The smart money is sniffing out something. At $1900 gold Mexus will be printing money with only $450 cash costs.
The entire market cap of MXSG today is $8.5MM.
We know there's 66k ounces at the surface. @ $1450 profit/ounce that's $95MM right there on the surface. You could buy the entire company back 10+ times.
Plus there's 2 fully permitted mines and a lot more ounces.
No brainer of the century if I have ever seen one.
Need to keep current within last 40 days or so. Or perhaps call the CEO now and again.

Additional gold sales reported from Santa Elena project
CABORCA, SONORA STATE, MEXICO, March 19th, 2018 (GLOBENEWSWIRE) — Mexus Gold US (OTCQB: MXSG)(“Mexus” or the “Company”) announced that its partner at the Santa Elena project has reported the sale of gold bearing activated carbon as a result of ongoing operations. Mexus’ JV partner, MarMar Holdings, netted $26,841 from the sale of this material to a local broker.
That aerial shot is an old picture from November. It's either the most elaborate hoax of all time or we are gonna start selling gold. I'm betting on gold pours and decades worth as this leach process is continuous 24/7.
I'm very happy with Mexus moving into production.
If they weren't going into production why would they order cyanide? Cyanide is very expensive and you only apply it when you know you've got the goods.
Gold production, getting in the black and generating enormous profits-- here we come!
yes there have been delays. Not sure how many junior mines have started without a hitch. They did the first batch of leaching but too much zinc was added. The resulting precipitate isn't lost and will be added back to future runs.
They want to make sure they get every aspect of this perfected so I don't mind the additional delay.
Right on - PR on the 26th showed all testing complete. At only 1000 tpd, they are bringing in over $1 million a month in revenue. After splitting with MarMar, MXSG is cash flow positive and a solvent business w/ 1000 tpd - all happening this summer - now factor in 3k, 5k, 10k tpd - etc.
Every additional 1000 tons just makes them that much more profitable and we have a whole other mine at San Felix to ramp up in 2018.
I'm excited.
Plenty of miners have been heap leaching with 20+ year production targets.
IAMGOLD's Rosebel gold mine has been leaching for 13 years and has another 20+ year life.
Do your own research... tired of holding chatboard users hands that can do simple searches on their own.
I suspect we will be heap leaching for 20 years based on the material and history of other heap leaching operations.
Who's to say we won't (besides some chat board expert)?
Leaching and operation tests were completed June 26th. Considering we will be leaching for the next 20+ years I'd say waiting a few more weeks is a drop in the bucket.
citoyen - just saw this. Leaching operations are in progress. Cyanide was ordered awhile back and pads are being actively loaded. Just sit tight and we should have our first results in 3 weeks.
As per the June 5th PR they will start at 1000tpd during the first 30 days of production and then ramp up to 10k tpd.
http://mexusgoldus.com/assays-at-santa-elena-mine-show-an-average-5-gt-au-and-18-gt-ag/
who cares what a major wants. There are plenty of miners that are extremely profitable at low grades.
We (as in less than 300 restricted stock owners) own 70% of the entire company. At $1250 gold and 10k TPD we will have $211,013 in revenue... EVERY DAY. Half goes to MarMar. The other half gets split with us.
And that's just at Santa Elena. When San Felix starts pouring gold in 2018 you can double that. And when we ramp up to 20k TPD at Santa Elena you can double that again.
With a $37MM market cap and two fully permitted mines with one imminently producing there's zero risk to the downside and serious life changing gains to the upside.
Got MXSG?
I suspect MarMar is not quite what is being claimed.
I am sure Argo geologists...
More Gitreal wild speculations. Lets all play that game.
I suspect Unicorns are real. Actually I am sure Unicorns are real.
"Argo clearly targeted geological structures"
Can you back this up with actual evidence? Or are you just making things up? Guess anyone can make anything up.
"I am sure Argo geologists" oh really.. you are SURE about what paid geologists are doing? Are YOU a geologist with working experience that would allow you to make such speculations? If so I would like to see your credentials. Or maybe we should all be sure of whatever our imagination can come up with.
I am SURE unicorns are real.
27,289,751 shares were added for the ENTIRE year since last complete audit. That's only $1.8MM in private placements.
To get to production for $1.8MM is AMAZING. Most juniors would have to give away their entire company to a bank to raise the $200-$300MM to build out a mine. Mexus was self-funded by less than 300 shareholders who now tightly hold 70% of the company.
3-4 more weeks will give us our results as leaching has begun. And after that this leaching & production will go on for 20+ years.
Then onto San Felix which is even more promising.
As expected 10K is out.
https://seekingalpha.com/filing/3626172
Payment for San Felix not an issue. Paul and MarMar will get it done. Don't believe me? Just pick up the phone and call Paul. He's not concerned.
Mexus doesn't follow the mining stocks or the physical Gold markets. It will live and die on it's own.
The low in gold is ahead of us. Sub $1k is where I'll be starting to look to buy. As per Martin Armstrong the low will be in by end of 2018.
That's actually good timing for Mexus as we ramp up production and work through typical startup issues. Then we can get San Felix up and producing next and we'll have our 20k TPD from Santa Elena and a lot more from San Felix.
After the low is in we will be off to the races towards $2500 gold. Mexus will be printing money.
We are on the verge of production (yes cyanide was ordered!) and we are at prices seen 7 ago when there was a hell of a lot less going on. There's very little downside risk (2 cent risk to the downside) and enormous upside ($1 target if we even hit the low end of production estimates).
Support at 4 cents goes back 7 years.
website updated "A precious metals producer" wow this is exciting. Two fully permitted properties producing by 2018!
