Quiet day today. I think I'll bid sit today. See what happens.
As much as I've seen this bleed, I've been buying. I see the next valuation target and it's not going to be pennies.
First Half 2021 Business Highlights:
Launched three missions in the first half of 2021, followed by a fourth in July 2021. The missions brought the total number of Electron launches to 21. The Electron launch vehicle has now deployed 105 satellites to orbit.
Entered into a contract with Varda Space Industries to manufacture and operate three Photon spacecraft to enable in-space manufacturing.
Entered into a contract with BlackSky Global for five Electron launches to support their constellation growth.
Entered into a contract to launch a General Atomics Electromagnetic Systems (GA-EMS) developed Orbital Test Bed (OTB) Satellite.
Entered into a study contract for a Mars mission that will see Rocket Lab develop two Photon spacecraft in support of the University of California, Berkeley Space Sciences Laboratory for a NASA science mission.
Added Merline Saintil and Jon Olson, two seasoned Board members, to the Rocket Lab Board of Directors.
Successfully recovered an Electron booster for the second time, further advancing the program to make Electron a reusable launch vehicle which will enable us to increase our launch cadence and reduce our cost per mission.
Since June 30, 2021 Rocket Lab also:
Completed the merger with Vector Acquisition Corporation on August 25, 2021, began publicly trading on the Nasdaq (ticker: RKLB), and added Vector Capital CEO and veteran investor Alex Slusky to the Board of Directors.
Entered into a contract with Kinéis for five Electron launches to deploy their entire constellation of 25 satellites.
Signed launch services agreements to deploy satellites for Alba Orbital and Aurora Propulsion Technologies.
Began construction on a new high volume production line capable of producing up to 2,000 reaction wheels per year to support a growing number of contracts with constellation customers.
It's gonna be a big merger with the AS and OS being raised as they were. Incoming management has a huge stake in the game with restricted shares while the float remains virtually the same.
GLTA
I hope you're not looking for me to apologize. I was on your side. I clearly pointed out what was wrong in posts 20480 and 20481.
I'd like to believe the emails I sent them pointing out the mistake was the reason they corrected it so quickly but I'll never know.
YES!!!
That's the Q2 amendment we were looking for!
Now we need the attorney letter and BOOOOM!!!!!
As long as they can amend that Q2 and get the attorney letter out I think we're golden here.
Yes, the float remains at 2,144,970,955 as of August 16, 2021
Also in the Q22021 filings, the NOTES TO UNAUDITED CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS are from Q1 and also need to be fixed. They have a period end date of March 2021.
All this needs to be fixed. ASAP.
I understand where the discrepancy comes from. The last Quarterly Report - 2q2021 quarterly is wrong and needs to be corrected. Look at the ending dates. They uploaded the same document twice for different periods. We still need to see the real Quarterly Report - Q2 2021 quarterly before it can go current. I'm sure Otcmarkets made them aware of this.
Quarterly Report - Q1 2021 quarterly is where the OS starts to rise as reflected here:
They mistakenly posted 2019 documents for Quarterly Report - Q2 2021 but still inserted the correct sheet on page 14 showing the issuance of the rest of the shares:
The rest of the Q2 documents still show period ending Dec 2019. This still has to be fixed.
I've emailed their contact to make them aware as well.
Only if you trade it daily. It's Per Transaction buy or sell.
Etrade only charges standard commission of $4.95 per transaction. No foreign fee.
Schwab charges $50 foreign transaction fee per trade.
I have both but only use Etrade to trade EEENF.
Etrade charges their standard $4.95 to trade $EEENF. No foreign trade fees.
If you're living in the US and want to trade Canadian, You can use IKBR for Canadian tickers. The only Caveat is you have to trade $2000 or more on a particular ticker. Hope that helps. You can also trade certain US OTC tickers pre-market. I always keep a little powder in that account to catch certain market swings.
However, Etrade has no foreign exchange fees so a trade is normal commission. In my case, $4.95 a trade. Just saying...
"Plans to drill a Harrier 1 well during the 2021 winter season were dropped
because of delays caused by a Biden Executive Order. "

That could possibly stop them or delay them.
Here is a proper link for today's news:

Here is some recent activity pre-run. Just posting it here to mark it.

