I venture to guess the IPO is for maybe one or just a few investors.. and are most likely friends of inmeds partners. The IPO share price should be higher than the open share market price. if you or anyone of you were to buy $12 million of IMLFF on the open market after it is all said and done it would cost you much much more than $4.00 a share especially with a float of only 5.5 million. With a higher IPO share price the dilution will not be so great.
