I have no faith in CEO, however i still believe the science is solid...but delays and poor business decisions leave them with little to no money to execute. Any potential investors with deep pockets was contingent upon uplisting to Naz. There is a outside chance that if Inmed can get IntraSyn up and online by 1st quarter next year than value will be added to market cap and i can cash out with a small profit. looks like you will do okay with Willow, as for me my dollars are going into U.S gold and silver coins... not bullion because the U.S government can legally confiscate gold bars, but not U.S coins nor gold jewerly.
I dont put much stock into selling samples to potential future buyers... THIS FOR NOW DOESN'T IMPRESS ME MUCH. I do not believe Willow as of yet has achieved large scale production in a costly fashion so as to see a substantial profit. Even if Willow makes it to the finish line first Inmeds Integrasyn will yeild a less costly product which will may send Willow back to the drawing board. If you have a good deal of money invested in Willow than i sincerly wish you good luck. I think Willow stands a fair chance to get online first, but the real question here is CAN THEY HOLD IT.
Inmeds recent failure to uplist to Nazdaq is a Cautionary tale, and one that all other public companies attempting to do the same, would do well to examine.
On another note. the U.S federal government is giving away the store folks. billions of dollars put out into circulation every day with no goods and services behind it. For every dollar the FED puts into circulation there needs to be goods or services produced and when this is ignored, than businesses have to raise the prices of goods in order too make a profit. Nixon took the U.S of the gold standard in 1971 and this allowed the FED to print unlimited amounts of dollars. Well, i can now see the cracks in the dam and the shit will hit the fan in 3-5 years, and it's name is big time INFLATION. Warren Buffet who has never cared for gold or silver as an investment is now buying silver mines. Buy precious metals as a hedge against runaway inflation... i am.
I will say this.. Inmed WAS a good company with a bright future. E.A a ridicuously incompetent CEO.
The 50% loss of Inmeds market cap post split falls squarley on the shoulders of CEO E.A. He orchestrated a 33/1 reverse split, and to add insult to injury $12 million in dilution. All this was done in the middle of a viral pandemic. This brilliant idea of his created panic selling and an ATMOSPHERE conducive to stock manipulation. People! the level of stupidity this rises to is absolutely ridiculous.
Willow says to be ready by mid 2021. i am most suspect of this statement. Look INmed had hit, but now overcame a biological burden on scaleup, so are these people at Willow telling the world that the laws of Physics dont apply to them. I CALL BS ON WILLOW. And even if by some miracle Willow beats Inmed to the punch, what good will it be if you cannot compete in pricing.
No wrong! the game is just begun. Inmed has overcome biological burden by way of a novel enzyme. Inmed can synthesize as much thc-cbd as needed. As far as willow is concerned i do not believe they reached commercial scale succesfully as of yet. I am somewhat suspicious of Willows claim.

LOOK im not going to do this with you anymore i guess we agree to disagree. the balls in your court I was serious about the wager.

Dont forget that GINGO/CHRON and WILLOW will hit that biological burden on scale up. Just like Inmed did with E.coli.. so will they with yeast. And thats one tough nut to crack.
GINGO/CHRON WILLOW not going to happen not before Inmed. I will lay you 1/2 odds all day long. NOW IM BEING COCKY.
Anyone can do a production run now lets see what Willow can actually produce. INMED did a production run in late 2018 too early 2019. Production runs dont mean JACK.
Ha Ha bad news you lost. Is this an attempt at using comedy or sarcasim.. I do believe your missing a boat load of brain neurons.
Who the hell asked you to join this debate im sure your buddy doesn't need any help as he communmicates well and too the point.
When did i say anything about a sure thing. what i said was if almac thought bio-synth of canabinoids was an impossibility they would have communicated as much to inmed and as much as you believe that Almac would take another companies funds to provide a service knowing beforehand that a likelyhood of a good outcome was improbable i call B.S
You assume biosynthesis is off the table. do you own a crystal ball. Ya i know your going to tell me your assumption or subjugation are based on an educated guess based on past performances of inmed not meeting timelines. ill stipulate that TIMELINES were not met as expected so lets examine. phase-1 trial delayed a year, no biggie, hey they got on with it and i believe there data will show good results and so will bio.
Almac has a impeccable reputation and they are not about to taint it by stringing along a small bio-pharma company whose purpose it is to make the world a better place to live in by giving comfort to some very sick individuals. Also ALMAC is a 6 billion dollar company and i stress again, they do not need to string along a small company for a few dollars.
I am not qualified as to the science of biosynthesis of cannabinoids but i know that ALMAC isnt here for the fun of it. I will also say that you are making a living at the exspense of the rest of us and in my book that makes you a PARASITE.

