Why is this ticker not climbing with record high gold prices? Crickets are to blame. Multi million dollar sales... no news, just crickets! Double production capacity ... no news, just crickets! New deposits in exploration... no news, just crickets. In his last virtual meeting the ceo stated that he wanted to increase outreach to get the TRX name out there, but when he has every reason to take advantage of the record high gold prices... no news, just crickets! He obviously doesn't care any about the share price or the shareholders. There will be no news until November when the annual report comes out. Between now and then, hundreds of missed opportunities to let the world know that TRX exists, is a producing mine, and is generating way more revenue than tickers 10x its current share price. Shareholders need to send a loud message next election and vote for a new ceo. A mine is a mine. Anyone with business accumen and background experience can run one. TRX shareholders need leadership who care as much about them as they do the stakeholders. Three years of flat penny stock share price in the face of record high gold prices and record high performance by the company IS the ceo's fault! Time to get rid of him!
Well, at this point my total investment has nearly doubled and the good times are still ahead. Upcoming catalysts: In the next few days the company is expected to release news that they have initiated 3x production capacity. Also the end of year financials at the beginning of December and 1st quarter results in mid February should be "highly" encouraging if not outright lead to a trader mania pump followed by serious long term investor commitment. EPS and every other metric could go comfortably green by February. I expect ratings agencies to list the company as a strong buy, and it won't surprise me if mega cap gold companies start sniffing for a merger. All the easy deposits have been mined elsewhere. Tanzania is the latest bonanza zone, and may well be the last. The boys and girls at TRX Gold have stayed under the radar, and quietly developed a budding superstar of a mine operation. Their "humility" has been aggravatingly pious to those wanting to make a quick buck on a micro-cap, but for those with staying power and fortitude, I believe we are all siting on a gold mine, lol!
If you didn't get in yesterday or today... We are at T minus 3... 2...
Been accumulating for months. This is the real ticket. In the end cash is king. It always is! Rarely is there a truly, absurdly, insanely undervalued AND legit stock as this to come along. Speculation be da..ned! Even the chart is filling with bullish divergence signals. The market knows where this is heading. An early congrats to those who have spotted it and acted on it ahead of time. We may still see some choppy waters, but the smooth sailing to a life of luxury is more accurately dead ahead than even a famous iceberg. This ship is going to fly while the rest sink in the likely recession to come.
In the history of trading you have never seen a stock close on the low after a day of consolidation??? Tragedy indeed!!! Yes, please dump your shares at the earliest opportunity to break even. Heaven's forbid you didn't walk away today a millionaire. The CEO should have known better than to focus on completing the facility rather than handling a bunch another impatient child. I'm in agreement that more updates other than tweets of pics would be nice. All the same, at least something is happening. Usually otc is just hot air and empty promises. At least this one is in the process of delivering. Cheers to all and good luck.
Funny, pps keeps bouncing off support at .0015. Why is a company that is not generating instant wealth for me so strong? Nah, it couldn't be that big building they're involved with. There are no speculative investors on the otc. That's just fake news. Keep sweating shorts! Everyone in the game at this level is here to stay. Fact - Med recycler is being built. Hypothesis - It will get finished and start generating revenue. Fact - It won't happen tomorrow, but could happen in the near future. Fact - If it does, those of us accumulating at this level will have a happy retirement regardless of r/s or not. Please sell if this is just another stinky pinky to you. Paul wants your shares, as do I.
Agree 1000%. Today was the bitch slap that was heard around the world. This is dilution on an epic scale. Shorts had nothing to do with today's action. I agree, this probably was internal. Sorry to all who bought in at the start. You might have a long wait for pps to recover, if ever!
A few questions for those who are 'in the know' and, being members of the Invictus inner sanctum, have access to getting questions answered:
Have you read the warrant and option agreements that have already been, and keep getting established by the company? Will the pps terms of the agreements rise in proportion to the 5x terms of the forthcoming reverse split?
