We know. You've already shared your experience. And, I've shared mine.
I don't think anyone is asking you to vouch. If he curses out every one that calls he'd be nuts. He cursed me because he thought I shared information he told me with a message board. Why share any inside info? What he told me was Mobeego signed a deal with the Yankees to sell the charger under their brand.
Thanks Bud_Fox, that was my conversation!
He cursed me out and I was being polite and just trying to get info. It was trading at .11 at the time.
I've seen no evidence posted that the A/S have been increased to 5B. The last filing re: the matter was at 800 mil back in June. People are selling based on rumor!!!
Good morning, Bertha. Will you please provide a link to the Morning Star review you are referring to & any other current articles that you know of that discusses LCLP's current status? Thank you!
Really???
I stand corrected!
The new CFO has little experience. ??
You're a hopeful optimist because you're a current shareholder, but without Mobeego & the revenue it was supposed to generate this company is in trouble! they have to pay Hp go licensing rights & it doesn't have the funds! Where will any money come from? Investors? This has become an increasingly more & more risky investment, period!
Do you any lawyers would be interested in filing a class action lawsuit against LCLP?
FYI, I sent Bob G. this message.
"This statement was made 10/28/16 in the letter to shareholders, "We are meeting and exceeding our business goals ..." This statement is materially false if your delinquent on the first payment due (10/6) on the acquisition that generates the only meaningful revenue for the company at present. An explanation is owed to your shareholders, don't you think? Sooner rather than later!"
It seems he just changed his email from bgruder@lifeclips.com to info@lifeclips.com
Bob Gruder's email address is no longer valid! Oh boy!
Nice to hear a positive post!
I would agree with you! However, you never proved your case! It's still only your opinion! If this were a criminal case the District Attorney would kick this case back to you & reprimand you for wasting his time!
Or, maybe you'll over sleep the morning a popular stock analyst gives a review of it's new HP action camera & potential when the revenues start coming in with you having missed the 1st big leg up on dramatic share price increase! Lol
Why not email him those ?'s?
You make no sense! You make wild assertions based on suspicion, then ask if I can disprove it. What I CAN prove is that you don't speak from a "factual" position. Yet you make statements of fact, w/out having facts. The only fact you have is that the share price is plunging, that's it & your pissed! Naturally you want to blame someone. Who else, but the CEO. Try blaming yourself, for now at least! You bought into this "opportunity"! You're left to speculate about the drop in share price, as we all are. If you qualified your statements, by telling readers what you "believe" based on ..., then okay! You're in the dark like the rest of us. There's no material reason that YOU "know of" for the price to be dropping. You say it's dilution, I "think" it's not! I think it's market conditions & jittery investors. See how I begin with "I think"? Otherwise, you can easily be discredited, which "I believe" will happen with you. Wait until the HP products hit stores, the reviews & the revenues start coming in. I believe there's plenty reason to be patient & hopeful.
Can you prove the allegations you made. My guess is no! Venting, yeah I get that! Inculpatory Evidence is what you need, period! Why turn this board into a pity party? What good will that do? If you have a solid case call an attorney & stop BS. This talk; sec, class action, Gruder going down... yada,yada,yada...
Yeah, right!
I received this email on 11/8 from Mr Gruder:
We are on our schedule to get first products released this year. We are pleased by our progress.
If this year sees no HP products released, then cut your losses imho.
You're not stating facts! You're stating your opinion, sir.
Please! You speculate!
You people are something else. Management has done nothing to bring down share price. They are actually doing a lot of positive things! We are down so low because we are trading on the OTC Exchange. Stop getting so emotional & cite credible complaints if you have any. Otherwise, just be patient and stop whining!
It appears the selling is over! Lol
0 vol after 2 1/2hrs of trading.
I'm sure "Gruder" is not stupid & realizes he's on thin ice w/ the commission! He'd be a fool to engage in anything designed to misrepresent a product or mislead investors. Hopefully he'll redeem himself with this opportunity!
Who's Grader? And what post from Helter Skelter? If you want people to read something, post it!
I spoke to Mr. Gruder and asked him specifically about dilution. He told me there was no way he would raise money selling shares at these prices!
Funny! So the commission is going to act on your "scamming feelings"? Lol They have nothing better to do.
It was spelled wrong in the pr! Thanks!
I did a google search for Robert Finigin and nothing came up. That's both curious and disappointing!
We agree that body cameras is a great market. However, we have our hands full right now with bringing 3 action cameras, a 360 camera and dash cameras to market as fast as possible. We do intend to evaluate the body camera market in 2017.

