typical pull back without news. People buy into an expectation. Then it peters out. MMs insight panic to create volume. MMs dont care which way the pice moves, as long as it is moving. So buyer dry up, They take it down with $1 trades. No one is around to buy at the ask, so MMs drop the bid and neg. volume picks up. The longer we wait, the more she drops.
CEO does not care or understand dynamics of his stock. Someone posted he is a single guy trying to run the show. Someone else posted pinksheet says 47 employees. Who knows the truth? None of us here work for the company. So, my point being, news is slow because a few people at best are trying to line up a lot of ducks. If the ducks dont get lined up then price is driven down on no volume.
At minimum Quincy should not have put out speculative PRs without a plan for continuous follow up. As this destroys shareholder confidence at best. IMHO this CEO does not have a clue how to manage a penny stock. His hit and miss PRs create nothing but waves of elation and panic, while nothing has really changed.
The laundry list of unqualified CEOs in the pennys gets longer everyday. Not only do they need to understand their business and have a vision for the future, they must be able to communicate and effectively manage shareholder perception. FTDs for thie company only enhance the volatility and down side pressure. Quincy needs to be on top of all these issues. Otherwise he should get in line with all the other incopetent penny CEOs.
The number one mantra of any CEO or board member should be to protect share holders. I give Quincy an F.
Can't manage, what you can't measure.
I am not sure I agree. Their agenda is to control and sell the world energy. It should not matter what the source, as long as it is economical. That is why oil shale is not yet viable. There is a lot of it, but it is not economical to produce in large amounts.
This is a good post. Very good points.
However, I have noticed that many needles need to be threaded in order for this company to make progress. This may take time. Its not to say it won't happen. It is to say it will take time and folks may get tired of waiting and start to dump. My other concern is the FTDs. I wonder how many of us are holding ghost shares? Has anyone had trouble getting their broker to deliver certs? If Quincy has not or does not have time to read or be briefed on I-hubs DD and concerns, the market - irregardless of his noble efforts - could run roughshod over this fledgling company. To be an effective pink sheet CEO he must be aware of the FTDs, potential market manipulation, and other vageries and have a plan to manage these issues. It sounds to me, based on what stervc has posted, Quincy is either too busy to care, or cares but does not know what to do, or does not have a clue how pinkies can get sliced and diced. I ran into this problem with CRGO 3 years ago. They had cash flow. I even talked to their IR and CEO about this very problem. They said, "no way". I got out. The stock got slaughtered. They still haven't recovered or done anything to manage the risks of being an OTC stock
I have another current example. Look at JCDS. The CEO finally saw the light and started to do a share audit. He is haveing a very difficult time getting his arms around his company, and they are making money and have positve cash flow. The ghost shares and FTDs could very possibly bankrupt the company.
Look at Overstock.com A very big NASDAQ company with enormous cash flow. They really took it the shorts when the CEO refused to be held hostage to the brokers. I havent followed up lately how all this ended, but he has been the most visible CEO to combat FTDs and ghost shares.
On the positive, the single point that has made me an investor is the relationship with Texas A&M. I am a class of 84 graduate and have a first hand understanding of the integrety of the school and students who have graduated. Dr. Riskowski may be available for technical reference, but will not play an active role until land has been aquired for production. Until then its just another contact Quincy will call upon when he gets his ducks in a row. Then Riskowski will hand off the work to a grad student if there is grant money availble to support any efforts.
So, in short. I suspect a bit of price fluctuation based on speculation, momo traders, mm manipulation, and OS share problems created by the FTDs. If the FTDs are severe the only recourse may be to issue a new symbol, cancel existing shares in exchange for new ones at a rate to be determind.
All this thinking has made me wonder if this is a viable feedstock and economicle way to produce Bio, then why doesn't big oil just go do it? I can't imagine they are so narrow minded to assert poking holes in the ground is the only way to produce energy. If BLDV has a viable process at hand, then big oil could establish itself as a world Jatropa bean producer and monopolize this source as well. Why would it take a pink sheet company to exploit this source, when big oil could easily do it?
Im giving myself a head ache.
In interest of full disclosure I do own 500K shares - for now.
Current prices are not about an endless supply ending. Its about escelating and growing demand and the ability to refine in order to meet the demand. Even if crude is endless, it is very capital intensive to remove, refine, and transport. Harvesting weeds in field strikes me as being more practicle and less of a challenge. More holes in the ground and refineries to convert is needed to meet world demand irregardless of the volume present to draw from. Even if the draw is coming from an endless supply. At this point it is not really about how much we have. Its about how much we need as a planet irregardless of the source.
If other more economical sources can be developed, then it will be a very succesful endevor.
Weeds are endless. Pressing beans is cheap and easy. Its just another way to get what is in demand from an economical supply chain.
Its not about a fianite supply. Its about meeting an insatiable ever growing demand and finding the least expensive way to get there. Squishing beans is possibly one source to accomplish this.
AVWI - 8K confirms merger with JPT still in the works
Say bye bye money
After DD for two days, I only have one question. Does anyone know if they have a decent marketing plan? They have a good product, but there are several in this space. I only saw they attend trade shows and have a couple of contracts with distributors. How effective are the distributors? Do they get out and sell, or do they wait on their hands for orders? I did not see a sales force inside the company.
Great product, no marketing. Typical failure of an OTC stock.
Sorry to burst the bubble, but the SEC is overworked, understaffed and does not do anything with OTC stocks. I know an SEC lawyer. I talked to her about a month ago. She didnt even know what an FTD was. We talked at length. She said they only persue cases of politicle interest. There is not enough time in the day to persue complaints of OTC stocks. I think MMs, organized crime, and unsrupulus CEOs know this, take full advantage of this.
