My post was oozing sarcasm. Surprised you didn't catch that. This ticker is dead again, unfortunately. Only legitimate news, which isn't coming, will get people to bid on this.
Good luck getting your money out of this.
Vio con Dios, $DCAC. Back to No Bid Land for you. But hey, at least that RS was cancelled!
WHEN YOU SAY IT IN ALL CAPS, IT HAS TO BE TRUE! I DIDN'T BELIEVE YOU AT FIRST, BUT NOW I DEFINITELY DO!
Riiiight.
Where has the purveyor of incredible deli meat equity selections been the past few days? No posts about this wonderful, well run, transparent, financially solvent company on the board since the Monday.
Surely you don't believe anything he posts. He's stringing along this board, folks. This week 4/20 will be upon us and notice the PPS. It ain't high, on an uptrend, or showing signs of an imminent advance.
How many relentless pumpers said this week we'd see .02-05? That ain't happening. Learn from this experience. Pumpers don't care about ethics or your account balance.
Broom time! (Since there's going to be a lot of sweeping up after this mess)
Let's sit back and watch the excuses, explanations, and lies flow out of the people on the board who've been calling this the Groupon of the cannabis industry. May the tap dancing begin!
He must be referring to his reputation after this fiasco "Salami" pick. "Boom time" being taken literally here, that is, in it being an onamonapia for the sound of an explosion destroying something.
It's humorous to see this charlatan pump MJTK. Remember every week since late January this schmuck saying news was coming, Tews is a brilliant businessman, and how we would all be singing Sleekscape's praises for his market brilliance come 4/20?
This guy. Total neckbeard.
Completely agree.
Thirty minutes until the opening bell. I wondwr how MJTK will fare today?
It's looking like a low volume kind of day today.
Less than eight trading days until 4/20. Why exactly is that the date people expect this to move? Was the original SALAMI call meant to run until 4/20, or meant to commence on 4/20 and go until it loses steam?
I certainly expected a higher PPS at this point in time prior to 4/20.
Let's keep our fingers crossed that this is the week MJTK will start to take off.
I hope next week isn't as bloody as this week was. Some sustained and consecutive green days would be nice.
Let's get this stinker above $0.01 for good!
Well, this ain't good. Killer volume though.
One of the ways you can tell the pump is over here is the absence of all the "load up on these cheapies!" posts.
If it was still being pumped, Sleekscape, Greasy, Badguy, et al would be all over the board telling us that shares won't be this cheap for long and you'll all regret not getting more. We would be encouraged to "back up the truck" and get all the shares available.
Of course, it's unbelievably annoying when you see that kind of activity on the board, but it at least shows that people are trying to hold up the stock's PPS. The fact that none of the usual suspects, besides Greasy, are giving their "expert" opinions on this should be very telling.
Those that were once here pumping have made like The Steve Miller Band and have taken the money and ran.
Touché, Sleek and the Funky Bunch. Touché.
Each passing day this ticker becomes less and less appealing. No buying interest is really killing MJTK.
Too many O/S, no revenues, perpetual tardiness on SEC filings, and having only one employee (Michael Tew) will continue to keep this down until they get their act together.
4/20 most likely will not have the impact on the PPS that touters here say it will. Just because the date has become one synonymous with smoking pot does not mean every cannabis related stock is going to explode upward. Most stoners are not actively trading equities or are even aware of the opportunities to make money in this burgeoning industry.
This is especially true for unknowm companies like MJTK. There is no reason for anyone to have ever heard about this company so there's no reason for lots of volume and money to pour in just because of a day on the calendar.
Frustrating to see the increase in volume but no commensurate increase in PPS.
I don't have a good feeling about this one.
Agreed. This is definitely fluff news.
Maybe they'll pyramid off of this with stronger news releases starting next week to build up steam for 4/20. If not, can't say this is very exciting.
At least it's something. Not much, but something.
Not a good way to start the trading week. I dread the SEC filings coming out this week (that time frame is according to folks on this board).
Unless there are drastic, and I mean amazingly positive numbers that far and away exceed financial expectations, the only direction this will go upon the 10-K release is down.
The PPS is currently reflecting the market assumption that dillutive financing and share conversions are over and that the company is effectively "debt free". Confirmation of this information would be nice but not surprising or significant enough to change the current trading trend.
Each passing day without news or communication from the company makes me more convinced that MJTK may be finished gaining steam for the foreseeable future. Could it be the Groupon of the MJ industry one day? Sure. Will 4/20/2017 be some amazing catalyst that blows the current PPS out of the water and leads to amazing things? I'm not so convinced about that one.
If you're investing in this company for the long haul there very well may be a lot of potential. In the short term, however, I don't see any fundamental or technical reason that this has to go up in price.
Agreed.
Legitimate advice guys: stop averaging down. This is Trading 101 stuff but seriously, one of the most common mistakes traders make (especially tyros) is to throw good money after bad.