It's under the advisory and partnerships tab. Maybe just venture capital. It may be a offbeat EV play with them. Soriano has a name and probably needed capital to get back in the game. It's all re-engineered stuff but electric, not petro based. It may be worth something overseas.
I just want carnivals so I can go back to work, LOL
Well who doesn't like a free burger, chips, and a latte?
The veil is starting to lift. Not only do we have the pod at the Dadeland Mall in Miami, but two more should be on their way to Walmarts in Miami.
Timestamp 0:29 in this video confirms those Walmarts.
I don't see anyone talking about Audex Capital. It's the exact same team and they also have real estate ties. Plus possible advisory position or partnership with an Italian EV Motorcycle company.
Check out their management team:
https://www.audexcapital.com/about
Now check out Stratus's new team:
https://stratuscapcorp.com/about/
And the other, and I believe older, Stratus team:
https://www.stratuscompanies.com/about
Audex has affiliations with these entities but at what capacity, I don't know:
1) Urban Commons - https://www.urban-commons.com
The Queen Mary Hotel - The Queen Mary is a landmark Southern California attraction and special event venue surrounding a 347-room hotel and banquet facility aboard the historic British ocean liner.
The Wagner offers epic views of New York Harbor and the Statue of Liberty, offering your guests vistas of Manhattan that they’ll remember forever.
2) Soriano Motori - https://www.sorianomotori.com
We’ve recreated the classic Soriano Motorcycle brand into an electric motorcycle of unparalleled style and performance.
IMO, I believe that Ashcroft Homes changed its name to STRATUS CAPITAL CORP because the Stratus Companies (https://www.stratuscompanies.com) and Audex Capital are also going to merge. Again, just my opinion.
Those 3 - 4 pods are coming. How long? I don't know. But they didn't form these 4 LLC's for nothing.
https://sec.report/Document/0001654954-20-010058/ (page 38)
They already secured initial funding (without the additional capital raise) to get things off the ground. These things take time.

Everything will fall in place when the timing is right. Don't worry about PPS at the moment. Keep your eyes on the prize.
He said "rapid testing" twice. No mention of TPT specifically.
He said "pods" once, but that was in reference to the temporary buildings that schools use for learning.
Again wrong.
Just ratcheting it up a notch. ;)
Also way back in 2012, as of the date of that settlement, the share price was .0061. That ten thousand dollars was issued collectively to 9 parties.
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1346655/000117892412000068/f8k1206_x101-cmgo.htm
At .0061, the date of this filing, that ten thousand dollars would have bought 1,639,344 shares to be split up between them. I think they took the cash.
It definitely doesn't add up to the 8,696,925 shares Barbara owns now. However, in a 2014 deal to acquire GGI, Barbara received a portion of 5,000,000 shares for her stake in GGI through BMB Financial. The exact amount is unclear.

Along with that portion, I think we can assume she has been actively buying the rest through Infinite Alpha all the way up to the time Glenn reported them as beneficial. We can deduce that from her continuing to buy through Infinite Alpha from that point through 8/12/2020. Hence the "I" designation under ownership. After that date, Glenn started purchasing them directly.
https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/own-disp?action=getissuer&CIK=0001346655
Also, Glenn has not exercised his 40,000,000 warrants yet as the company extended them for another 5 years which would now expire in 2023.

Except that is a lawyer's submission which has yet to be proven. All because a filing has been made to dispute WHAT'S ON RECORD, the court has to make a definitive ruling. The misinformation here is mind boggling.
My lawyer can submit that you pumped diesel fuel in my car. That submission would be public record. It still has to be proved as a statement of fact.
