Hello Hoffman6383. Wow. I just read your article. If all of this is true, this is just wow. I am not a fan of the way you debate with people but honestly, your motivation & devotion appear to be real and I thank you for that.
Thanks you George. Sorry, you are right. After verification, we will only see Advent's balance sheet which is in the public registry in the UK. But NWBO will report what is received from Advent without having a clear idea of how many patients have been really treated. I would really like NWBO to clarify how the invoicing/accounts will be treated between these two entities.
Thanks Mr Bailey. I do agree that we will see the Advent income but how can we decipher the source of this income ie. the % of this income from DC-Vax clients ?
Thanks, Captain for this reasonable questioning. I asked last week the very same question to DI without an answer. The thing is that we saw a pro-format invoice that demonstrates Advent billing DC-Vax customers directly. The question was why it is not billed directly by NWBO. Why so much hiring at Advent with only 200k$ in revenue over the last 3 months despite a long list of customers waiting to be treated, according to LG ?
So true. After more than 8yrs being invested, TLD was THE triggering event in conjunction with JA. I remain totally bullish but it becomes more and more difficult to identify actions that would positively impact the shareholders.
We will soon find out. I tend to believe this is related to regular financing from an angel investor, like in the past. Nothing more. Certainly not ready for partnership announcement with financial implications at this point.
Ohh, you are going too far.
I agree. Both were good investments during this period, but not anymore.
Remember how AF strongly supported this company 6-7 years ago?
Well, at least LP clearly stated that a manufacturing licence is required PRIOR any RAs application. They are preparing the required files in parallel. So you have an answer for the multiple times you questioned about MAA/BLA filling delays.
No, I haven't yet. I'll call tomorrow. Many thanks
Thanks pgsd. Stuppefaction, as we say in French. Dr Stupp should have chosen better words, especially after describing DC-Vax' associated benefits. I am of the opinion that he is a DC-Vax supporter, but he doesn't know yet. No doubt in my mind that he is or will become a strong advocate of this new SOC.
Thanks psgd. I have followed these exchanges on Twitter and I do hope someone will provide answers for those questions in relation to the control arm. Maybe it will come directly from Dr Liau's presentation on Monday.
Thanks Dr. Why this isn't a dilution? Thanks
I don't understand your reasoning here; the more DCvax you get, the longer you live. Is this what you said ?
7 years... and counting...
You are right. 10$ pps is a strict minimum to meet shareholder equity requirement based on a fully diluted perspectives.
Agree but we need substantial positive equity to move out OTC. No PPS increase nor R/S nor shelf increase can improve this. Partnership deals with upfront cash can.
Thanks so much TC. Very appreciated. Wish this step would have been taken care before but this is all good now.
Merci bcp.
Holding my shares since more than 6 years now, I am totally in agreement with you. I have had a very long conversation with Davie Innes several weeks ago and he communicated me his firm intent to make sure that the trial's results would not be communicated if all answers cannot be answered. Obviously, too many loose ends were not addressed correctly last week. LG has secured investments from more than 40 angel investors this winter. I am glad he did this to avoid fuzzy financing but we need to address issues and take actions.
Thanks for your message.
Thank you for you answer, Biosectinvestor.
Thanks for your reply. Being busy in BO process with Merck, Acceleron did not update the clinical trial site... I just wish it is the same situation here.
In 2021, Acceleron has been warned by FDA because they haven't updated the clinicalTrials.gov. A possible fine of 10 000$/day. I understand that Acceleron received many warnings from FDA. Is someone already asked NWBO if we have received such a warning ? Thanks.

Acceleron 2021 FDA letter
Flipper. So happy to read your detailed response, this morning. Thank you.
I do agree. Unfortunately, Cavalli has lot credibility over the years regarding NWBO, knowing that he was paid by NWBO to promote the stock. But, he may be right this time, who knows ?
Dear Gary. I am one of your silent reader. My sincere condolences.
I was a good read, Danish Dude. Thank you. Following 2016, it has been very tough for NWBO during 2 years. All shareholders have suffered greatly during that period. I have appreciate the way you give AF a chance to offer apologies. Although I believe he will never recognize how far he went.
Circumstantial events, I guess. She wants to succeed with her investment like all of us.
Dear HappyLibrarian. You represent a true balance between idealism and realism. We'll see the outcome of this soon. But soon is when ?
Wish you good time, Flipper. You have been such a precious poster here, to keep the faith and bring such detailed and pertinent analysis over and over. Looking forward to read you soon, shall you take a pause.
Very strange reply. I guess you just cannot evaluate/understand. It was an honest post of mine to share my position and I guess such reply justifies why I have never been an Ihub poster.
The thing is that some very loyal longs are starting to be tired of all this.
I have been reading this board as well for the last 6 years or so... I am a long investor (started Q2 2016 after I sold my CLDX investment following some arguments with LaCoursière - remember him - ?) and I feel exactly like you do. After all these years and failed expectations, I start to doubt. Very few remember what we have faced in the last 5 years... I do. I have strongly supported the management, though. But they take too much time to execute. And time is money... I just start to be tired of all this.
Beside of manufacturing, I find strange that all recent good news are not PR's by the company. But who knows, maybe all the backstage discussions with BP and regulators are true ? So many posters over the years have created calendars with timeline of important events which ended... nowhere.
I guess we are all due to get a positive sign from the Co that is not related to CDMO manufacturing and more debt financing...