I sent the following to Bob Gruder:
There seems to be a growing demand & need for body cams among law enforcement. However, that wasn't mentioned among the type of cameras being developed in conjunction with HP. There may be a great market opportunity here. Any thoughts?

My question:
Good morning, David!
Is LifeClips responsible for marketing the camera products or will HP be doing so? Better yet, what, if any financial support will HP provide going towards the manufacturing, distribution & marketing of HP branded action cameras, still cameras, dash cameras and accessories, as well as the development of a collaborative media cloud storage service platform to store content created by the HP branded products.
Answer:
LifeClips will be marketing the HP branded cameras. If you look back at the press releases, you'll see the company signed agreements with several distributors to get them in big box stores, like Best Buy and Target. Also, William Singer was announced as VP of sales and he's had a lot of experience selling in to the big box retail channel. As far as funding any purchases from retailers, there is a tremendous amount of purchase order financing out there for these kinds of transactions. Purchase orders from Best Buy and Target are bankable. So, Life Clips doesn't have to make a bunch of cameras and put them in a truck for delivery after a sale. A customer would issue a purchase order, which in turn would be financed and the cameras would be delivered according to the terms.
Mobeego is its own product. Life Clips won't need money from the sale of Mobeego products to get their cameras to market.

What you're missing is that the 10K just filed is for the 2Q ending 6-30-16. A lot of what you're expecting to read in this report happen after the 2Q ended!
First, the 10-K filed today is the Edgarized version. The cutoff to get it filed was 5:30 PM EST, so they pushed to get it filed. There will be a few changes to the XBRL, which should be out Monday.
As far as the company, LCLP was an R&D company until July when the first deliveries of cameras and Mobeego products were received. This quarter, they have been working to win the HP deal, which came through. They had some indications they would win it before they actually did, so I think they focused their efforts on HP, rather than selling the Life Clips cameras on their own. The HP deal doesn't allow the sale of any Life Clips branded cameras.
As far as Mobeego, the initial research indicated the packaging could be much better. Consumers didn't know what the product did, since there was no clear message. As a result, the packaging has been redesigned to show the product in a clear plastic window, which is the way the major manufacturers do it. Once again, the initial research indicates the new packaging is worth the delay. I'm pretty sure they're going to be pushing hard to sell the Mobeego products moving forward.
One other thing is the cap structure. Life Clips filed an S-1 to raise money. As long as there is sufficient capital to work the business plan, I would think they would retire some of the convertible debt, but that's just my opinion from talking to management. It's unfortunate, but there aren't a lot of brokers out there raising money for OTC companies. I know a lot of people have been wondering about the HP deal. It was a material event, so they had to do an 8-K. A company the size of HP isn't going to allow a release using their name in conjunction with a smaller company without approval. I've talked with Bob and he understands shareholders need information.
Thanks for your confidence.

Bertha, Simmons have you anything encouraging or positive to say about this investment going forward after reading this 10K? How can the company stay afloat with no income? Mobeego hasn't generated any $ that we know of & HP isn't financing the company's ambitions to produce these new cameras. I see nothing tangible here to give any reason for hope! Talk to me!
Can we get some knowledgeable people to go through it and have some dialogue?
This last minute business makes no sense though!
LifeClips management is working with the auditor and doing everything possible to get the 10-K filed today.
