So the mini news release from a few months back said that “current shareholders will have the opportunity to exchange their common shares of PGPM for shares of the acquiring company”. Does this mean that we could keep pgpm stock instead of exchanging for another companies stock?
Call me bad names for being dumb and not knowing but the wording seems to indicate so. Thank you in advance