I ask because I'm wondering if we are to expect a flood of warrant conversions, approx 15 million, and option calls, approx 3 million, after the split. That will be great for the company's bottom line, no doubt, but will, I'm guessing, drop the pps below NASDAQ requirements if so. My hope is that the company already has RS provisions written into their agreements, but I don't know at the present moment. Perhaps somebody knows the answer already before I have to dig deeper.
It would be a shame to see pps climb to $4 after the split, only to witness 3+ days of drastic selloffs due to conversions, there being no provision in place. It has happened in the past with other companies, so I am not saying it couldn't with Invictus. I don't want to read forthcoming good news that the company made 30 million due to the conversions, but doubled the OS in the process, and will have to do a second RS to get pps back up to NASDAQ requirements. Oops, their bad if so, lol!
It is not inexperience that is driving the frustration with Invictus. It is lack of relevant news and updates. Experienced investors expect financial data. Experienced investors expect regular news updates about what is occurring in the company that they are invested in. Experienced investors know that cash is king and expect to hear how well the company's revenue is being generated. All that the company ever posts is news about planned acquisitions or reverse splits or intended uplistings or transfers of flower. What about how much revenue they are making during the implementation of all these other great ideas? Never any news about real financial data! We all know how much debt they've taken on and how much diluted shares have been added to the already large pool, but not a peep about revenue since legalization. All the moves are heading in the right direction for the long term, but are entirely irrelevant if Invictus isn't generating any revenue at this moment. Being frustrated at 2+ years of speculative good news is not due to investing inexperience. I and everyone else have already read 2 years of good news followed by subsequent price declines. I'm sorry, but I can't say I'm excited about the next 4 updates that we will all theoretically be really happy about. The pps track record has been inversely related to the good news to date. The only good thing to come out of 4 proposed exciting updates will be the ability to buy even more shares at 50 cents, to be subsequently sold for a profit when the pps hits 80 cents. The only news that will drive the price up is revenue news with real numbers. The rest is just speculation. Only inexperienced investors and pumpers get excited about speculation. It sounds to me, in reading through the most recent posts, that there are nothing but experienced investors posting here. GLTA, but don't expect to reap the rewards of this one in the near future, unless you are a swing or day trader. This is a loooong opportunity (maybe). Until Invictus investors know what is happening behind the scenes with respect to revenue, there is nothing to be excited about. Your frustration is very justified, not the product of inexperience.
A JV that will cost Invictus and CannAmerica a lot both in money and further share dilution for some CBD oil. Z3 is the winner in this deal. No need for a trading halt on this news. It's just a LOI. Nothing set in stone yet. Longs have to stay loooong and strong if these kinds of deals keep getting made. Don't quit the day job yet and keep accumulating on the lows. Maybe 2020 will be the year
How cool, except it's missing the desalter so it will never pass in the annual science fair exhibit. Does it come with an adjacent sheep farm accessory?
MMEX $$$trong
More dilution. Invictus is running dangerously close to penny stock toxic loan scam territory. Perhaps just a tad bit extreme in my exaggerated assessment, but it's aggravating that they would take on another equity loan when we are so close to legalization. Obviously the market agrees with my sentiment. What are we at now, 150 million diluted shares outstanding? Oct 17th isn't coming fast enough.
Oh, we'll get there! Playa Hermosa will be renamed Playa Invictus when we're done. First quarter revenues after legalization >> SEC filings >> Uplist to NASDQ or NYSE >> Flippers crying, "Why... why did I sell!!!" >> Warren Buffet crying, "Why... why didn't I buy!!!" See you at the beach!
2 things:
1) 3 days of mostly buying and very little selling. Now the traders are taking their profits. So far today there is more selling than buying, but the sp is still green. Strong consolidation imo.
2) Warrant conversions. There are still 13 million+ warrants outstanding. We are again in warrant conversion territory, just like in January and February. The sp will not break and maintain a level above $2.25 until all conversions have occurred.
