That’s why someone refers to it as a perpetual lottery ticket.
Please buy enough to drive the share price to $0.20.
Is that the same as the train is leaving the station, because we’ve heard that before.
I’m glad that we’re dealing in facts and not speculation. Care to factually inform us on when LQMT receives revenue?
I don’t know if TC, or anyone else, is working hard on getting a deal, but I just wish TC was working smarter not harder.
Earlier you said that LQMT has benefited and now it’s can benefit. The difference between those two assertions is as large as LQMT’s tax loss.
“R&D that has resulted in mass scale manufacturing of liquidmetal hinges in 5 whale companies.
These are all facts that benefit LQMT US without a doubt! Now LQMT USA needs contracts to actualize the benefits!”
Would you care to explain how LQMT has benefited from the “mass scale manufacturing of liquidmetal hinges in 5 whale companies.” It seems to me that we are waiting and speculating that someday there will be an actual benefit to LQMT. The alleged/speculative benefit sire as hell ain’t showing up in the bottom line.
You are right on one fact. LQMT USA needs contracts to actualize the benefits.
An unactualized benefit is no benefit at all.
The money spent is a fact. The alleged benefit to LQMT is speculative at this point in time.
That’s what the old timers have been waiting. An actual/tangible sign that this company is going in the right direction.
I’m still waiting for those 20s!
CIMB no LOL here
(Crying In My Beer)
“My position is not swayed by any single 10Q.”
And it wasn’t swayed by the one prior to this, nor the prior one to that, nor the prior one to that, nor the prior one to that ….
I guess those confidential “Li/serious investor only” communications have given you a lot more faith.
Latest 10-Q out.
It can be summarized as SOS. They had Operating Costs of $763,000 for the last quarter. I'd love to know how/where that money went. They have a skeleton staff that sits around doing nothing. Where is that money going?
Optimistic BS (rumors and speculation about the maze) also don’t get us anywhere.
Until we get something tangible, LQMT is going to continue to drift downward.
That’s strange. I remember posts by serious investors touting a 10% gain (up a penny) as a serious gain that we should all celebrate. Long term trends aren’t giving us any reason to celebrate.
I’m rooting for LQMT. If it does well, I do better. I’m not trying to drive it down to $0.05 or $0.01 or $0.001 or anything else because I’m not buying anymore of this POS until it gets up to $0.20. Sure I could own a lot more if I bought at lower price, but I’d rather own a little of something big/growing than a lot of something small/heading to zero. I just want some tangible evidence that LQMT is worth it and headed in the right direction.
Weren’t you predicting 20s last March? What happened? Oh yeah, it was several quarterly reports of big nothing burgers and unsubstantiated rumors about Apple.
If you have to ask, then you aren’t a serious investor. LOL
So with your call for more facts and less imagination, please explain what facts connects the Yi’an news to LQMT?
Looks a lot like imaginative propaganda.
“More facts, less imagination needed!”
I totally agree with you. Serious investors have been asking Li for more facts since the (failed and bullshit) open house, but Li, as the CEO, didn’t have the guts to hold regular conference calls. A tradition our current CEO TC (and Li lackey) proudly/ignorantly continues.
Enough is enough! More facts, less wishful thinking.
“Good luck to all sincere investors. Not the propagandists!”
LMAO
The definition of irony.
And yet it closed in the red. I guess that pumping was pure BS.
Take some solace in knowing that you aren’t alone. FOMO can keep you in much longer than logic dictates.
Because he wants to make TC the fall guy.
You are basically saying that Li’s and Chung’s friends and family are accumulating/trading on insider information (I.e., Li/Chung have a plan). Nothing spells success like having unethical leadership.
Try reading the PLA before opining on what it purportedly says.
Au contraire. Multi-tasking would be hyping both at the same time.
In a few short weeks, we’ve gone quoting Reddit for hyping Apple’s use of Liquidmetal to hyping staples. Just the facts huh - LOL
First off, I acknowledge that I misspoke. I don’t have proof that Apple “works” with Gladdimetal, but there is a documented history of Apple being assigned patents from Glassimetal. Given Apple’s penchant for NDAs I think it is a reasonable assumption.
The following was published in Patently Apple: “Over the past four months Apple has been granted a series of patents that appear to have been acquired from California's Glassimetal Technology Inc. The first three granted patents were issued in December and January (01 and 02). Today Apple was granted their fourth Glassimetal Technology patent.”
https://www.patentlyapple.com/2018/03/today-apple-was-granted-patents-for-magsafe-2-beyond-along-with-a-new-nickel-based-metallic-glass-for-future-devices.html.
Whether Apple is “working” with Glassimetal or not, Apple is acquiring their technology. Glassimetal doesn’t file quarterly or annual reports with the SEC. So, it will be much easier for them to keep the nature of their relationship with Apple confidential.
Apple also has a history of working with Glassimetal (and for all we know may be working with others under NDAs).
IMHO, Apple won’t say “take out this 5% for the middleman.” Instead, Apple will negotiate the best deal it can for Apple and tell Li/Eontec/Yihao, “if you want to pay LQMT 5%, that’s up to you, but we aren’t.”
No one, not one person, holds 900 million shares of LQMT. (“Definition of anyone: any person at all,” Merriam-Webster, https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/anyone). Your statement makes no sense at all.
So where exactly is it spelled out that “All REVENUES OF sales of anything liquidmetal in USA or Europe is REQUIRED to go through LQMT according to PLA,” as you asserted. It sure as hell isn’t in section 2.3.
In invisible ink.
You are 100% correct. The PLA doesn’t say anything of the sort.
“Last I heard all their manufacturing is done in China.”
You heard wrong.
If we reach 14-16, we will have momentum. Until then, we just keep slowly spiraling down the drain.
I guess TC is following the Li example of hiding from the shareholders and not doing quarterly conference calls.
Anyone know if TC is having private communications with “serious” investors.
Sad but true. We are left hoping and begging for a reasonable portion of the profits.
The horses are out, the carts are being built, and the bulls are roaming and leaving a lot of BS all around.
There is nothing wrong with being focused on the potential positive so long as you are not being willfully blind and oblivious to the potential negative.
