Standard wording as with American Airlines:

Since the company filed for bankruptcy in November, 2011, most informed observers have believed that the shares are likely to be canceled when AMR leaves bankruptcy, and are therefore worthless. On numerous occasions, AMR has warned that this is likely to be the case
