Agreed. I finally got to sell during that pump a week ago. Won't be getting back in. This thing is WAY too bloated. I typically don't like reverse splits but this thing needs one.
How sure are you that it's dilution and not retail selling the news?
What?! That's definitely not true lmao.
You shouldnt believe me. I never provided any proof. Thats smart!
Let's just be honest here though... theres a lot of insider trading going on and not a lot of people getting in trouble it
No one is going to care about some small time stock or some little admin. There are a lot of employees there. It would be hard to figure out exactly who it is.
Additionally, the odds of anyone believing me is slim to none (which is good, never believe what you see on these boards that don't have proof) so whatever.
I came for the show. Thats it. Lets enjoy the next few days together.
Gooooo INCT!
Yikes! That sounds pretty bad.
You laughing all the way to the bank yet?
Everything is a rumor. Its a rumor that they are getting current its a rumor that they are getting suspended. One of those outcomes WILL come to pass, which one?
Let's find out.
Friend is an admin assistant at the SEC. They saw a press release that is scheduled to be released this Friday and INCT was one of them. The others I think people would expect to be suspended, this one will be a bit of a shock. I came to watch the explosion.
I came for the fireworks. I have my popcorn ready.
Ya. Dump today, I did. You're welcome.
It's getting suspended this Friday.
Shorty needs weekend beer money.
Agreed. More specifically we need to be current. Theres no point in dropping a PR until that is done.
Is there actually dilution here? Does this company have a lot of notes?
Maybe we should pay more attention to you. You seem to consistently make accurate claims about price. I appreciate it. While I dont like that the price is falling, I like people that make realistic and accurate calls.
Possibly. Im just trying to read the chart and look for some kind of support level. Dojis tend to be a good sign but I dont know if and how much dilution will be taking place which makes this more difficult to be confident in. I still think long term we are good but im not going to pump something that I clearly saw in a downtrend.
I'm seeing a doji for the day. Thats good. I expect Friday to be red because that's just how it is, but maybe a reversal next week... or hopefully consolidation in the range for some support. Fingers crossed... then again who knows with the damn dilution happening.
Stop pumping this garbage. Most brokers don't even allow people to buy grey market tickers, how is this going to get to .01?!
Has there even been a single run in the grey market?! Doubt it!
Dilution depends on the price and depends on the day. They obviously aren't going to openly let us know so it's a guess and I took a rough average. The only one who knows is likely the company and the diluters.
Also, during runs its very easy to overcome some dilution for a day or two. How long did this stay above .01? And hour maybe? Then came tumbling down. Tried to test it again, couldn't make it. And has been declining ever since.
Stop being overly optimistic and look at the facts:
1. We do not currently have any real level of support.
2. There is dilution and a fair amount, see how much the amount of shares has increased each month, no need to argue when you can just go and look.
3. Lower highs and lower lows since then run, showing a down trend.
And yes, a few days of huge volume can overcome the dilution. We would need that pretty much every day to get to .10 or whatever the CFO thinks this is worth.
If there's no news/updates, I wager we will see lower lows tomorrow.
I dont think you are following properly. I'm saying RIGHT NOW, so the last few days show lower lows and lower highers. I referenced the huge drop in the past to show the affects of dilution. Relax. Take a deep breath.
I'm not talking about "today" I'm talking about the big picture. Look at the daily chart, lower lows and lower highs. Thats a downtrend. There is dilution. That is a fact, period. It is also a fact that the share count increased by about 300 million month to month. Period. So let's play this out logically and with basic math. There are around 20 to 22ish days a month to trade. Dilution does depend on current price typically, so I said about 10 mill a day for easy math, but it could and likely is a bit more.
If we look back to when this was trading in the past, this fell from .10s to trips. Yes, there is a new CFO as a catalyst which is why we've had pumps, but we can't MAINTAIN anything while we have an entity constantly dumping shares. Not with out incredible news, and even then that would be hard to maintain. I dont think any of us have enough cash to do that. I would bet, this won't maintain a run over a penny until dilution is done or company deals with it directly. Its too much to dump 10 mill+ every day on average.
I'm confused why people don't get this... doesnt matter how well a company is doing if there is dilution.
We can preach from our rooftops how great this is, but the price will continue to go down. I saw about 300 mill shares A MONTH being diluted based on the shares becoming available. Who can take that on consistently?
Anyone on this board have enough cash to buy about 10 mill shares a day? No? Alright then. Down she goes.
Down lower. None of us retailers have enough cash to fight dilution. We would have to buy aggressively every day and thats not how OTC stocks operate. They pump and then dump. A rare few keep going up, but not with this kind of dilution.
As I said in another post, this dropped from .10s to trips for a reason. Doesnt matter who the CFO is. It would take a hedge fund to battle dilution, and maybe not even then.
Not if they use the money to buy cheaper. Lmfao. Get real. This thing is dropping like a rock. Everyone should put in low bids, get a strong base and then try to go back up.
It won't. The chart shows lower highs and lower lows. Downtrend. Typically you would see support before a reversal. We dont have one yet. Unless we get news this will keep going down.
Leaving sub penny and heading back to trips? With the leaky dilution faucet, that seems likely.
So you hacked into the SECs database and therefore know for a fact this won't be suspended? Or is there a filing that protects them? Thats not really a comforting response.
How do you know?
I'm not scaring people. I want people to be realistic. We are fighting an uphill battle. Period.
Yes, eventually with no news. Why do I think that? Look at the chart. Thats what happened in the first place to take it from .10s to subpenny to trips.
I could see if that had never happened ever, but im literally just looking at the past. If we dont hear any updates this year. I am positive this would get to trips. At least very close.
And what about my other posts showing concern about the dilution?
Obviously when a stock runs, you won't notice. But of we expect to get to higher levels, dilution won't allow that. We need to have a run, consolidate, then move higher. Or have steps up to move higher. If during consolidation we are dumped upon, we won't go higher. I still believe long term this will go higher but short term I am very concerned about the dilution.
Ya they are cracking down. I wish I knew exactly what they looked for. I may sell. Id rather miss out on getting in at the bottom than losing my entire investment.
Considering the company has a lot of dilution. Serg might be right. None of us has more money that they have of dilution. Without news. This will eventually end up back in the trips. This is rough.
Its Friday. Every Friday is typically red across the OTC. People don't like to hold over the weekend. This is normal. Really good day for those that want cheapies. Last Friday was red in the otc. Next Friday will also be red. Thats just how it goes.
Everyone is just trying to get in early like you. Getting in after news can be pretty tricky if the stock runs.. Better to have patience and get in lower.
Thank you so so much! I really appreciate it. And sorry. I just don't want to be caught in any suspensions.
Thanks. Would you mind sharing the source of this so I can check myself without you guys having to keep post stuff like this?
Thats what OTC Markets is showing. If you are looking somewhere else? Can you please share where and we should sticky it too as that is important info.
Thanks!
