you think i should sale all my shares!! think is gonna drop.
10Q by when?
ok!!!!!!!! but you get my point!!
Looking at SFOR 5billion shares. This company can still trade in the double digits dollar amount. GE has over 8 billion shares. Who cares if this company buy back shares or not. They don’t need to, to trade over $10
Parallel litigation
Parallel litigation is a scenario in which different courts are hearing the same claim(s). The general rule is that parallel litigation (and the "race to judgment" that results) is a necessary and acceptable consequence of our system of dual sovereignty, in which both state and federal courts have personal jurisdiction over the parties. A major exception to this rule is that a second parallel In rem proceeding will be enjoined by the first court to obtain jurisdiction, as it has already been drawn into constructive possession of the object of the dispute.

So is it safe to say ACS paid Sfor that 9 mil
Z, Do you think that theres a LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH MICROSOFT!! The 8k tells me yes but apparently from all the post i see from others says there isn't
settlement?
whats up with the low volume
i am all for this company just like most positive ppl. I'm no basher. but you can't honestly say you aren't questioning whats going on here. no negative feed back from. i can assure you i am as many others.
this may drop back to the 003's this week. not far fetched. share holders are a bit unsure. of course there will be a hand full that says they're not.
you are probably right because i won't be around
i sold my 1,956 282 shares thursday morning of last week. knew this thing was doomed. everything tells me stay way from this ticker!! FOOOK THIS TICKER IM MY MCGREGOR VOICE
is there anyway to rewatch the segment if so share link please
interesting to know why this ticker haven't uplisted yet. been well over 2 months above a penny
Waitng on sfor to have its run and I'm lambo riding
this has wolf of wall street written all over it!!!
ok ive been out the loop for some time! whats going on with sfor
I'm new to the board, but just want to ask is this company expecting a buyout at some point and if so what's projected time line
Right !! Wondering why
June 5th at 8pm eastern sfor back on hsn
i know that it have been stated that they(msft) licensed the technology. but it shows nowhere in the fins. why do you think that is
Microsoft settled within a years time on the suits being filed. Coming up on a year for the current 3 expecting to see that update soon??
From what's been said and read not sure if sfor receives rolyalties off the services. Which I think was dump for them to take the lump sum. Haven't seen in the 10k/Q where they pay amyghing
So you think this ticker is heading for dooms day!!!
But what if he says nothing? I understand shareholders keeping expectations low, and having some doubt, but there is growth even if it's not what we expect. I am all for the forward statements, if he's not hopeful then he should be the CEO.
I wouldn't disagree with that ,"but" do you think he is being honest about the second half. If so then it makes since to not worry about the day to day trading, because of having the confidence to stay patient.
Any updates on international patent
Once the suits settle it it will further stamp sfor ownership!! Which I believe it's why new new attorneys are taking over!! And Then comes the buy out until then chillax!!!

Below are the tidbits that I read through and what grabbed my attention from the 2016 Annual reports for Strikeforce Technologies Inc (SFOR). I read through the report to discover what position I should take since the market will open on Monday April 17 2017 with this new news out for the public. My conclusion is a holding of this stock and if there is a drop to .015 a green light it as a high buy. If it drops below .010 buy all that you can and as much as you can, fast. I will continue to watch the news for this company and read through their reports. Here are my quick notes on the 2016 annual Strikeforce Technologies report.
In December 2016, we executed a retainer agreement with a second patent attorney, to aggressively enforce our patent rights as “Out-of-Band Authentication” has become the standard for authenticating consumers in the financial market and for many Saas application users (e.g., SalesForce, Quickbooks, etc.).
This points to the company looking to secure all patents necessary to form a licensing and royalty revenue generator. With all patents secured by the Company we would see a increase in their value as a purchasable company. Also the retainer would help to explain the over 4 million spent in litigation expenses.
We generated all of our revenues of $384,289 for the year ended December 31, 2016 (compared to $271,559 for the year ended December 31, 2015), from the sales of our security products. The increase in revenues was due to the increase in our software, services, maintenance and support sales. We have realized delays in revenues from some of our new distributor’s that, although there can be no assurances, we anticipate will appear in fiscal 2017, and in the delayed rollout of our new mobile security technologies, that are now rolling out through the Apple and Android markets.
The Company saw an overall revenue growth of $112,730. The royalties for the licensing agreement with Advanced Cyber Securities, $125,00, are included in the revenue for the year. So without the royalties the company would have seen a $12,270, roughly 3%, drop in revenue. This adds fuel to the fire that the Company would be generating higher profits if not for the saturated market using their patented technology.
We are also seeking to license the technology as original equipment with computer hardware and software manufacturers.
This statement is pointing to the Company trying to make their technology part of a computers manufacturing makeup. This would give rise to substantial sales growth with a profitable ratio of manufacturing and revenue expense.

