Here's one I dropped today:

"I just wanted to pass a note to the Attorney General and DOJ voicing
my concerns and frustrations with the lack of action on the proposed
merger between Sirius Satellite Radio and XM Satellite Radio. I am an
avid supporter of the technology and look fwd to realizing the
benefits that this technology will bring in the future. I am quite
dismayed at the lack of action on behalf of the DOJ to come to a
conclusion. I am aware that there are complexities in a merger such
as this, but I disagree that it should take over a year to get the job
done. I am also upset to hear that progress within these proceedings
may be impacted by the fact the The National Association of
Broadcasters are funding campaigns of members of our Congress at an
accelerated rate during these proceedings. This fact in itself lends
merit to the notion that they (terrestrial radio) are in market
competition with SAT radio and a Sirius/XM merger would not constitute a
monopoly.

It is unfair to the consumer as well as the shareholders of these two
companies to delay these proceedings any longer. I ask that you
dedicate the time and effort that is long overdue to allow a decision
to be made as soon as possible.

I personally think they changed the name/web content to evade litigation for fraud. Unfortunately for them, all of the data is documented record. They will not be able to keep this going nearly as long as Frank did IMHO

He is one of a few "contractor/consultants" that our money is being funneled into. I'd bet you he is a near millionaire from driving the stupid gmfx bus, hosting the gamebytes show, etc.
I'm sure that he is well aware that this Co. is a scam, but he continues to take the cash... I hope he ends up in a federal, pound-him-in-the-arse-prison with JF, his father and a few other folks in the Southern KY, Northern TN area...

It is unfortunate that dirtbags such as JF, De Joya, Chip what'shisface and the little twerp that drove the bus around can continue this type of fraud to the extent that they have. Nonetheless, we have all learned the hard way that some folks are mere parasites. These guys are just a bit more technically advanced than your average flea or tick.

"None of the lawmakers at the hearing has objected to the merger, although at least one state official has. Wisconsin's Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen, a Republican, has asked for it to be stopped.
The National Association of Broadcasters has also opposed the deal."

Morgan Stanley Commits $250 Million Term Loan to SIRIUS

NEW YORK, June 5, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- SIRIUS Satellite Radio ( SIRI ) today announced that it has obtained a $250 million senior secured term loan commitment from Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc.


The facility will mature in five and one-half years and have covenants substantially similar to those under the Company's existing 9 5/8% Senior Notes. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. Morgan Stanley is acting as the sole lead arranger and has committed to provide the entire principal amount of the facility, subject to customary closing conditions.

"This transaction takes advantage of favorable market conditions and significantly strengthens our balance sheet," said David Frear, EVP and CFO of SIRIUS

Deception could be deduced by the mere nature of how/when these ads appear. These ads were most likely geared to give investors the appearance that they were aggressively advertising, when they were in fact, only having to pay for a minimal # of clicks from the GZFX investors who frequent the home site to keep up with the co's progress, instead of paying for a higher tier ad program which would have a much higher level of exposure, thus costing them more $$. This all seems very contrived and rotten IMO. This will all most likely play out in an SEC investigation IMO...

JimH - Thanks for the clarification. Great analogy! When you put all of the pieces together here, it becomes obvious that this co. is more interested in selling shares than rental subs... IMO... ;)

I totally agree. It is sad and possibly criminal... I started pointing out the deceptive nature by which they implemented their internet banner ads 2-3 months ago and was attacked and ridiculed by some of the pumper/flipper folks here. I hope that Fleming and Co. do some prison time over this scam...

and what a shame... The only real way out is to take part in the scam and play it out on newbies.

Yes, it can and most will likely go sub .0001 where you will not be able to buy/sell via Ameritrade (as well as other brokers) unless you place a market order. Then the flippers (using brokers that allow transactions at sub .0001) will get your shares for .00005 and turn right around and sell it to some newbie for .0001 during a pump and double their investment. Welcome to the penny stock scam...
