Also, I would like to see proof she's working with the government successfully. Because those farmers won't just uproot entire crops for something that isn't already generating revenue, they would starve...

Looks like things are starting to turn around, also the NoHo shot Facebook pages is really getting some attention. It's funny too, usually frauds wouldn't post if their headquarters were overseas for this product, I mean, if you were out to scam why wouldn't you just post the same address as the rest of your scam companies are operating out of... Doesny make sense! For then beginning an international launch Australia actually makes more sense to ship from. Closer to Asia by a long "shot". Noho may have given all of its prior assets liabilities, websites, formulations etc. But... NoHo didn't give up rights to the company name did it? There's nothing that said, you can't change your formulation, create more product new websites, and sell it again... so really DRNK still owns the name and the right to sell/ formulate a new product don't they...

NoHo investment group had someone anonymously join a few days back, no profile no nothing, post once and disappeared, obviously just so someone could come here and post that the group is dropping like flies! LOL, besides we all know that NoHo could very easily have re-licensed with a new formulation and only a minor difference to the product to resume production, from what I can see the old website, probably owned by MIX, hasn't been touched in years. It's common sense that their product obviously had to change the one ingredient used in many hangover drinks, to an alternate hangover remedy ingredient. What also stops them from coming back to MIX, and saying hey, we understand we got it wrong the first time, can we have our product back at a small cost? There are so many possibilities, unless someone phones MIX LLC and asks them directly, how do we know for sure? Of all the DD, never once have I seen any research on that deeper than the surface. And we all know the surface means nothing...

False, little to no trading at the moment, there is no point sinking money continually into a website for its development. It costs next to nothing for a press release. This is for current investors who are not sinking any more money in.

The website is absolutely coming along incredibly, transforming from week to week.
There is no possibility for a reverse split at this point, and it would cost them more to update 3 years of filings and financials than it would to startup a new scam...

Whatever DD has been posted before seems to be falling apart. The gaps are slowly being filled, material products being sold, and customers happy. Asking about the fireside chat, we want the company to make money first, I would rather that happen before any sort of chat.

If the products and acquisitions were fake, then why are real legitimate companies raving about these "fake" products? They must be using them and benefiting from them...

If someone owns a business then sells a business, it is no longer their business. A business cannot perpetuate a scam without someone there to pull the strings. Chelliah is no longer in control of the company he sold.. so... where's the problem? Mersky's father was charged but I also heard later the charges were all dropped.... what does that say about the charges in the first place? With such relatively small volume being traded, why would you spend so much time and money on webpage development? Saying David Mersky was involved in a scam is pure speculation... at this point, innocent until proven guilty. There has been no guilty verdict on anything against David Mersky, or David Weaver. No one is screaming, don't do it! They scammed me out of thousands of dollars! We all have purchased shares understanding, shares go up and they can also go down. No scam here, only speculations.

DRNK has never had anyone complain on this forum about being scammed out of their money. Nor has anyone who apparently were scammed out of their money in the previous "scam". Why? There is no scam, it's all being either fabricated or it never happened. Case closed, no one here has been screaming I lost money on DRNK shares, none.

NoHo doesn't have to compete with any of those brands, it's a different beverage type, when you go to the store you don't say " will I take a red bull or a NoHo, rather, will I buy something that will be readily available to cure my hangover in the morning here? Or am I going to have the forethought to go to Walmart and buy a box of Orange tabs, or.. emergency? Which doesn't work... at all. I've tried it. I'm excited for NoHo to be released, I'll be buying some to give it a go and report back my findings. The marketing of hangover joes seems minor at the least. Nothing positive about Monster, Red Bull either. But people buy them anyways, why? The world is full of alcoholics and these drinks all enhance the effects. NoHo however would be the cherry on top. How many marketing and sales people entertain clients in the evening during the work week? How many wish they didn't have a hangover the next day when they have to do it all over again?
