THANKS. GREAT ARTICLE. It's kinda cool to be onto something from the ground floor heading up. Crazy to think 10 years ago, pot would be recreational.
Going up!
Look at the 5 day 30 min chart. It's actually beautiful. Great stepping stones upwards :) Signs this company is going to do wonderful. Don't forget, New York Magazine yesterday wrote a great article about legalizing recreational MJ in Cali and that it would win by a landslide based on all the polling. This is a great investment for the next 12 months - at which point this company will be making so much revenue.
Go to OTCmarkets.com and there's a bunch of resources that explain the different OTC levels companies can trade on. Different levels symbolize more legitimate or secure companies.
.03 today for sure!!!!! Lab testing is not only the future, it's the present. The State's don't have to pay for the testing, only pass a law to require it, which they have, and make the growers pay for testing. Fool proof system that will generate us a ton of money.
If we get $100 million from the current three lawsuits, and another $100-200 Million on the next 8, this is definitely uplisting to the big boys. There's very small overhead for this company....that's what I love about it. Also, i'm excited to see what RAM has been doing this entire time. Bet he's got a few more things up his sleeve.
Agreed. You don't add additional cases when you have three ongoing at the moment. You want to see how you do first with the three you got now. IMO settlement looks good for Trustwave, Centrify, and Duo.
So the Fed Magistrate in our case appears to be a NJ native who went to Rutgers (State College), and Seton Hall Law (another Jersey school). This, I think, helps us out slightly. Having 3 Goliaths steal IP from a small New Jersey company, he may bend towards SFOR. He was also a federal prosecutor in NJ and again, IMO this helps us out to. Prosecutors go after bad guys civilly and criminally. His private practice centered on prosecuting civil cases on behalf of seriously injured individuals and securing substantial settlements and judgements on behalf of them. Again, gives us insight that he knows what it's like to be the little guy going after a huge company. He's also received numerous recognitions from various law enforcement agencies and the SEC. Again, tells me he out for justice and doing the right thing. As a minority, he's also fought against the odds and earned a Latino Legal Community Award. He was handpicked by POTUS and got a unanimous confirmation. Looks like we have a good one here who will adjudicate this case fairly, whether is for or against SFOR. But given the strength of these patents, I think we will prevail! Another good Patent case his firm handled resulted in a 106.7 million judgement against GSK to Mylan. Awesome. He's not a stranger to stolen patents.....
Agreed...all goes towards willful infringement and knowledge requirement. Proof shouldn't be hard because typically a lawyer would send a cease and desist letter and i'm confident that paperwork wasn't lost by the attorneys :)
Treble damages are all about having the right judge nowadays (they decide it). Hoping we have a good federal judge with a track record for standing up for the little guy and not Goliath. I should do more homework on the Judge. Anyone have a good summary of his decisions?
They have come a long way. This was Waller in an interview a few years ago....
"We literally went out to a bunch of people and told them we had the patent and they treated us like a dirty old mangy mutt," George Waller, StrikeForce's director of marketing, told eWEEK in a March interview.
Now he is George "Hollywood" Waller the Security Expert Baller on Primetime TV. Cheers SFOR. Thanks for staying grass roots and making videos for us and answering our questions with transparency. Excited to hear about these contracts that can come at any time.
"Proposition 64, is expected to win by a landslide." This is from New York Magazine less than 45 minutes ago.
This is huge for SGBY folks. I'm so tempted to sell and keep profits but I will not. This and SFOR are my investments for a new life. Simply the best stocks to get into cheap.

AWESOME!!!!!!! Big time Mr. Waller :)
Agreed. He had to be conservative otherwise its insider info. Keeping positive!!!
Newb to investing and chart analysis. But does this look like an ABCD chart which means gonna go up very well even more?
Thank you! My only regret is that I didn't have more money to invest. Tied up in SFOR long.
Good opening so far!!!! Stay long folks!
Amazing opening so far!!!!
two thumbs up
Keeping fingers crossed :) But we still need everyone to understand that if a settlement doesn't come, not to freak out like they did today.
One thing defendants hate to do when there are codefendants is share each other's strategies. Hence meeting all at the same time really lends itself to something favorable to SFOR...i.e. settlement negotiations in process, or all four parties informing the Judge they need additional time.
But, courts' sometimes like to have all parties meet together at the same time for judicial economy....especially if three cases are all similar. Could have been forced....don't know. What i do know is that I haven't sold a single share and I'm just going to keep adding. There's too much DD here and a lot of good indications of a growing tech company. Just super happy to get in during pennyland. Lot of folks are going to regret selling. You can sell hoping to get back in on the ups, but between the closing bell at 1600 and the opening bell at 0930 hours, A LOT can happen and good luck trying to get in cheap. I'm brand new to investing but i've done my homework :)
Who knows. Could have happened. All that's required is a good faith statement by the parties that they have attempted settlement negotiations. But if they decided to settle the day of the meeting, you think the Court's won't accept it? Of course they will. But settlement negotiations can take a long time....alot of contracts and accounting involved. It also might go to trial which I won't mind. It'll take a while but if it does go to trial then i'm sure SFOR will ask for an injunction based on lost revenue.
Don't forget this....from a reputable research company....(SFOR is in very good and wealthy company). Also these OOBA patents are ours and nobody has claim to them...unlike the keystroke encryption. These are the patents we can make a ton of money from.....

