Nothing really to do with the financing...That will be the excuse why the merger does not take place, if that is the case...and it looks that way. But the financing is controlled by those taking the STem Cell company public...they can pull the trigger at will for that financing...the deal with BioStem shell owners must have gone bad...so Stem Cell company will go public else where. Should someone get sued over the misrepresentations...YES! will they? Probably not!
If they thought they could be sued, maybe they would try harder to negotiate?
The price of giving is receiving; those who think they can walk off and dump on others through unethical means...fool themselves and pay a much greater price eventually.
Good Fortune!
September of 1998 is the date for every company (coming and going) on that site...who knows what that is about!
Regarding references to being"public"
http://parentsguidecordblood.org/content/usa/society/types.shtml
A public bank accepts donated cord blood for free.
The cord blood then belongs to the bank and may be saved
for transplants or used for research or sold.
The bank may be non-profit or for-profit.
A private bank, also known as a family bank, is one where
parents pay to have the cord blood saved in case they need it.
It costs $1-2K to process and about $100/yr for storage and
the parents own the cord blood until the child is an adult.
Nice analysis! But is the action real or manufactured like action characters in a movie. Did Jane really dump her husband so she could run off with William? Is Jane real or an actress paid for her performance to entertain some and generate wealth for others?
I am actually hoping that this becomes a quality long term investment with listing on AMEX. The Stem Cell Insiders know better than anyone what the revenues are apt to be over the next few years, and hopefully their vision is well beyond the riches they can accumulate in the initial move to going public with their company.
I am hoping the PPS moves with quality news such that I can justify holding tens of thousands of shares above $5 PPS.
Anyone here buy more than 100K in the last few weeks?
Just look at the past runs up and down...how many current holders would hold shares after a 5-10X run up?
Any significance to the link on the Stem Cell web site for future Stock Holders...is that new? see at www.cryo-intl.com.

Anyone here willing to hold even 1/4 of their BTEM shares past $2/share? I think all of the manipulation is a "training" such that when the stock runs again, most of the outstanding shares will turn over. I think most of the volume has been shuffle of shares within accounts with common ownership/control.
Comments welcome.
Hopefully the CEO is as good as he sounds in the PR, with no distress involved in his decision to join NEOM. If that is so, then his willingness to join NEOM is a very good sign...why would he go to work for a loser? If the stock options are going to tank again why would he want to ruin a solid successful track record? He has plenty of closely related business experience that he should be able to evaluate NEOM's potential.
Let's hope this marks the beginning of continuous up turns for NEOM!
Good Fortune!
Any debate here about what the News Corp news today could eventually mean to NEOM, assuming Rupert Murdoch's tests of Qode are positive?
- Shares of Dow Jones & Co., publisher of The Wall Street Journal, soared almost 60 percent on Tuesday after the financial news network CNBC reported that Rupert Murdoch's media company News Corp. offered to buy the company for $60 a share.
Certainly not the reason to purchase...just the final straw to pull the trigger.
I added an extra 153,000 after doubling down...with a limit order at $.026 all was purchased at .0255...same happen with my previous purchase.
This PR triggered my decision to double down. Time will tell!
Good Fortune!
This is penny land, RS is always potential. After APPLE takes an equity position in NEOM does anyone doubt that an RS could be a real success for ALL stock holders?
Conference ID ???? is the call open or not?
What companies could use so many millions of tax loss?
Cornell could be the perfect holder of so many shares, they probably would sell out for a quick double.
NEOM tech is going to make someone lots of money, the only question is who and when.
Good Fortune!
Anyone care to speculate what the information presented in "Did You Know" suggests for NEOM.
http://www.scottmcleod.org/didyouknow.wmv
No you are wrong! RE Read my post, regardless what the stock does, NO ONE is responsible for other's gains or losses, and that is what you claimed. You can try to convince for or against NEOM, but you will NEVER be responsible for anything except your own conscious.
paradigm67 posts, ..."incessant pumping on here by a few particular parties has cost many, many people a fortune" This is why you posted, to express this opinion? WORTHLESS point and WRONG! WRONG! The fact long term holders currently have a huge paper loss is true. Your conclusion regarding who cost whom what is WRONG! Now if you "keep" (sic) a buyer from buying at current PPS and the stock moves up I will NOT hold you responsible for the same reasons.
Our goal is to break even by December 31, 2007 and become profitable by the first quarter of next year.
Talk is cheap particularly with OTC stocks. But consider that this statement of goal is either realistic or it is a sign of real desperation. In order to come any where close to this goal's completion certain details about NEOM's patents would have to be confirmed and the recognized future value of those patents would force the PPS of NEOM stock to multiples higher.
I hold NEOM for ONE reason, my belief in their patents holding up. Certainly selling at almost any time in the last year would have been good judgment...but I didn't. Timing is everything...do they survive long enough so our vision as stock pickers gets rewarded?
I think we will get news that will start a run up in NEOM stock soon.
You know the answer to that...NEOM stands to lose the MOST if PUPS is worthless. They own stock, but of much greater value is the default loan from PUPS to NEOM.
I still believe the sale of MP will involve PUPS.
neom2006 posts, "What about all of the false hopes and dreams that have been posted here as DD? I believe they are the ones that have ruined this board."
