It's called a royalty fee or a take off fee, a percentage of the material mined is basically taxed, usually about 2% royalty fee is normal however you are talking sri lanka
Fair Value is confirmed at .10, Anyone pumping a different view is living on hope and dreams.
This will go, but not for a few months and in the mean time you sit on dead money, your choice.
Good lord no! she comes over here and the whole world follows, then it's nothing but a sea of pom poms and drool.. there goes my peace and quiet.
Waiting for this to update the date.

I keep tripping over you, and can't seem to keep up.. The pom pom girls should be starting here soon.. can hardly wait.
Share structure verification next, then we know how big the chamilian is.
Market Cap 9,278,150 That is still too high for a dark pinky, I think this will pull back well over 50% from this level.. that would be fair value.
I figured you'd turn up, we must be getting close, I better wake up and pay attention here...
We have a long way to go here, market cap 5 mil outstanding of 63 mil, next thing I am waiting for is the market maker verification of share structure... still very unknown and has the right ingredients for a solid high growth outcome
On January 12, 2021, Inspyr Therapeutics, Inc. (“Company”) sold $500,000 of senior convertible debentures (“Debenture”) for (i) $500,000 for cash to an existing institutional investor (the “Investor”) of the Company.
OK so are you gonna drop 500k on just an idea or on something that actually works... cash out for the debenture is .33 I'd take that.
I don't have a timeline on this one, just as long as the story holds true I think I may ride this for a while
It Works! Now I need another winna to pay my capital gains from last year.
Every r/m in my penny port I have a game-plan to hold it for 1 year unless the story falls apart so the most important aspect is the research, if it takes me a week to be comfortable with buying a semi dark pinky so be it. My first position is always a top kick anyway so I hold back and stagger my buys, this formula is working and I would not be here except for CV-19
This still has a long way to go, a true valuation of this company is still not known but it is known that it is more than it is today.
Buy shares, do nothin, make money .
Auhh crap, put a bid in .02 over the ask because of the size of the position and they still jumped me... it's all yours boys... when they jump bids of my size then I will move on, good luck with it.

a market cap of 10,224,900 for a dark pinky on the road to R/m does not cut it.
That is not bashing that is the voice of experience.
Thank you for your opinion yea the old MM story again.
I will be here for at least a year, I am just waiting for my full position to fill.. and a market cap of 10,224,900 for a dark pinky on the road to R/m does not cut it, not all of Lazer's companies makes it I can wait for a realistic share price.
I am still not in here, it has potential but is overvalued without an NI 41-101, The dip could go as low as $1.05, that is of course just my personal opinion.
Market Cap 2,928,519 01/11/2021
Shares Out 7,168,958 05/07/2020
This thing is going to tank, market cap of 10 million, no way a pinky, darky, no info stock is worth a 10 milly capped out.
just try getting out of a stock this tight, will take months.
Yes, normally it would, but this company was just blighted by the SEC for a promotion.Nothing serious but it may shake some of the fruit off the tree for another week or two, I think I will wait to below 1.20
Yes, but be prepared to sit on it for a year (that is the usual time frame) and remember when all the stuckholders from the old company see it take a jump in price they always sell, they don't need a reason they just want to move on.. so it could drop back to about .05 to .08 when they start churning the shares..
Bah, doesn't matter, my money is always in my research, lets see where this is after my sailing trip when I get back in April... he be gone I be richer.
yea he is on ignore now.
you are deluding yourself and putting the company build out plan at risk. You are a retail investor, just here for the quick ride then gone.. pathetic
Ok - so here's the deal...I am requesting that ALL newbies to this ticker reach out to 2 larger school districts in the area in which they reside.
OK here is the real deal. You are just a retail investor, you are at the low end of the likables of any "C" officer. Retail investors are a complete waste of time for public companies, they bought their shares on the local market not from the company, they have no input to direction and just waste companies time.
Any public company that allows retail investors to become part of their business is a sham. You will not be here a year from now so you are of no use to the public company.
You should see what garbage a CEO has to waste his time on, between drooling retail investors seeking inside information and toxic funding salespeople it is a wonder any work gets done on business.
That is from someone who has been there.

It is old shareholders bailing at the first glimmer of hope, they do not know why they just want out, it happens with every r/m.
(IMHO) Best to take 25% of your position when the announcement first comes out and then stinky bid the rest, these toe rag investors have no staying power.

Metates is the largest undeveloped Au-Ag project in Mexico with proven and probable reserves of 18.5 million ounces of gold, 526 million ounces of silver and 4.2 billion pounds of zinc.
low volume, still unknown, will take a week or two for full realization here. Long term, low risk high return on this share structure.
Do your own senseless d/d if it excites you, you seem to be looking for bandits on the otc, I hold shares here and I know why.
About to find out, no? lol this is going to get interesting, very soon, don't see too many pom poms so maybe it gains volume and price at a less than parabolic rate. I am waiting for the true valuation, nothing more nothing less.
