999,999 up for sale at .0002 at Schwab.
Those two trades were me, actually. Last Tuesday I tried to put in two trades, one at 39 and one at 40, but due to an error at Schwab, they did not go through, even though they should have. This was Schwab honoring those trades. I don't know how they did it after hours, but it was me, and, as they say, nothing to see here.
Do not forget about the Three day lag on moving funds. Most places won't allow a penny trade until funds have cleared.
This will never reach trips again. There is too much evidence.
Actually, the email did not really relay anything that isn't already public knowledge via 8k.
I agree with this sentiment. I don't see why a RS wouldn't be approved even if financials weren't released. Let them get the number of shares to a more reasonable amount, then release the financials, so that deep pockets will see a dollar stock instead of a penny stock and be more willing to invest.
Ask is at 95! Perhaps this morning we can hold on to the early gap.
Nice find!
Not if the seasoning requirements are met by sufficient audited financials. In that case it can uplist very quickly. That is why they're bothering to be so thorough and release 2014 and 2015 financials.
Am I the only one here who is expecting the financials to come out AFTER the RS? The financials release will obviously cause a lot of attention for the stock. Newcomers will take a $2 per share stock a lot more seriously than a 2c per share stock, even if it is on the OTC, as number of shares isn't as glaringly obvious. If they waited until after the RS to release, potentially more new eyes would be more willing to invest because of the more legit-appearing PPS.
Anthony Cataldo (Contributor to Seeking Alpha) has today commented on his prior post about SPCL that he intends to buy into it more. Just a blog on SA, but still some better exposure!

DJ's post really is the mike drop on the subject. The rest is noise, and does not contribute to the conversation or the evaluation of the company.
That post, is the exact representation of what "noise" is.

I will base my Due Diligence and investments by these legal documents and not from "noise".
Yes! Thank you for finding that. I was looking for that detail, myself, last week but couldn't find it. That is quite important.
Vert capital doesn't work with companies with less thann $10 million in revenues. They care not about number of magazine sales. Your assertion is baseless.
how is 25,950,000 shares 86% of outstanding common stock? People on here have 10 mil+ shares, themselves.
As have I. I'm sad to be out of powder for the time being .
And now.....we wait....
Makes me a little jealous of the bitcoin market, as it's going on 24/7. Then again, we'd probably all go insane from lack of sleep.
Indeed. The ask is back up to 1 cent now, though. It's almost a tenth of the way to where it should be, now!
I think it's hilarious that anyone has a .006 on the ask this morning. I know pre-market doesn't mean much, but I hope nobody is foolish enough to let shares go for that cheaply once the market opens.
Schwab's 2c is just a rounding up of the 1.6c ask that we see on here.
That reply from the law firm is perfect lawyer talk, though. He used the word "was", which does not inform on the current state, but it speaks to already publicly available information. He also did not say if it were going to take place in the future, only that it was not in the past or today. The lawyer did a good job of saying something while saying nothing.
IMO that is am excellent sign. The PN signified the stop sign/non disclosing status of the stock. If that has been resolved, then perhaps some previously not public info is about to become public!
Is there a PL, PL, or V?
NLT= Not Later Than
When something looks too good to be true, it often is. I've done my DD, and am wracking my brain trying to find any holes in this. The only thing I found where we could potentially lose out is if they dilute the shares. I do not know a reason for why they would do so. Just trying to convince myself not to put even more in tomorrow...or convince myself TO get more :).
I figured they would want to issue more to make some more money for the company. Admittedly, I am new, hence asking.
Thank you so much for your very detailed response! That exposes us to a significant amount of potential dilution, if we shareholders hold only 18/210 units of potential shares. Now, I am sitting on an even million shares, and they aren't going anywhere anytime soon. I'm one of the ones looking for the NASDAQ, but for the very long time, that could pose a Potential Threat to our share price. earlier today, somebody said that "They wouldn't do that" to the Potential Threat of immediately issuing new shares. Why would they or would they not do that immediately?
LOL, searches for Visa's symbol (V) on BoardCentral are up %2195 in the past 24 hours. I don't think Visa has much news going on, but I bet a lot of people were trying to figure out what V stood for in stock world

We aren't going to make it to $4 PPS without a reverse merger. The money simply isn't in the company.
Does the 10:1 AS reverse split apply to the number of total allowable stock, or just the allowable stock that is not issued yet? IE, after the split, will it be 210 million allowable and 18 million outstanding, or will it be ~31 million allowable and 18 million outstanding?
Thank you! that is exactly what I was looking for. It should be added to the sticky, I think.
Several others mentioned finding the "new" stock, which we believed was the issuing of the new preferred shares. I could not find it. Can someone post a link? Perhaps that should be added to the list of evidence?
