each takeover play is unique. If they find excessive debt, someone S-1'd the hell out of the share structure, or anything bogus about it the FINRA investigation will reveal it, then it is up to the plaintiffs to decide to go through the process or just sh#t-can the project.
Don't blame someone trying to resurrect plays just because some of them do not work out.
The jury is still out about this one, it will be a while before we know anything positive.
Too many times investors put a timeline on their holdings, not a good idea, you've done the research, you know what you own, so now let the company move forward at a pace that is comfortable for them to get past the regulatory hurtles, and trust me FINRA will release this for trading after they know whether all the directors wear boxers or briefs... They are that thorough...

Maybe as this company moves forward he will open up a bit but for now I am locked and loaded, ready for the company to become known with this new direction.

Good Job: building the right relationships is the answer to success in this business

There is enough potential here for me to do a full blown research of this company, web presence is not much, no financials posted yet but I expect them to appear soon to remove the stop sign.
Phone call was answered promptly but I think it was the classic old lady answering service, I now have the presidents cell phone number and I am waiting for a call back.
Phone call returns by company officials is an indication of how they want to deal with the market and their investors... waiting and seeing.
Personally if I was running this company I would do a 50 for 1 forward split and start making a game plan to have the market cap reflect the assets. Right now ( by my rough estimate not having all the facts) I think a .04 share has about $3.00 of intrinsic value built in.

I have never seen a market cap this out of wack with it's true value.. and a float this tight.
The only question I have right now is how is their debt load and can they handle it...
With what they hold in their portfolio of projects, you would think the company would want to reflect a true market cap to raise funding, I would have to think the company will do an awareness campaign with brokers soon. Have not made any phone calls on this one yet, just doing a little bottom feeding here

ok so approval to transfer ownership by Oct 28th, then the regulatory commission must review and verify, normally that takes no more than 45 days providing the company has all the information requested. After the ownership change we will have a better handle on length of time to fully trading, timeline is open at that point, never seen it happen within 30 days but have seen it take over 1 year.

No one is stopping you from doing your own deep dive research and find your own answers rather than from some internet personality, unless you have known them for years and know their ethics and agendas.
"Q" is a bankrupt co. what is the turnaround scenario????
Usually the merger candidate has been already found by this point, it is just in the hands of the transferring company (usually a lawyer). Where the snags come in is proving all past actions of the shell.
FINRA's job is to protect investors, so the research and verification has to go back over several years... sales of unregistered shares as 144 shares must all be verified. A tactic sometimes used by unscrupulous executives is to issue themselves several million ghost shares and just sit on them until the transfer is complete then out of no where millions of shares hit the market.
Not saying this is the case here, if a transfer of ownership is done properly then the only issue is how long will it take. The main keys I look for are a reputable transferring legal team, which I have not done with this one yet, and the target company that is going public.
Gathering a position at this stage and sitting on it usually pays off.

there will be more than one issue with FINRA, so if you think it will be shorter than that play it that way.
Very rarely have I seen one take less than 6 months...
FINRA regulations state:
they have up to 45 days to review and respond to any defect submitted by the company.
then the company has up to 45 days to come back with any additional information requested.
General rule of thumb lately is about 30-35 days for FINRA responses, the company side they usually jump on anything the gov't requests. The usual defect (paperwork not submitted) is financials during and prior to changing ownership...
This all takes place after custodianship issues are cleared.

FINRA takes 6 to 9 months to verify a company is compliant to trade, that is what I am talking about.

Timeline here is 6-9 months before the process is complete, make sure you can afford to sit and hold a ghost.
That's all well and good, however some of that information could be (probably is) classified or restricted information and should be presented to shareholders through an 8-K however
....... since the company is not public yet and since there was no mention of the target public company I can only say