Certainly it seems that Invictus is now on the map, and that more and more investors are becoming aware of its existence, but don't plan on too much upward mobility for a while yet. Take the pullbacks as a time to accumulate. This is the biggest sure thing as sure things get, but we still have a long way to go before we're trading at Canopy levels.
What we need now is a huge beverage company to jump on board. That certainly would create a fuss. Glta Invictu$
I think the Gene Simmons move was never intended to generate immediate interest so that traders could score an immediate profit. As such, this long can't agree it was a blunder. I think Dan got Gene involved at the only time he had the opportunity to do so, regardless of whether it was premature or not. Nobody knows how Gene or any other strategic move will play out until after cannabis is legalized, and when the market weans out the sick and the weak. Gene Simmons is not only a sexy face to promote the product, but also has a reputation for coming up with great ideas to market a product. If Gene was a short term asset, he wouldn't have agreed to a 5 year restriction on his payment plan. IVITF has yet to benefit from any strategic move, including Gene, but that will all change with full legalization, and the generation of significant revenue. Hopefully this is now the beginning of investor interest, and not only a playground for traders. Glad I doubled my stake last Friday. Good luck to all!
So how bad is PTRC's cash flow? well, according to the 10K, they are now cash flow positive as of July 31st, and expect to be profitable by the end of the year. The rocket is fueling on the launch pad. All systems are a go. Let the countdown begin.
Wow, 26 mil volume so far and no massive predicted selloff. Perhaps 'read the news' would have been a better strategy than 'sell the news' for those who dumped at the press release's delivery. The news is actually pretty good. Disappointing that September is the next anticipated financing news date, oh and I see the Shorts club is already queuing up to enlighten us all about why it's now September instead of last week. Save yourselves the trouble. We all know that y'all think MMEX is a shell company scam of which you intend to profit by its decline, but the reality is, this is the most promising sub penny play of them all. GLTA longs.
Where in the sentence, 'we expect the due diligence and final documentation to be completed by the end of this month,' is there a promise to notify all shareholders, on June 30th, of the status of the loan. All the shorties are acting like Hanks betrayed us. It is fair to assume that a notice will eventually come, and hopefully soon, but he hasn't betrayed anybody or missed another deadline. There was no notification deadline stated in the letter. For a company that has the support of a congressional rep, the city of Fort Worth (and presumably all of Texas), established contracts with distributors, ownership of the land and the completion of the access road, they are in pretty deep to be a typical penny scam. Risky, yes, but I think the risk is worth the perceived reward. If anybody put his life savings into this stock then he's a fool, but if someone took a gamble with expendable cash, like most of the bulls did, then it very well might be a great return. This is not a typical penny scam. The company is legit and is doing something. GLTA
No link. The financials are on sedar.com. Make sure to search under the company name 'Invictus MD' The site is old and hard to navigate but once you get in, the doc is listed as 'Interim finacial statements/report - English' The date is June 22nd. I wish they would list with SEC, but Sedar is the Canadian equivalent. Hopefully Invictus uplists to Nasdaq the way Canopy recently uplisted to NYSE. Did anyone see the tweeted pic of Dan and Gene with the word NASDAQ between them? Hopefully they were showing their intentions in that pic. In any event, the financials look great. Go Invictus!!!
A month ago the price was blocked at .0033. Look what happened shortly thereafter. The chart is indicating a bullish uptrend is in the works. A massive end of week selloff didn't crack the closing price and MMEX kissed a new high for the week. The techie chartists dominate Pennyland, not the fundamentalists. I don't care about anybody's ridiculous assessment of the company's financial strength. If the company is in Pennyland then it is garbage. I only care that the mob is getting excited and I intend to profit by it. GLTA next week
Acreage got the sales license per Canada website. https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/services/drugs-health-products/medical-use-marijuana/licensed-producers/authorized-licensed-producers-medical-purposes.html
Wow, one of the reasons I enjoyed this board was its freedom from trolls. I guess the good news is that trolls are starting to appear which means that the Invictus name is getting circulated. Gene is obviously doing his job. The volume today was above its 20 day moving average so it wasn't sad at all. Even though today closed on a low note, we're still seeing higher highs and higher lows. Today's action only indicated that this playing field is still dominated by the short term traders, and that the company might still be converting outstanding warrants. The fact is, they have been totally transparent, have a license coming, have legalization of Cannabis in Canada just around the corner, and already have the infrastructure in place to accommodate the expected demand. There's no need for trolling in this territory. Go back to the million other penny cannabis scammer wannabes where your optimism belongs. Cheers!
