It is old shareholders bailing at the first glimmer of hope, they do not know why they just want out, it happens with every r/m.
(IMHO) Best to take 25% of your position when the announcement first comes out and then stinky bid the rest, these toe rag investors have no staying power.

Do your research, take your position, turn off the noise.
