Always a possibility I am willing to entertain. But it seems to me that people are more likely to be dumping their shares while they can. Even though the brokers are stressing that we cant buy these tickers anymore, that also means that there will not be buyers so 'liquidating sales' will be near impossible come may 25th IMO. We had a few days of major share dumping when the purchase ban was announced
Ide still shy away from PGPM, it cant even pay a fee to the state to keep its name, yet alone become current and explain everything it did 5 years ago that put them under the CE in the first place. I think what youre saying will happen with some tickers, just not this one
Got this email yesterday, same one doubledown was referencing. It was a good ride while it lasted (not really but hey). IDK of any other brokers (ETrade??) allowing PGPM buys right now. This was sent by schwab.com and TDameritrade.com

we opened at .0008 this morning. anyone know who is buying right now?.
The only logical reason would be that someone knows something that others don’t, however, perhaps the reason for the churn isn’t logical??
Looks like the last time that happened was 2010 and they reinstated a few months later (see image below). It'll be revealing to see what happens here in the next few months/year to see if this company is under tabs by someone. With all this volume though i cant help but imagine someone knows something thats not public. Thanks for the DD
Can you post where you found that so others can do DD like yourself?
Thanks in advance
All these winter storms and PGPM's price going up so much make me think that maybe hell has frozen over???
whoever has been buying this week has already put in about $30K into PGPM since Monday alone based on volume and avg sale price
Do yall think that this is a group of people buying or an individual that is loading prior to something that the rest of us dont know. I personally think its an individual but am curious what others' impressions are?
Vague questions will get vague responses. Could you be more specific, my friend?
Schwab and TDameritrade are going through for me
All this volume is very surprising, especially at this price. I dont know whats happening but ('fingers crossed') it appears to be something
73,000 shares today. Someone must’ve found some spare change in the couch cushions and decided to put it in the market for a whopping $7.30
Im sorry to hear! Best of luck to you!
No
I think this because it would mean those that are currently holding shares would not recieve the benefit, or, that the benefit would be split between current shareholders and past shareholders. It would end in a legal mess and a company of this size does not have the resources to deal with or organize anything like that. Just my opinion.
Unfortunately I don’t think God favors the gambling that occurs on the penny stocks :/
I smell something brewing... we'll see how long it takes to find out what it is
True that the stocks may be lower as a whole, but there is no such thing as a bad stock to buy, just a bad time to buy it. Lets hope we choose the right timing.
@eldoradoJack, what are you insinuating? I’ve personally never seen any correlation between the stock market at large and the stinky pinky penny stocks. I see these more as Las Vegas gambles and big boy stocks more like calculated risks each with very different players.
ive got my shares locked and loaded, if not for tomorrow then for a time after that. I think this stock will pay off great in the long run. Yes I understand there are risks. Please dont bash me, its just my opinion.
I completely agree with you that this will be pumped again. I have taken a large position and am just waiting for it to happen. Only time will tell for sure though!
Thats the biggest buy weve seen since new years...
I was shooting more for .015 but ok, it’s cool that you’re holding for a dollar
Never seen five zeros before. If only I could buy in right here...
In response to your question @dallas66 I think the general hope we have is that they do become current and get off the grey sheets, and then have the share swap occur. The 'press release' did say "When the conditions of the letter of intent are met" which to me implies one of those conditions is becoming current and off the grey sheets. It offers hope that they are at least trying to do that right now, after which it will occur. I personally believe that simply getting off the grey sheets and being current will bring the share price to life and any then news of the share swap should also do the same.

Im on the boat that few people trade penny's b/c they are these great and upcoming companies, they trade them b/c they know that they are volatile for a variety of good and bad reasons. I have made a fair amount of money on various small companies increasing in stock value without any real tangible increase in the company itself. At the end of the day we are here to make money, not to be inspired by how a small company can grow into a big one, we only want to see that b/c it brings money with it.
For what it’s worth I too believe (with reasonable research to convince me of such) this will happen, barring any insight as to when though.
No, it does not start with an E. I am ok with being told I have intelligence like that of a high schooler. Give this two years or less and yall will see a great ROI here. Unless of course yall didnt get in at the basement. In which case im not the one full of Horsesh*t
all im saying is the info is out there. No, im not going to spill the beans everywhere, like all DD, it is my own and isnt infallable. If its important to others, they will find it too as it only took me a few clicks here and there

Been doing some DD and think I know which company will be acquiring PGPM. Time will tell though.
when it shows that it sold at 0 it doesnt mean someone bought it for that price, just that the trade was made previously and never reported until that time, since the selling price wasnt recorded it just shows 0 (technically 0.000001). They paid $1,050 for them shared
And if they did become current?
would the shareholders have the choice then?
So the mini news release from a few months back said that “current shareholders will have the opportunity to exchange their common shares of PGPM for shares of the acquiring company”. Does this mean that we could keep pgpm stock instead of exchanging for another companies stock?
Call me bad names for being dumb and not knowing but the wording seems to indicate so. Thank you in advance
@eldoradoJack do you mind me asking what your entry point was?
why do people go out of their way to sell 1-2$ of stock? thats all we're seeing here...
55Cruiser, mine has gone back and forth between .002X.01 and .00X.00 ever since i took tabs on PGPM (about 3 months ago). I use schwab. I havnt thought anything of it.
Not dead, just waiting anxiously. We also haven’t had any sales in a week, which I think is due to people hoping for the best after the lost recent release