HOD here we come!
Hoping to close above a penny today....let's uplist!
WOW. Today was the first day i bought in. So glad I did at 0930!!!!!
in the 9s
Yeah heard that too but shrugging it aside. Think it was a mistake. All the company's done the past year, it probably feels like years. If you saw all the meetings they did this year, press releases, conferences, lawsuits, videos, and all the behind the scenes activities, i'm positive they grew a lot of gray hair. But, that's good because this is a growing company and they obviously care about growing it. This was a big year for them and i know their hard work will pay off.
Wish I had money to buy more. Tapped out. Got into SGBY first thing this AM to diversify. SFOR LONG though. Going to remain optimistic and look for news of a contract that can come this week, next week, in a month, or in 2017. We know that Kay reads Ihub.....hopefully they'll release news soon. I'm sure he will especially if they want to uplist.
Nice find. Thanks!!!
Staying LONG!!!!!
Someone who enjoys happy hour like myself and most cool adults.
Contracts could come as early as a week, a month, or in 2017....that's pretty bad ass. More so because the stock and company is worth way more than last year, and we have better bargaining power.
Just wanted to comment that I rewatched the video and was pretty impressed. These guys were transparent and pretty genuine. To even do a video blog to keep us informed, that was pretty awesome. What's more legit, is the fact that a CEO and the EVP took time out of their day to prepare and execute this video. Once they're big time, i hope they keep up this grassroots approach.
They said this would be the first of many video blogs to shareholders. They would only do that if a lot is going to happen over the next year. Stay long folks.
Today, Centrify has been on the news promoting their latest and greatest. Example headline below.
Centrify Bolsters MFA Everywhere Initiative to Stop Attacks Across Hybrid IT Infrastructures
Centrify’s Multi-Factor Authentication solution now supports additional operating systems and authentication factors while extending MFA to additional privileged identity use cases.
Do you think settlement is on the way give their bold press releases today all over the web etc? As if they don't believe an injunction or lawsuit or an adverse judgement with treble damages is even a possibility? Maybe....hope so. Might be.
Thought this was interesting for those like me who are new to this world......
Converting Preferred Stock to Common stock typically occurs in the case of a liquidity event (i.e. Acquisition or IPO). Since the conversion is typically forced in the case of an IPO, we'll focus on an acquisition scenario.
Preferred shareholders commonly have what is known as a Liquidity Preference, which gives them the right to recoup a certain dollar amount before Common Shareholders receive anything. The most common liquidity preference nowadays is 1x, meaning Preferred shareholders receive their original investment before common receives anything.
Let's look at two scenarios:
1) Preferred does not want to convert to Common
Original investment: $1,000,000
Preferred Shares: 10,000
Common Shares: 10,000
Post-money Valuation: $2,000,000
Liquidity Preference: 1x
Acquisition Price: $500,000
Liquidity Preference of Preferred = $500,000
If they converted to common = $250,000
2) Preferred wants to convert to Common
Original investment: $1,000,000
Preferred Shares: 10,000
Common Shares: 10,000
Post-money Valuation: $2,000,000
Liquidity Preference: 1x
Acquisition Price: $4,000,000
Liquidity Preference of Preferred = $1,000,000
If they converted to common = $2,000,000
Liquidity preference is in place as a protection for the investor and they will typically convert to common in a successful acquisition.
Another form of Preferred stock, known as Participating Preferred, is a bridge between the two scenarios by allowing the investor to double dip. In the case of a Participating preferred, the investor would be able to recoup their liquidation preference AND share in splitting the proceeds with Common Shareholders. The above example would look as follows for Participating Preferred (note: only #2 will change):
Participating Preferred:
Original investment: $1,000,000
Preferred Shares: 10,000
Common Shares: 10,000
Post-money Valuation: $2,000,000
Liquidity Preference: 1x
Acquisition Price: $4,000,000
Liquidity Preference = $1,000,000
Participating Preferred = 50% * $3,000,000 = $1,500,000
Total Participating Preferred = $2,500,000
Agreed. Good post saying what we're all thinking!
What i like is the foresight this company had to develop this product such a long time ago. And, they have experience and know how to obtain patents for their technology. What makes me more excited is what they've been developing since then. I think this is very tight lipped for fear of corporate espionage, but given the talent and foresight to think ahead, you know they must be working on something.
I agree with you on this one aspect. Google still shows the old webpage and it's horrific. Their new website is a thousand times better, but could still use some work. And i would put in some eye candy to do the youtube continuing video series....just hire a graduate student that's pleasant to look at! C'mon SFOR!!!! It's $15 an hour. You'll get far more views exponentially.
Even with all these blemishes...there's a diamond here. There's too much great DD and a strong constituency looking out for SFOR that the skies are the limit. I probably bought your shares when you sold at a penny and i'm staying long my friend.
You know what....something I heard. I wouldn't count on it. We're too smart to rely on something like that. Seems like it would've been advertised. Maybe it was a partnership with someone who had GOV connections. I just distinctly remembered they had a DUNS number....and you only need that in order for the fed contracting process.
Yes, me too!!! The last time they had a SHM was in 2012. FOUR YEARS AGO. Take a look at the only three DEF14As in the history of the company....and don't tell me they don't have good news to share soon at the SHM this year. Definitely great news on the way....and don't forget i earlier posted an OOB article from a very reputable company that says SFOR is a key vendor in this niche.