The important fact that we need to remember about celebrities is that everything is word of mouth and part of a super elite network. A man of Gene's status knows everybody in the music industry and visual entertainment industry. Most people of tremendous wealth rely on consultants to make investment decisions for them, which especially includes knowledgeable peers like Gene. When the word spreads among the rich and famous that one of their own, Gene Simmons, is invested in a super cannabis opportunity called Invictus, they are going to rely on his due diligence as gospel truth, jump on the Invictus investment opportunity bandwagon, and the momentum is going to grow exponentially. The icing on the cake with this company is that it's 1000% legit. There is no shady, underhanded PnD activity with this cannabis company. Invictus is the real deal. I believe the exponential growth is starting to happen. KISS the days of red goodbye. Cheers and glta!
The whole point of trading and investing is to make money, period! We're all whores, not just Gene. His message was the perfect one for investors to hear. Messages about the product, the company, and the ethics are for consumers ears. Gene's message was not directed at the future consumers of Invictus produce. It was directed at the market players today. He is in it for the money, as we are all too, and of all cannabis companies that tried to get him, Invictus was the clear winner because it has the greatest potential for a substantial return. That was all that needed to be said and he said it perfectly.
As far as I understand, there has only every been 1 sale, which happened to go to Canopy. I don't think Invictus is positioning themselves for a buyout. Rather, their actions suggest that they are here to stay and grow. The Gene news baffles me and I'm curious to see how this plays out. Having read some interviews by him, the guy obviously enjoys the challenge of generating wealth, and he obviously sees Invictus as a good opportunity. This should alone perk the interest of potential investors. All the same, why would a guy who is anti-drug sign on with a growing cannabis company? Has he seen how opioids are destroying families and he now endorses marijuana as a safe alternative for pain management? Has his son given him a new perspective about recreational drugs? Has he seen the light about how legalized marijuana can dampen organized crime? Hopefully soon he personally will answer the mystery, and in return, cause such a sensational controversy that Invictus is forever put on the map. In the meantime, investors today think it was a bad idea, or he is already dumping shares. The long term chart is still good, but it is teetering very close to a reversal. We need a license, good financials and a good pr twist. Hopefully I stop saying hopefully soon! Glta
They started to, but the dilution resulting from the exercise of options and warrants killed the momentum. Several days of massive gains at the start of the trading day, followed by even more massive selloffs for the rest of the day killed whatever motivation investors and traders had in IVITF. Don't forget that there are still somewhere around 13 mil warrants outstanding, which will undoubtedly convert around the $2 range. Until that glass ceiling is shattered with huge volume, we might have to sit tight for a while. This is a great time to accumulate, but even excellent financials and the acquisition of the Acre license might not be enough to break $2.05. This should be trading above $10 right now. Regrettably though, dilution always spoils the party. The good news is that OS will still be incredibly low even after everything coverts. IVITF is indeed the best long term cannabis investment of them all, but we will need some huge purchase days and some whale investors to notice Invictus before the rocket blasts off.
Gee, an end of day selloff. Couldn't have seen that one coming. Wasn't it predicted the week would close at $2.30? More like $1.30. This isn't typical trading by any definition. Oh well, just have to wait for it to fall back to the pre rally $1.18 and then buy more. Glta!
