then the company has up to 45 days to come back with any additional information requested.
General rule of thumb lately is about 30-35 days for FINRA responses, the company side they usually jump on anything the gov't requests. The usual defect (paperwork not submitted) is financials during and prior to changing ownership...
This all takes place after custodianship issues are cleared.