No that is not what i intended to say for if did than i would of said as much. You must automatically assume that most bio-pharmas are going to miss timelines now and than. At least take comfort in knowing that Inmed is ahead of all other bio-pharmas involved in cannabinoid synthesis, by at least one year and will be first mover in this space
If you didn't anticipate the length of time it would take to see a descent return on your investment than you shouldn't have invested in a bio-pharma as in can take years for these companies to generate a profit.
Some of us here have some heavy losses i know i do. if i take what i have of table and inmed suddenly announces that she is cannabinoid batch ready i will be beside myself so i am forced too see how this plays out. What is your story?
Not sure how to respond to your last post were you being sarcastic or just feeling the need to interject some comedy to lighten things up, either way it's all good with me im not here to critique or bash anyone.
looks like this girl has legs.
Not familiar with the Jobs ACT, will read up on. thanks for the info.
Sorry for the mess i created here with the tripple post, my laptop has got a mind of it's own.
If Inmed meets all standards and requirements set forth by SEC for uplisting to the Nazdaq and SEC is satisfied that Inmed has met said qualifications set forth by them and Inmed has done so in good faith and to the best of there abilities than it is a done deal. There is a law under US FEDERAL CODE and law that states if something is vague than it is voided for vagueness. SEC rules, regulations and bylaws, well bylaws dont actually apply here but these things are not to be interpreted nor are they to be speculated upon.

Of course its speculation what else would it be im not privy to inside info. all im saying is if the IPO is only for a few investors and they were too buy 2 million shares at current market value what do you think would happen to the share price.
Maybe this thing has legs. Potential of $5.00+ today.
All you investors who are waiting for this stock too slip down to the low $3.00 before buying back in i dont think it will happen, but i have been wrong before. MY thinking is if INMED doesn't uplist to the nazdaq for whatever reason it will reflect poorly on the underwriters, why you ask because they are involved and will not be held without blame. and you gotta know they do not want that to happen.
www.google.ca/amp/s/moneymorning.com/2020/08/01/ how these companies are creating a new path to profits. INMED AND GW-PHARMA ARE THE ONLY TWO MENTIONED.
I venture to guess the IPO is for maybe one or just a few investors.. and are most likely friends of inmeds partners. The IPO share price should be higher than the open share market price. if you or anyone of you were to buy $12 million of IMLFF on the open market after it is all said and done it would cost you much much more than $4.00 a share especially with a float of only 5.5 million. With a higher IPO share price the dilution will not be so great.
Yes I hear that both E*TRADE and TD-AMERITRAD are having difficulties with consolidation of shares. What is the problem over at E*TRADE because everything is allright here at FIDELITY.
Im with Fidelity and have no problem buying our sellin IMLFF shares through my account. Has it occurred to you that someone from TD AMERITRADE might of dropped the ball on this one and they are now stalling.
Investors with deep pockects will not give any weight too a Phase-1 part-2 trial of a potential cannibanoid type drug with a small market. However when INM-755 is in the latter stage of phase-2 trials than big money will take notice.
.
The loss today is most assuredly beacaue of E*TRADE and TD AMERITRADES failure to finish conversion of shares and because of this many share holders could not trade today. Hopefully these companies will get there shit straight by tomorrow so US shareholders can resume trading.
