions anyways. This is much better with a focus on the niche.
Hanz and Franz say there's no hard scientific evidence? I guess that's good enough for me! Go DRNK
Good think Mersky is running a tight ship full of treasure just waiting to expand further into this market.
That's totally true, especially when the lawsuit gets thrown out...
People will say the funniest things! Have you ever seen a criminal charge laid against Mersky? Nope me either. LOL
Well what's interesting, is that isn't the only ingredient in our drink, also those tests didn't test the full combination of our ingredients, which can have totally different effects depending on the mixture. Dead end again I guess...
More deaths linked to red bull and other energy drinks...
Interesting, those are a lot 'Chance' deaths I guess.
How many deaths have been linked to NoHo? 0? Those numbers look pretty good to me.
https://www.caffeineinformer.com/death-by-red-bull
What's funny is there's many cases out there similar to this, and it's obvious Red Bull has enough $$ to settle these cases before they create a PR nightmare.
A study at Dublin's St James Hospital last April found that only two cans of the drink caused some arteries to dilate so that blood pressure fell, while others stiffened and led to higher blood pressure. While the two effects may cancel each other out, the addition of alcohol could create unpredictable results.
If it looks like an apple, smells like and apple, and tastes like an apple, it's probably an apple, no different in multiple deaths have been linked to Red Bull.
How many deaths have been linked to NoHO? None reported thus far, I guess we're off to a good start!
Funny thing about popularity - It seems to be slowly growing, but all it takes is one group of friends to try it, and the word spreads like wildfire. Unfortunately I can't purchase it yet here in Canada, but when I can I'll definitely spread the word about NoHo.
Over indulgence... Hardly lol.
Please read the following article, which states a girl died after consuming just TWO cans of Red Bull, tell me how many people have died from drinking two can's of NoHo Gold, or 2 NoHo shots... hmm none that have been reported. I guess we're off to a good start then!
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-59862/Three-deaths-linked-energy-drink.html
Again so poorly misinformed. Neither a Mersky employee or Mersky himself.
If you're going to quote my message, quote it in entirety, not just what you think will make your message sound better... even those who said it didn't work or work well had nothing bad to say about the taste...
Certain shorts I believe in. There is a point where risk significantly outweighs reward, and no. And my post as unoriginal as it is, is truth. Do they sometimes speak a lot of truth? Yes, but all it takes is minor modifications to that truth and then it becomes a malicious lie. And that in itself is illegal.
203,000 posts on penny stocks? I'm not sure you really understand the subject then... where there is money to be made there will be money to pay. It's common sense, people make money on the way up, they then will pay to have the stock driven back down. That's not critiquing, that is called purposefully manipulating a stock price.
Am I saying everyone commenting negatively on a stock is a paid basher? No, but it hasn't taken me very long to see an avid supporter of a stock turn a complete 180 over night for no apparent reason.
Being paid to bash a penny stock, or financial stock in any form is illegal. And if you don't think anyone does it for money then you are poorly misinformed. LOL no one spends their entire day criticizing penny stocks for free. And looking at the 100's of thousands of your posts, I would be very suspicious at the least.
I know this is an old subject, but proof of paid bashing will all come out in the future. Example - If it tastes like and apple, looks like an apple and smells like an apple, it's probably an apple.
No different than watching someone bash multiple stocks, over and over and over again, and what will eventually happen is the SEC will crack down on the bashers with, court cases, lawsuits, etc.
Any judge will then say, how is it that this was allowed to continue for as long as it did? If everyone can see that a person is a paid basher except for the admins, then all of a sudden where does the fault lay?
I can say I ate the apple, but I didn't know it was an apple, who's going to believe me? no one. They will say, common sense shows that you knew without a reasonable doubt that it was an apple. The same will happen to the admins who claim they didn't know these people displayed evidence of being a paid basher.
It is not only the admin's responsibility to make sure the board is free of TOS violations, but to also remove any sort of illegal activity being conducted via the website? Would I be wrong to say that? If you saw someone shoplifting in a store, and didn't say anything than you all of a sudden become an accomplice to the crime for not reporting it? Is that just a grey area?
Please feel free to correct me if i'm wrong, but these seems like all very logical statements.
Haven't you heard? There's so much new DD floating around already.
They absolutely have enough product to go nationally, depending on the chain, on a start off order.
All it's going to take is time, Rome wasn't built in a day, but it did become a powerhouse nation.
GREAT VOLUME Today, look at that accumulation. When this rockets up, it's going to make a lot of happy people!!
One large national PO could send this flying into the pennies!!!
WOW!
I did some research on Amazon, whats interesting is all of the Hangover prevention drinks are in the thousands as far as rankings go. So I think we're doing just fine at this point, since most of them have been out for quite some time, and Noho was recently just released.
You call it swill, but it's funny how not a single Amazon review mentioned it for having a bad taste. Most people mentioned how great it worked, a few said it didn't work for them. Not uncommon. But even the ones who said it didn't work, didn't complain about the taste. So again more false statements being made about a product that most think tastes good enough not to complain about. More firepower for Mersky. If I didn't live in Canada I would have already purchased a few bottles to try.
Oh should I? not all products are posted on the web, that's just illogical thinking. The smoke shops themselves are sourced to local sellers as well LOL.
