Why violate SEC rules.....when it would be so easy to comply? It just makes no sense.

Why do multibillion dollar corporations with armies of administrative staff violate these same rules? Because at the end of the day its no big deal and we can see from the minuscule files it's no big deal.

Again - You have provided zero proof Paul and Mexus are making deliberate intent to deceive. Based on the share price the smart investors are deciding Paul and Mexus are going to deliver the goods. No amount of crying the sky is falling will change that.