That's not to say WNBD is part of a scam becuase it is not. But, lack of oversight allows many others to steel as much as they can from where ever they see an opportunity.
There is no restituition in OTC land. NONE. At least not from the feds.

the mom and pops protesting the superhighway do not have chance. Imminant domain will be used to take the property. It happend to me. A local developer, imminent domained a piece of my property last year for a road. I lost big time. I had to sue for reasonable compensation. It was not until a week before the court date the developer coughed up the money. It was unbelievable. Bulldozers and excavators just showed up and started ripping thru my property. I called the sherif they did nothing. Papers were already were filed in county court, "taking the land"
Imminent domain. The utilmate control of government over the individual.
Lou Dobbs, a reporter and commentator for CNN, has posited that the formation of a "North American Union" is being approached without the knowledge and consent of the majority of the people who would be affected by this.[13] Source: Amero wikipedia
This thing being talked about on this board has overlooked that democracy in this country is already dead.
The US is controlled by business. Business makes all the policy decisions thru the lobbyists that control congress. We have become too busy and complacent as a nation to do anything. We are all busy surviving, working multiple jobs, doing laundry, cooking, cleaning, raising kids, wasting time in church, mowing the yard, shopping, and watching mindless reality TV programing to do anything.
The 5-10% of people in this country that read, think for themselves, take the time to listen, and give as sh$%t about anything are the minority.
our rights as a individuals are gone. We have no property rights. The government owns all real property. Research recent supreme court ruling on imminent domain.
We can all be informed about the changes at hand. But nothing can be done. We have arrived and didnt even know we were going somewhere.
No one has even mentioned the Amero currency, already signed into existance by GWB. Google Amero and you will be shocked.
We are already surfs to major corporation. Individual voices are just noise. The masses are too self consumed to be aware of the changes. Frogs in the boiling pot of water they are.
JUST MY OPINIONS of course
I am going to go vaccum the carpet and mop the floor.
Ive been told by a MM that they do not have to post a buy or sell order unless it is marketable - in other words, they have a ready buyer or seller at the price you have set. this only applies to retail orders. so you may never see it posted in l2.
My charts indicate a 20 mill share dump in the last 45 minutes. No buyers present, so MMs take price down to absorb the order. Any other opinions? I am sure there must be one or two.
My list of runners: BLDV, EESO, PGPM, AVWI, CLNE, GCOG, ZAAP, HGT
AVWI filling the gap but still up on R/M news
AVWI gapping again
Whats up with level 2 on Ameritrade? Anyone else experiencing problems?
Major averages taking it in the shorts today.
DFLY, THUMBs, do you know if Carry may be interested in a new TA? I PM'd you information on a good one here in Denver (I have no personal or professional affilition with them)
My guess is we need the final results of share audit before changing TA's.
Still holding my shares.
THUMBS,
I live near Denver, CO.
I know of a good TA located in Denver. They are rated #2 in the country for customer service.
http://www.corporatestock.com/
I talked to Corporate Stock this afternoon. They are sending me information. They never gagg any info, unless otherwise requested by the Company. I do not know their fees, but look at their website - looks like a very good TA.
PM me and I will forward information if you think it will be usefull.
Thanks THUMBS. It's nice to have a shareholder advocate that is real. This is almost unheard of in a Pink.
The biggist issue to me is getting off the sho list and calling in all the ghost shares. If Cary can do this I will send him a box of chocolates.
Picked up another 500k at .0015 today. I'm pretty sure my order was .0001 above the MMs. It took a while for a week hand to fill it, but it got filled.
AUTO is usually an Ameritrade retail order. The spread indicates to me the MMs are not doing much hear. I'm also in WNBD. The MM's are extremely active in that one - always trying to walk it down with $10 trades. If there is no retail B/A's the MMs on JCDS seem to keep a pretty wide spread - that way if anyone is depserate to free up cash they sell into a MM hand, who can then resale at a reasonable profit on the big spread if some one is desperate to get in at the ask, or news makes a pop MMs will stay ahead of retail orders.
CEO of JCDS seems a little more interested in how stock is performing, so I am averaging in for a longer term hold. Hopefully Thumbs email will get some response.
See yall in the mornin.
GM all, I put the .15 order to move it off the .14 No week hands left?
I wonder how the TA had tax info prior to a year end statement? It will be great if the CEO would PR the net revs with a 10q. Then we would have the attention we deserve to move the pps.
What are your other two positions?
Showing strength in the .005 - .006 range. 52 week low .005? Holding the line, can wait for more news at this level.
Added another 100k this morning at 56, 1 higher than listed bid, got filled instantly. Wonder if it was a CD buy?
FLIP up %60 160 OS $30mil rev R/m convertibles retiring in a month.
HI all,
Not new to investing, but new to this stock. Been watching for two weeks. Decided to put in orders at the MA 50 today. I suspect a drop to the MA100 is not out of the question without any news. Anyway started to load up here. The best anyone can hope for in pinky land is an ohnest CEO and a real product. When I got my MBA the mantra was preserve share holder value above all else. This CEO seem to be adhereing to this philosophy, especially since he has 75% of the OS.
Anyway, good luck to all and congrat to all who picked up shares before the run to this level.
AMHD up %260 Bio diesel play anyone know whats up?
GZFX - bids way ahead of asks. Crazy.
Gzfx is a gapping
No barn burner this week. Gotta go spend time at my other passion - lol
RWNW - up 100% in the last 3 dayz
GZFX- no sellers and buyer linning up at the bid.
GZFX - growing legs
GRMU - I dont trust any move without a PR, filling, or substaniated rumor. Valuation in penny land is meaningless.
GRMU - why the run?
gzfx - making the turn after the final capitulation spike from run up. start accumulating before anymore news.