We have incurred substantial losses since our inception. Our management believes that our products provide a cost-effective and technologically competitive solution to address the problems of network security and identity theft in general. Updated guidance for the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (“FFIEC”) regulations include the requirement for solutions that have Two-Factor Out-of-Band Authentication and products that stop keylogging malware, real time, which our management believes our proprietary products uniquely and directly address. This new updated guidance went into effect as of January 1, 2012. Based on this new requirement in the latest FFIEC update that was published in June 2011 with enforcement commencing in January 2012, we have experienced a growing increase in sales orders and inquiries every year.
This statement shows gives an idea of the market demand while also giving transparency and ownership to the problems of the company. Both positive signs and the hope that new management has learned from prior leaders mistakes.
On August 24, 2015, we entered into an agreement with Cyber Safety, Inc., a New York corporation (“Cyber Safety”) for Cyber Safety to license, and retain an option to purchase, the patents and Intellectual Property related to our GuardedID ??and MobileTrust ??software. Cyber Safety purchased their option to buy our GuardedID ??patent for $9,000,000 to be paid by September 30, 2020. At December 31, 2016, the Company does not have an estimate if Cyber Safety will exercise its option to make the purchase. Cyber Safety will also resell the Company’s GuardedID ??and MobileTrust ??products, for which the Company will receive a royalty, while the Company retains an unlimited license to resell those products.
As a condition of the asset purchase agreement, Cyber Safety will license the Malware Suite (as defined in the Asset Purchase Agreement) up to and until September 30, 2020. Pursuant to this license, Cyber Safety shall pay us 15% of the net amount Cyber Safety receives, as defined, which amount may be increased to 20% under certain conditions for ProtectID ??, and is subject to reduction for commissions and support costs that Cyber Safety will be obligated to pay to us.
During the calendar year of 2016 Cyber Safety Inc (ACS) paid in full $125,000 in royalties to the company. If the royalties are $125,000 and the deal is that the company is paid 15% up to 20% we assume that at 15% ACS generated $833,333 in sales. With the growth of the cyber security market and more firepower given to the Company to fight for patents this is a giant upside for future incoming revenue.

In respect to the latest version of our keyboard encryption and anti-keylogger Product, GuardedID ??, a recent report from a government security group known as CERT states that minimally 80% of the malicious keylogging programs are undetected by the major anti-virus software suites. Our Guarded ID ??is designed, we believe, to render the malicious programs useless, in real time.
This statement further points to the demand of the market and the sales revenue generated by a licensee, ACS, further points to company growth potential.
We anticipate that the areas in which we will experience the greatest increase in operating expenses is in marketing, selling, product support, product research and new technology development in the growing cyber security market. We are committed to maintaining our current level of operating costs until we reach the level of revenues needed to absorb any potential increase in costs.
This statement shows the direction of the CEO’s as far as game planning for future costs. They are aware of the growing elasticity of their market and are manageably putting resources together to follow through with their business plan.
While we will most likely continue to post operating deficits, our year to date 2016 results show an overall net income, due to the award we received from the confidential settlement of our first major patent remediation litigation. Most of the costs that we incur are related to salaries, professional fees, marketing, sales and research & design.
The fact the Company was awarded the 9,000,000 with little to no hassle by Microsoft once again strengthens their position for patent litigation. The company did see a rise in operating expenses that do raise slight concerns for $1.3millon to $2.7 million. What’s important to denote that with the cash inserted into the company th3 $4million the bulk of the cash went into making the Company more solvent. This is a positive upside pointing to future business growth as well as the ability to be bought out.
Something/a whole lot is missing in this report
10-k today maybe?
Don't disagree with that. But I do know what you are asking and what you would take applies to every seller
There goes sfor buyer!!! Connect the dots.....
This could go back to the .019's
When and where did he exactly make that evaluation
C'mon man you know it's a lil more than speculation. The man said ACS will release a PR. I mean I understand you being hesitant to see things that way. That's not fake new
