Did you get a flight schedule for jets on Friday
That’s what I’m thinking because I don’t recall seeing “others”n the previous reports. I’m wondering what would qualify as others
Those shareholders made $$$$$$$$$ after been warned numerous times that they would probably get nothing
Nice!!
Standard wording as with American Airlines:
Since the company filed for bankruptcy in November, 2011, most informed observers have believed that the shares are likely to be canceled when AMR leaves bankruptcy, and are therefore worthless. On numerous occasions, AMR has warned that this is likely to be the case

Who’s your broker
Wow!
Or there is no guarantee we will find a buyer
Precisely
Not the point I was making. The point is they put out the same general disclaimer every time.
There can be no guarantee that the Company will be successful in securing an acceptable offer in connection with the liquidation of its assets.
The first sentence of the disclaimer -
Binding offers have been received but yet this is on the recent disclaimer as on the previous ones. It's a general disclaimer.
We will get what we get. Those of us that are shareholders will know soon enough. Those of you that are looking to buy shares may be out of luck.
Bidding on shares was outlined in the bidding submission guidelines, shares were mentioned at least 3 times in the monitors 5th report. Also, 5th report states that buyer will take possession of shares at the closing transaction. The only question is how much are we getting?
We have 9 bids from liquidators/others. What would classify a company as others and not strategic, financial or liquidator?
It was put out after hours and we don't know what will happen Tuesday morning. In the 5th monitors report, it states that the buyer will take possession of shares at close, which I think closing happened on Friday.
Was the same plane in Sarnia Friday?
Green could use BioAmber to go public, I wouldn’t rule out a merger
It's my theory that PTT has the winning bid, and will have the plant running at 100% before years end. But I don't get why the resignations since BioAmber wasn't sold as a going concern.
IMO the deal is done. BioAmber's management and officers are letting us know they have officially resigned. I don't see how that's anything but what it is.
IMO they will release a monitors report over the weekend.
When BioAmber PR'd the first time about no bids - PWC released the monitors report two days later. IMO we hear something from PWC over the weekend.

Also in the last report- August 31 - complete transaction and take possession of shares if applicable
Can you check the jet schedules for the past few days
Nothing to do with nothing
Shares are mentioned at least three times in the monitors 5th report
Today may have been closing date
If the closing date was today, PWC states owner will take possession of shares if applicable
Page 2 of the monitors 5th report:
Request for Binding Offers
Page 2:
(i) It provides for a closing of the Contemplated Transaction by no later than August 31, 2018(the 'Closing Date");
Page 3:
13. Closing. The closing of the Contemplated Transaction(s) shall occur by no later than the Closing Date.
Page 4:
17. Possession. At the Closing Date and if applicable, the Retained Bidder shall take possession of the Assets or the SHARES of BioAmber(if applicable)
Have the court documents been un sealed?
If the price stays this low - no long will be tempted to sell before the buyout/JV. But if pps went to a dime then to .20 cents - many wouldn’t know what to do - bird in hand or bird in sealed envelope.
Stop losses
Very promising from article:
"Arlette has said potential bidders included those interested in continuing the operation at the Sarnia plant, as well as those interested in the assets.:
Google:
PWC Monitors report Bioamber
Then select what you want to view
Very easy
IMO anyone buying now will be holding, float should get locked, will be interesting.
.05 or .50
We may just have our shares bought - money in our accounts Tuesday morning
Obvious
Commons get paid- addressed again in the summary - page 2, Item 7-e. Also item 17 states on the closing date the bidder takes possession. Friday or Tuesday the commons may be paid?