It's hilarious to think that you thought the product would never end up on Amazon, let alone exist. I guess there goes all the fluff about the fabled 'Amazon Pump' lol.
What really matters here, is it's in stores, and beginning to sell. Just like any product it takes awhile to catch on, this is no different after being out of the public eye for awhile.
One store... also you're talking about BEVMO, they haven't been to part of the latest management's distributorship. The new areas are GNC, smoke shops etc. So really this is old news... but I guess so is most of the DD on here.
If you read the entire post that's exactly what he said... it's registered not approved. And these days most aren't approved. People really don't care anymore. When have you heard someon say, yes! It's FDA approved, never.
Comparing DRNK to a multi billion dollar company? Sure, because it could all change in a matter of a few short months.
People are not very loyal when it comes to the energy drink market. So that market share can change rapidly. You never know what could happen, especially with a celebrity endorsement. Only takes one.
He never duped anyone, everyone had already read the previous financials. Again this doesn't make sense, he could have left, or even INCREASED the revenue, but he didn't. Actually if you look at the 'unaudited' financials, nothing about them looks fake at all... If Mersky was trying to pull a fast one he would continue to add revenue and use it to pump further? Would he not?
What's hilarious about this statement is, if Mersky can do whatever he wants, to PUMP the stock as much as he wants, why would he 'REMOVE' 4 million in revenue? That doesn't actually make any sense. If anything he would 'ADD' in order to pump. Mersky REALLY duped noobie investors by removing 4milliion in revenue from the books LOLOL
That would be cost, not market value... LOL
The Company has 25,000 bottles ready to ship to fulfill initial sales and has additional existing inventory to quickly bottle 250,000 more.
So they actually have 275,000 units of inventory, doesn't take much to bottle the already existing product.
As was said before they had a couple hundred thousand units of product left to sell. They don't need to start production until that is either close to expiration, or quantities are low. Common sense, not just my opinion.
If I called someone over and over again to ask them the same question, I'm sure they would start to hang up on me as well. Mersky doesn't have time to be bothered with time wasters.
The difference in the numbers is beyond reality, they did not change by 150,000 positions over the period of 5 minutes. I'll contact Amazon and have them confirm.
SL
They are updated hourly, isn't that interesting that the 24 ct has changed rankings, however your numbers have stayed the same, again! Lol
Please post up to date numbers if you're going to post anything, obviously you didn't read my post closely enough to realize you're numbers are outdated.
They do not move thousands of spots with 1 carton, that's ridiculous logic, just like thinking i'm David Mersky or one of his employees.
Nope again you can't go back and say the information posted yesterday wasn't incorrect, as it most clearly is. Look at the difference from a few hours apart.
A different of less than 4 thousand, and just over a thousand in the 2nd category. The number you posted was 150,000 positions different within 5 minutes. There is no logical or valid explanation for that.
Again, my logic is sound, everyone can see that. The information you posted is completely inaccurate.
Amazon Best Sellers Rank: #100,874 in Grocery & Gourmet Food (See Top 100 in Grocery & Gourmet Food)
#26223 in Grocery & Gourmet Food > Beverages
Look at this? I'm not even sure where you searched down to in order to find Noho in this category: Health and Household? Yep I can see why it would be so much further down the chart in this category!
And based off your most recent replies, it's easy to see the back tracking and now posting from a valid category. And Amazon is one of the largest retailers on earth, to say that unless you're in the top 25 products you're not profitable is like saying, Walmart only has 25 products that are worth selling... lol... That's just not logical.
The 2 year old NoHo drink isn't very popular on Amazon.
"Amazon Best Sellers Rank: #230,018 in Health & Household (See Top 100 in Health & Household)
#5319 in Health & Household > Vitamins & Dietary Supplements > Multi & Prenatal Vitamins > Multiple Vitamin-Mineral Supplements'
IG
Nope that doesn't actually make any sense, the numbers are completely incorrect... so it doesn't make sense the numbers that were posted yesterday, or where they came from, either they were severely outdate, or taken from something else... Only explanation.
I'll just contact Amazon to get the facts about the numbers posted yesterday with the two different NoHo products.
Unfortunately the 10Q is irrelevant when it comes to the NoHo Amazon sales, we saw that the 10Q came out, very shortly after the product was posted to Amazon, so i'm not sure what you were expecting, we all know that it takes time to get a product rolling again.
I wouldn't say we're left holding the bag, it takes foresight to look further down the road. It makes sense to eventually pull both companies together, especially with the type of products, marketing etc.
That doesn't make sense, the last post says the number has been 224 qty for weeks, so how would those numbers change Drastically without a purchase... they wouldn't. Something isn't adding up.
If that's the case then the numbers posted earlier just appeared out of thin air? Interesting...
Actually, my post was literally minutes after your post. No one went and purchased product in the 5 minutes between posts... it was just old outdated information.
Oh you haven't heard? Interesting, well I suppose we'll keep what we know about all of this hush hush. Would hate to let the cat out of the bag.
Mersky always has a plan in place, what he has planned in the future for NoHo is uncertain yet... But from what I see no one seems very worried lol. However damaging a reputation with incorrect information is not something the law takes lightly.