I bought a lot more today. Chart looks good too. It's been consolidating ready to move up to the next plateau at 25 cents.
I am sure Enron and Solyndra submitted their SEC filings in a timely manner-- including their bankruptcy filings.
Thankfully the smart investors don't judge a microcap junior on its punctual filings.
Why violate SEC rules.....when it would be so easy to comply? It just makes no sense.
Why do multibillion dollar corporations with armies of administrative staff violate these same rules? Because at the end of the day its no big deal and we can see from the minuscule files it's no big deal.
And yes, Mexus is lying to investors. I'll bet most investors now believe that both Santa Elena and Felix are million ounce gold deposits, based on the unsubstantiated hype presented in company PRs.
Again- just more unsubstantiated allegations. You have provided ZERO proof they are lying.
Defintion of lying:
a false statement made with deliberate intent to deceive; an intentional untruth; a falsehood
Again - You have provided zero proof Paul and Mexus are making deliberate intent to deceive. Based on the share price the smart investors are deciding Paul and Mexus are going to deliver the goods. No amount of crying the sky is falling will change that.
"Lying to investors"
Allegations with no evidence.
"and violating SEC rules could impact an investment negatively."
as I've already pointed out multibillion dollar corporations have administrative issues and "violate SEC rules" all the time and it has not hindered their stock price negatively.
In 2014 KMG were slapped with fines for not filing trades in a timely manner. Have you seen their stock since 2014 (Ticker KMG)?
Their stock price went from sub $20 to $40. DOUBLE.
Mexus is going to more than DOUBLE.
Looks pretty serious to me. Some of the fines are over $100,000.
As with anything the devils in the details. I'm sure these are all high profile cases. A multibillion dollar corporation paying a $75k fine after a long investigation is peanuts.
Just goes to show all these allegations of paperwork shuffling sins means jack squat.
Late filing? Big Deal.
https://www.sec.gov/News/PressRelease/Detail/PressRelease/1370542904678
Plenty of giant multinationals do it
KMG Chemicals with mcap: $450MM did it and was fined. Big deal.
STARWOOD HOTELS & RESORTS WORLDWIDE with $13B in mcap. Big deal.
Seen stock chart of KMG lately? Just like Mexus.. its up up and up.
procedural paperwork won't stop the gold from pouring soon.
"The SEC, of course, doesn't closely monitor news, websites, or message boards, but that doesn't make it OK or safe to say unverifiable things, such as they have been doing. "
The question is what SEC rules have been violated. As far as I am concerned: NONE. I have not seen anything otherwise.
As for saying "unverifiable things" that's your opinion and no one has provided information to the contrary.
Mexus & Paul have been straight forward with their shareholders and your opinions or feelings about their representations are meaningless.
you haven't answered my question.
Where does it say Mexus can't discuss historic ounces in a PR?
As long as it's clear they are talking about historic ounces and not 43-101 ounces they are not committing any fraud or making misrepresentations.
and do you have evidence they are lying? That's a bold accusation and you need to be ready to back that up.
Find me another junior miner with a market cap under $100MM with a fully permitted mine and equipment and funding necessary to go to production?
There are no other miners that can compare.
Now find me a junior miner with TWO of these mines?
Enough said.
from what I read the SEC does not want resource numbers listed in these SEC Filings which Mexus has correctly updated.
I don't see anywhere that Mexus is not allowed to discuss grades and reserves based on historic drilling in PRs.
Where do you see that Mexus is not allowed to do this?
I'll be loading up at 10 cents also. Not sure if it will get that low but it will be a Christmas present if ever gets there. Chart looks fantastic. Looks like we need a month of sideways action to work off all that energy i that epic upthrust we had to 23 cents.
if you have the links please provide it. should be easy enough to do?
The company was told twice to stop using misleading statements like that regarding the Julio (Santa Elena) Mine
please provide proof of this.
Industry Guide 7 to be Eliminated--
https://www.dorsey.com/newsresources/publications/client-alerts/2016/06/updated-mining-disclosure-rules-061716
Guide 7 is useless and in no way as solid as Canada's 43-101. But Mexus is not listed on any canadian exchanges so it doesn't need a 43-101.
Mexus is going straight to production. LOVE IT.
Paul is the real deal and an honest man. The first thing I do when I invest in a company (especially a junior miner) is to look at the management and percentage insider ownership.
If management does not have a significant stake in the company I move on. Paul has an ENORMOUS stake in Mexus so it is in his best interest to see it succeed. Management that does not have a stake in the company is called Caretaker management and they are to be avoided like the plague as its in their best interest to move as SLOW as possible as they will just keep receiving a salary.
Paul is hustling as fast and as hard as he can because if we don't get paid in a higher share price- he doesn't get paid.
"2 fully operational mines in 6-9 months in the Santa Elena and the San Felix" is what Mexus will have.
WOW. Just WOW. Can someone pinch me? Two fully permitted and operational mines around the corner and our market cap is still what's given to explorers with moose pasture?
This has to be one of the greatest bargains of a lifetime.
"What are the terms of this private placement?"
I've done plenty of private placements with different mining companies and not one of them were publicly announced.
The additional share issuances by the board will be reported as usual.
wow thank you for that update 8th. They have TWO potential home runs here. And the market hasn't accounted for it yet. I'll be adding to my positions on this news.
that's right-- it wasn't paid which is why we got it back and there's a guy sitting in jail.
But we got the mine back AND our other project is nearing production start up. So we accomplished our goal without having to give anything up.
Sometimes these seemingly unfortunate events turn out to be blessings.