Readers are responsible to determine what is fact and what is hope and dreams. Was anyone forced to read any posts and then to purchase NEOM stock?
False HOPE?! The end of this story has not been written.
Question regarding potential application of Qode:
Is there any chance that down the road, "pun" intended, we will be able to easily capture code from fixed and moving objects from our cars? I am thinking of devices installed in vehicles to capture QODE. Dynamic advertising would allow businesses to fine tune what they need to "give away" to attract the amount of business that they are prepared to accomodate, moment to moment.
What do you think?
"I am willing to bet NEOM will be a small time player", your volume of posts is certainly a testiment that your money follows your posts...I am sure we agree time is money1?
The only urgency for a big company to make a deal with NEOM is competition with other major companies for the same deal. If we assume that NEOM was cocky in 2006, (sic) thinking they could go it alone, then I would hope all that has now dramatically changed and they would be looking to stimulate competition among some major companies for a substantial take over of their technology.
News Corp may not want that position but they may be part of some other company's attempt to control QODE.
The Prentice Hall "asset" is a carrot for the major company that wins the control of QODE. Considering that "QODE IT" could become a universal command, I think current stock holders will realize a substantial profit from the current PPS...eventually. I still believe bragging rights are a good possibility for NEOM longs.
NeomRocket whether it is Apple or some other manufacturer, I think, "IQ" the Intelligent phone has good marketing potential, particularly to be the leader in establishing "Qode It"!
cjzak, I hope they are knocking on the doors of any major players...somone needs to love the idea of an Intelligent Phone...IQ...with Qode on board.
AAPL investors welcome, "Qode It" could become almost as common as "Google It". The suggestions on the Yahoo message board for the new name of Apple's phone are many. IQ phone would further expand Apple's lead in the industry and insure a residual revenue of great porportions.
Solution to Apple's naming problem. IQ Phone. Along with a sizeable interest in Qode.
Conclusive merit mr. breskih? You agree with such conclusive evidence, such that speculation must end? Oh, your endless efforts defeat themselves.
beacon27, you posted, "I think that puts to bed the theory of a financier to help us cut free of Cornell!!
Lets end that speculation once and for all."
Please post more on just how such reasoning has merit. Right now I think such logic discredits the value of its source?
come on Drmyke3, for the same kind of reason we will not be dining with heads of CIA or FBI tonight. Yes we could learn what we desire to know, but then they would have to kill us.
Jonesieatl, regarding your trade volume question. Certainly no telling how much flipping accounts for the the volume, but my guess is that plenty of flipping and taking losses took place in 2006. I sold all of my personal holding of NEOM a few months before the end of the year to make sure I erased other gains. After 30 days I bought it all back plus some. My SEP holdingsof NEOM I sold zero.
How this compares to other OTC stocks...I doubt there are any meaningful comparisons. My gut says there are plenty of long term holders in NEOM...and some of those keep adding as the price drop.
I bought into NMKT a few weeks ago, an I just checked to see that in the last 3 months the equivalent of 1/2 of their outstanding shares have traded. For what it is worth that makes NEOM's volume look minimal.
No history of success and 90% loss from the high, are very compelling reasons why intention and attention could be at adrenal levels...that is DO or DIE!
I have watched CEOs with lots of historical success,go to sleep at the controls, costing stock holders fortunes.
neom2006, you post " the current state of this stock shows that something is not right at NEOM." What is not right is a statement like yours based on the today's stock price. Something is not right, but what and relative to what and when did it change and when does the stock buying public recognize it????
Today could prove to be the last bargain days for NEOM stock...is that "something" wrong? Time will tell...not your statement of proof (SIC)
Drmyke3, it is the absence of news at this point that I am hanging on to as a last chance of redemption. If the sale of MP involves PUPS then the silence can make some sense.
If you want sure help to feel grateful read the interview at this link thomhartmann.com/hutchison.shtml
Happy New Year to Everyone!
(bang for the advertising/programming dollar) Indeed, competition demands the use of the best technologies. To deny Qode's advantages is just silly.
The last word was left out...How is it insulting to suggest that Qode has the potential of being THE technology to own and control. Qode provides a means for smaller advertising players to effectively compete with much larger advertising players. What is it that makes speculation, that some very strong players might be doing what it takes to own and control as much of Qode as possible, insulting?

Tonguehair, posts, "it makes good sense for people to seek out the folks who have a history of success and follow their lead"...
I say it is even better to seek out folks who are not afraid to remain visible, allowing their integrity to be established in the midst of their best and worst insights.
Without some level of integrity established, posts are most like multiplying big numbers times 0. The product is still 0!
I agree, that is why logically PUPS would be a "must" take in the midst of the sale of MP. I disagree with those who say NEOM can not negotiate hard in the MP sale because of cash crisis. The MP profit is like the calculated amount of gold in a vein running through a mountain. The value of the mountain is determined before the gold is removed from the mountain. No news from PUPS corresponds with the delayed news on the sale of MP...my fingers are crossed...I just wish I was accumulating my position at current prices...If anyone tried to match my current holdings the PUPS PPS would be several times higher before they were finished buying.