Remember, your first loss once you take a position is and always will be the easiest one to take. Don't wait to break even or average down to make your losses seem more aesthetically palatable. Have a hard stop in place when you jump into the market and don't compromise. You can always get back in if the stock reverses course (and avoid a wash sale when you buy it back and end up with a higher cost basis than you expected).
People telling you to "load cheapies" or anything similar are giving you astoundingly bad advise when a stock is dropping like this with no fundamental or technical reasons to justify their directives.
This stock is weaker than dishwasher right now. So little volume. Any ideas on a possible PR/news date?
Great morning so far. I hope she holds. More volume would be nice but it's hard to complain where we're going without it right now.
Without beating a dead horse, do we really think there's going to be any news (and not just 8ks and filings) soon?
This ticker and CEO are real turd sandwiches. R/S and broken dreams and brokerage accounts loom!
Amen.
Here's the thing, if Tew is seeing what is being said about his company and products on the internet (which he should be), and with all of the direct calls for him to acknowledge he exists via Twitter, iHub, etc., he could have easily quelled some of the anxiety the market obviously feels with MJTK by Tweeting anything, really.
The fact that we don't really know what he's doing and he won't at least tell us he'll update us soon really bothers me, and I'm sure others on this board and elsewhere, too.
That is an outrageous and untrue statement if I'm reading it correctly. You're saying retail traders can't short sell OTCBB, OTCQX. OTCQB, and Pink Sheet securities? Yeah, that's very false.
Penny stock shares are often very difficult to find and borrow, but platforms like Interactive Brokers, SureTrader, and ThinkOrSwim (to name a few) have plenty of OTC and other non-Big Board securities to borrow.
I can provide you with any further information/education should you be interested.
I'm not sure but I would imagine every job requires you to answer the phone and speak with customers, clients, etc. as it pertains to your job/company.
Michael Tew's job is to run and grow this company. Part of that job entails speaking with investors, potential investors, and the public at large when they want information about Cannasys.
To paint those complaining about Tew's ghostliness as being cry babies is not only unfair, but incredibly ignorant. This guy isn't Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, or any other notable CEO.
Tew is a nobody in the corporate world. To suggest that he's inundated with important tasks that prevent him from ever being available to the public is disingenuous and wrong.
Call him on his personal number: (917) 685-1312. No one answers the company phone anyway because there's only one employee, Michael Tew.
Funny enough, he's listed as CEO, COO, and Secretary on company filings. As Secretary he should be very used to, and willing, to answer the phone and speak with investors.
He's the de facto investor relations contact so I don't feel bad at all trying to call him.
What makes that a dumb idea? This guy can't be a ghost to shareholders.
I posted all of his info yesterday, so his email and phone numbers are all out there.
Great! I appreciate your response and the obvious willingness on your part to give us that contact information.
That being said, you forgot to give the number on your post so could you go ahead and do that now, please?
Thanks!
Completely agree with you, Pinky. Tew has been derelict in his fiduciary duties as CEO of this publicly traded company.
I'm surprised the moderators don't immediately delete your posts since they're not part of the pump and hype that is so rampant on this board.
Does anyone know the number to the transfer agent Sleekscape keeps saying he talks to? If so, please post it or at least PM it to me. There's way too much secrecy and opaqueness surrounding MJTK.
Did you honestly think otherwise?
I'm right there with you, Don.
News most likely has two effects:
1.) It's positive to excellent news that longs have been waiting for which raises the PPS
2.) The news is neutral, ambiguous, or barely worth releasing and the PPS takes a dive
Obviously, Tew won't put out any straight up negative news because that wouldn't make sense. Any bad news (i.e. more dilution, an increase in negative revenues/debt, etc.) will come via 8-ks and other necessary filings.
Either way, news would be nice and I hope released soon.
So is it a good thing BMAK keeps sitting on the bid?
What kind of news do you think is most likely (assuming we get any)?
Something related to dilution being over, higher revenues than expected, numbers associated with the launch of CitizenToke,a new partnership or expansion of an existing relationship, the announcement of a celebrity brand ambassador, or a general update about the CA and CO recreational MJ markets?
Do you think it will be more numbers based news or industry based as it relates to MJTK?
News from Tews would be nice. Maybe he'll throw us something soon. No doubt there's plenty of money to be made here.
So you can't buy MJTK at all using Scottrade?
Am I missing something with regard to the Snoop Dogg references? I know MJTK would love to have him as a celebrity spokesman/goodwill supporter (what MJ company wouldn't?), but has he actually mentioned the company or CitizenToke yet?
I can't think of many celebrities with more clout in the cannabis community than Snoop. Let's hope he gets on board in some publicly visible capacity (if he hasn't already).
Great morning so far!

I look forward to your email.
Any idea when we'll get the 10-Q?
