Good point Mister EC

42K traded Friday at .0001. Why would anyone buy this stock when it is toast?
Looks like the SEC just put the lid on this coffin.
Good find Mike,
Very interesting that site is still up. I keep wondering why this stock is still trading and if there are any assets left at all. Do you know of any way to reach the majority shareholders of this company to see if there are any future plans at all?
Looks like they were just trying to get you on their mailing list Mike. No news there. Thanks for checking it out though.
It looks like a viable shell that would be a great way for a new company to get instant access to the stock market.
Thanks for the contacts Franz. I have written each an email asking them to comment on the future of Hartcourt. I'll let everyone know if I get a response.
Does anybody know who are the major stockholders of Hartcourt now?
Is there a way to get in touch with them to see if there is any possibility of a future for this "shell".
Yea, that's the problem now nothing happening.
Gustav, what do you mean bt just two more weeks?
Can't get too excited about $20 worth of sales. We need some news to get this baby moving again.
Up is Up. I wonder is someone who spent $10 has any inside information?
Hmmm, should I buy a cup of coffee today or 5,000 shares of HRCT?
There is no volume because there are no sellers. Currently there are only 23,272 shares being offered at .0006 per share. Seems dumb to spend $9.95 on commissions to buy $13.96 worth of stock. I'm afraid without any news this stock is dead in the water at present.
I didn't know I signed up to be an assistant moderator. Maybe I was drafted by IHUB. Not much to moderate with no volume, no price, and no news. It wouldn't take much to buy this shell, but who knows what liabialities would come with the purchase. I just hang around to see if this company is going to come alive again or be delisted and fade away.

Price has stayed the same and overall volume has dropped off. With no news this baby is slowly winding down. Until we have a new catalyst we stay in limbo
Hope runs eternal
Two million shares sold on Wednesday. Still no price movement or news.
Thanks trailheadmike that's the first bit of concrete information we have had in months. I appreciate you keeping an eye out for any Hartcourt news.
Website is back up. Five schools have re-opened to maximum capacity. Merger is back on with Canadian firm. Pen sales are booming! We just got exclusive rights from the Chinese government to manufacture the new Apple TV! April Fool.
Gaeilige-Irish judging by the language box on the right. Could not find an english translation. Looks like a thechnical (lousy spelling I know) outlook on the stock.
Hey 7 cents was traded today. Is that why they are called penny stocks?
How about the .035 cent club?
Still check in, waiting for a miracle.
Happy New Year to all of the Hartcourt die hard faithful. Could this baby rise like a phoenix from the ashes in 2012. Stranger things have happened.
.44 cent volume friday, huge!
Volume at 88cents today. To the moon Alice.
Another million shares traded again today. This is an 862% jump in average daily volume. No price movement but a lot of shares are trading hands. Anybody have a clue as to what is going on?
Looks like one trade made today at 3PM. Maby it was the janitor selling his shares after he turned off the lights.
Someone dumped almost a million shares today and made a grand total of $811. What's up with that?
Ra Ra Rey kick em in the knee, Ra Ra Ras kick em in the other knee.
No more heartbeat. Looks like this patient is dead!
Looks like only $275 changed hands, but why would anyone be paying up for this stock?
Anyone have a clue as to what is going on?
Happy New Year Everyone. I'm wallpappering my office with my HRCT shares. Think I have enough to do the whole room. Any other ideas as to do with our useless stock certificates?

Traded 230 shares today. Will the last one out please turn off the lights. Only thing this stock is good for now is to offset gains in other stocks. I can't believe we have not heard anything from mgmt. Not even a kiss good-bye.
Only $124.99 to go.
