I just requested the same information from Amarin IR.
Sure it will be the same answer.
Shhhhhhh.....be vewy quiet!!!
Can't get enough pain with this stock!
For the record picked up another 50,000 today
at average just under 70 cents.
Now hold 150,000 at average $1.88
Seems like it should bounce at around .67 or .68...or going down to 50 cent range if
it breaks below .65 again
Of course, I have no idea!
Happy weekend all... (o:
I remember both balloons and baseball cards.
Here is a video of balloon on kids bicycle:
In that case I hope we don't hear anything for another 2 months! (o:
My GP already knew about V so made it easier. Would like to get my wife on it. 10 years younger than me but
she is remission from Lymphoma a couple of years ago and has suffered from Crohn's for many years. Not sure
if V would help. Never know until we do know.
Asked my GP for a prescription for Vascepa at my annual physical exam even though I do not
have any indications other than being over 65. Asked for a DAW.
CVS charging me $9.
My prescription coverage is through UHC
Happy to pay this price...hope it stays the same
Excellent! Thanks so much for your DD dogn.
A poster on this board mentioned a while back that KM's ESO were coming due on May 1st 2024.
Does anybody recall the price of those options? Thanks
Great information and thanks for sharing. I am 65 with no CVD history so far but would like to add Vascepa as
a preventative. Going to ask my GP at my next physical. Willing to pay out of pocket but would be nice to get
some insurance coverage.
We can only Holt...

Was hoping for a 'Festivus Miracle' and a close of over $1.00...
Will have to settle for a close of over 90 cents.
Have a great weekend to all...no matter how, why, what or don't ceilibrate...
Cheers! (o:
Agree with you 100% Jasbg. At least now there is some hope of success. With the old board and CEO the company was
being slowly drained...like a parasite living off the host.
Probably same forces that drove it from $4 after Du ruling to under a buck today...
JT sure did piss-off the wrong people!
Price stuck at .85 for almost two hours with some above average volume. Feels like it wants to go up...or down? Nice if it was up and
get above .90...and on to a buck! (o:
Jeepers Mr. Wilson, I'd just like to get the share price over a buck for starters!
(o:
Would it have to be one of the monitors of this board?
Yes Jasbg, a bargain until it becomes a bigger bargain at 50 cents!
Another great "buying opportunity".... (o:
When my 6 trades (from 5k to 10k) for 51k were filled by 1pm the overall volume was around 250,000 so roughly 20% was me.
Incredible how low daily volume has dropped to!
My average was at $4.25 with 49k shares. I remember when you did a series of average ins when the price was just above $1.
My purchase looks good now but if price goes to 50 cents.... )o:
This is my last hurrah with this stock as I am retiring from my job of 30 years at the end of upcoming January.
Thanks goodness my 401K has done splendidly. Almost every individual stock I have every purchased has been a disaster.
Cheers and good luck!
For the record: just doubled up my position this morning.
Now have 100k shares at average $2.47 per
Good luck to all longs...we are going need it!
(o:
AMRN stock price makes me gag!
(o:
Not a thing has changed stock price wise since Holt & Co. got there low priced stock options.
Was hoping for a slow and steady price increase. Oh well, maybe next week...or next year!
Maybe Holt buying his shares while the price is low...
Wasn't KM base salary 750K? Might be wrong on that.
Makes sense. Guess a form 4 will be filed when he makes purchase with his own $.
Be nice if some of the BOD's make some purchases out of pocket. Old board NEVER did that!
This was what we wanted. Hope this is what it seems. Have to see details. He must get some
base salary?
Thanks for your prompt analysis. I appreciate it. (o:
FFS: When should I sell all of my shares? You have been more right than wrong with you tech analysis.
Exactly. He ups Sarissa stake in Amarin shares before the vote and he gets all my votes in favor. Until then my votes have been cast 'against'.
Not me. I voted against on everything including the auditor. Agree, probably will not make a difference in the outcome. Voted all blue on recent proxy battle.
If the stock price had stayed at or near 2 would have given them as much time as they needed. To see it drift right back to the pre-proxy battle price is disheartening to say the least. Also, the non-communication is a real kick in the nads. Really has the feel of nothing going on behind the scenes.
I'm surprised it held the 4 cent gain. Can't win with this stock. JEESH!!! )o:
" Perhaps something positive about to be announced?"...
C'mon! ANY positive announcement ALWAYS drives this company
stock price DOWN!!! (o:
Didn't they leave the Executive Compensation out of the last earnings report?
They did something to make the numbers look better than they were because
the of the, at the time, upcoming proxy vote. I guess we will find out tomorrow what
they did or did not include in the last earnings report.
Open question to the board that may have been answered before:
Has Sarissa been restricted from purchasing more AMRN shares
since the change in the BOD's? I have seen folks posting on other
boards that Sarissa will be able to purchase more shares after the
May 3rd first quarter update. Any truth to this? Thanks
RT
Let's see if can get to and stay above $2 before talk of $15.
from press release:
"To the hard-working employees at the company, we understand that any change, in this case a new board, can create uncertainty. We want employees to rest assured that we intend to create a great culture of success at Amarin where employees have the tools to succeed and are rewarded for their performance."
Sounds like those employees who are deemed 'non-hardworking' will not be 'rewarded for their performance' and let go.
About time!
While AMRN waits for $ to start trickling in from Europe and if they can break-even in the USA why
not park their $300 million plus cash balance into savings vehicles (T-bills, CD's, etc.)
Guaranteed over $15 million in profit?
You know, paying KM a $5 million performance bonus, you know, seems like shareholders, you know, are getting ripped-off, you know?
Let's see if there is any news after the bell today.
(o:
Waiting now for announcement of new COB and/or new CEO.
Maybe Denner takes both titles for himself?