Next week we will receiving another pr that the company is "pleased" to announce that they have generated 20 million more with the further exercise of warrants and options. This activity screams more dilution. I believe that we will eventually see green days with all the gains being held, that this is only another temporary setback, but the endless drip, drip is sure making me squirm! I bought more yesterday at $1.85 thinking I had caught the bottom. Wow, I sure was wrong. Not even news of the sales license will correct this activity. If it is further dilution, I suspect the company is cleaning shop before the next big move. Last week's pr had the appearance of being good, but I would have thought they would have included how much they actually made from the sale. They did in the pr before that. There's something going on behind the scenes that will hopefully make sense soon. Longs will just have to ride this storm out. Glta!
You hit the bulls eye - smaller float than most. When this does take off and the big fish get on board, this is going to climb vertically. Agreed, we need a license tied to 100% ownership. We also need a pr about real revenue, not just the exercise of warrants and options. It's all coming and very, very soon.
Wow, there go hopes of a $2 close. Oh well. Swingers pulling out or possibly the further exercise of warrants and options. Who knows? All the same, this is only a temporary setback. We'll recover. Good time to buy more cheapies. Come on Canada, bring on that license!
IMH is now gaining momentum. IVITF will certainly follow. The two charts are almost mirror images of each other. Maybe a close above $2 today.
Unlike the last several sessions, at least today didn't begin with a massive pump. As such, we should see any gains that are made today being maintained. I'm baffled why anyone is selling at all. Rarely does such a 'sure thing' type stock come along. To each his own, the name of the game is profits. The longs will soon be asking the question, "Do you remember when IVITF was only 2?" Glta
Very healthy chart! More sales than buys today and still closed green. IVITF has been dominated by traders, but it now is looking like investors are moving in and increasing demand. Can't wait for the license, but even news about the successful sale of current inventories to Canopy would drive this into new territory. Glta, the next few days should be fun to watch.
I thought Canadians were polite. That close was really rude!!! Lol Great day and many more to come Cheers and glta
News out today: Company receives 9.5 mil plus increases production projections. OS gone slightly up to 85 mil, which is still very respectable. This company is STRONG. Glta. Better buy tomorrow if you want in or want more.
Perfectly stated! This is a strong company with huge near-term growth potential. Won't surprise me if today closes on a doji or hammer and resumes the green day trend tomorrow. We're seeing a pullback in relation to the strong days last Friday and Monday. Nothing to be concerned about here. Pullbacks are always annoying, but at the same time are necessary for healthy growth. It's the perfect opportunity to add shares. The next big move should happen soon when the next sales license is approved. Glta!
A nice recovery following a massive sell-off. This is classic price manipulation. Not by dilution, not by bad news, but rather by traders themselves. They sell massive amounts of shares to trigger in place stops, so they can buy even more shares at a lower price. Yesterday's news was genuinely good. Don't be a victim of the games traders play. This stock is strong. New and higher supports are being established here. The chart is extremely healthy and bullish. Don't be fooled, this is an uphill ride just getting started. Cheers!
Today's action is easy to explain: day traders. Longs have been sitting on their shares and accumulating for months. They, for the most part, sat back and watched today. With all the hype over the weekend, the day traders were primed and ready to go in for the kill. Only, the plan backfired. They swarmed in at the beginning, thinking they were going to profit off of inexperience, and ended up closing their positions at a loss when they realized that experienced longs dominate this ticker. Now that they are out and on to the next "opportunity", longs can watch IVITF grow at a healthy pace. Today's news was massive. This company is going to dominate the sector. It's downfall has been lack of exposure. Most investors still don't know about IVITF. That changed today with the ticker hitting #4 on the breakout board at one point, with it hitting extreme volume and price highs, and with a healthy chart that most technical analysts search for and buy into. The next few days should see some nice gains without the wild swings that flippers, and the the games they play, are notorious for. Glta longs!
Looks like any day is today! Cheers eh!
The news is that American MJ sector is as uncertain as fake news. The realization is that this stock is seriously undervalued, has everything going for it, including low OS, ownership of established and equipped farms, and the company is already in possession of cultivation licenses. There is no news of the sales license yet, but it should arrive within the next few days.
G'Oh Canada, G'Oh Invictus!
